  1. We've seen Kyle do this before, when she went to LVP's house and accused Lisa of lying regarding puppygate. Hence, the infamous "Good-bye, Kyle". Kyle likes to play that she is only being a "good friend", but she can be very manipulative and mean at times, as we've witnessed first with LVP and now with Sutton. Actually, twice with Sutton because of last year's confrontation regarding miscarriages. I don't really like Kyle like this....I feel like this is a learned behavior from when she was young. Supposedly being "nice and caring", when it's really a way to drag the other person down. Also, didn't Kyle impersonate (or make fun of) all of the other housewives when they were on their Provence, France trip? So, she shouldn't be blasting Sutton for doing the same thing as she's done. Granted, I think Sutton had over-imbibed and was pretty over the top, but her impersonation of Erika was actually pretty spot on!
  2. The more I watch, the more I am convinced that your statement here is true. While I don't deny that there's definitely some crazy dysfunction there, I think it's being embellished quite a bit. I think that Monica (and her Mother) is emotionally disturbed and may just be trying to play a big con on Bravo. Look - she came to Bravo via one of the biggest con artists of all - Jenn Shah - Monica had to have learned something while she was "working" for her.
  3. So, did anyone ever actually make butter, or are they still all shaking their mason jars?
  4. Well, we know Kyle isn't capable of maintaining enough attention to read an article in the LA Times.
  5. I'm thinking it's a case of Housewives' economics. If the house around the block is valued at 2.5 mil, then Ashley's must be, too - right? Even though the other house may be 6,000 sq.ft. vs. Ashley's smaller house. I liked Ashley's house - not too over the top - not some big McMansion with empty rooms, or rented furniture. It looks like a nice family home. I'm wondering if she will eventually put the boys in separate bedrooms (they're fine together for now) - but, then, she'll have to move all her clothes out of the one bedroom. I don't always like Ashley, but, aside from her new implants, I think she is looking absolutely amazing this season. I loved her hair up and in natural curls for her housewarming, and her makeup is fantastic. She is glowing.
  6. So, Whitney's jewelry line isn't technically Whitney's jewelry line? She introduced the designer and the other lady (whatever she was--sound healer, or something?). Whitney is just their brand ambassador? Whatever.....just another housewife venture that will go nowhere. Whatever happened to Whitney's skincare line? I thought it was supposedly doing very well. This was certainly a very Whitney-heavy episode. Pretty much everything revolved around her. That golfcart was a ridiculous, indulgent and dangerous gift. It was pretty shitty to hear Whitney say that her 13 year old daughter could now be Whitney's personal Uber (aka designated driver). What 13 year old would want to or should have to pick up their over-served parent from a local bar? It did look like a nice, fun party, though - very age appropriate for a 13 year old. Except.....why did Meredith show up at a 13 year old's party with a skimpy bikini top on? Totally inappropriate and in very poor taste, imo. Monica and Lisa are both ridiculous. Lisa cannot stop talking, EVER!! Just shut the eff up for a minute and take a breath! I was ready to scream if I heard her say "I just need to say this ONE more thing" any more tonight. They both should have been asked to leave Whitney's event, or at least, take their argument outside. Why didn't Whitney's creepy-smile husband step in and ask them to leave, instead of just sitting at the bar with that creepy smile plastered on his face? I thought Lisa was being pretty harsh about Monica and her Mom, especially given that Lisa does not know anything about their relationship, past or present, and seemed totally disinterested in hearing about why Monica acts the way she does with her Mom. However, Lisa is also correct when she says that Monica should not use her upbringing and relationship with her Mom for being a rumor-mongering bitch. I liked Monica for the first two episodes, but, now, well, I'm not a fan. She's brash, crude and likes to age-shame. As Lisa said, she's going to be older sooner than she knows. As for Lisa - she's looking a little harsh this episode, and her skin looks terrible. Maybe she was in between skin treatments and injectables, but she didn't look so great, imo. I felt bad for Lisa's husband tonight, whom I like. She's in the middle of supposedly pouring her heart out to him, and then, Whitney pings in with a text and it's like he's a floor lamp in the corner of the room - she totally ignored him.
  7. I half-watched this, after DVRing it, and I thought is was so boring. Natalya has too many issues, with her boyfriend who's holding her hostage by phone, with Tumi, who she thinks hates her (and Tumi probably does), with everything. I wish Captain Sandy would have told her if she wanted to leave, go home and take care of your boyfriend. Kyle is an awful person. He's just playing all of this for fame. He is a shit-stirring trouble maker, for the only reason of being a shit-stirring trouble maker. He's clearly enjoying all of the camera time, and making the most of it. I really, really dislike him, and I am not enjoying his antics at all. Tumi seems to be a bit of a control-freak and is letting the "chief stew" title go to her head. I find her to be condescending at times, and has an attitude of "I'm going to talk down to you before you talk down to me". I get she experiences that in her life, but it doesn't mean you need to adopt that attitude, too - especially if you didn't like being spoken down to yourself. I like Lara, Luka and the chef, that's it. Max is a lazy asshole, the other deck girl (I can't even remember her name) is a ditz, and Jessika is just sort of there, in the background. Never did and never will like Captain Sandy and her "positivity poster" quotes. Not a great crew, in my opinion. I think I'm out, unless I catch a rerun somewhere here or there. Looks like a lot of other people feel the same - so few posts on here about the show! I'll be watching Holiday Baking Championship, at least that's entertaining!
  8. If I saw the preview correctly, what Erika was doing on stage with the strippers wasn't what I would call "dancing", unless you include the horizontal mambo as an actual dance. I'm no prude, but I'm right there with Sutton if that what gets her upset. That is something that I really don't need or want to see.
  9. If this story is true (and, to me, that is a HUGE "if"), I guess it's possible that Dorit and PK could have multiple accounts at several banks, so, she could possibly have gone and withdrawn a few thousand from two or three different bank accounts to total $10,000.00, without notice from any bank officials or having accounts get flagged. However, I am still very suspicious of this whole story. I'm even more surprised that Dorit did not even mention the type of purse that was stolen, just because we all know how label-conscious she is. Was it a Chanel bag, LV, Gucci, Hermes, or what? Seriously - inquiring minds want to know more details, if for no other reason than to lend credibility to the story.
  10. No matter how much he tries to recreate the Pretty Woman movie, PK will NEVER, EVER, EVER be compared to the incomparable Richard Gere! Perish the thought!!! PK's delusional if he's hoping for a comparison.
  11. I also am questioning this latest run-in with thieves and Dorit. Was there a police report filed? And, to me, the biggest question is why were there no reports of this on social media, or on the gossip websites? They usually pick up on every little thing that happens to the Housewives. It's surprising that there was no mention of this anywhere until now.
  12. That was the first thing that came to my mind, too! Erika's Mikey's taste level is really soooo questionable most of the time!
  13. That is one of the most effed up relationships I've ever seen on reality TV. There are a lot of deep underlying issues between Monica and her Mom that should not be brought out into the light on a TV show, unless they are both looking for some kind of Z-list celebrity fame. It pissed me off when Monica was saying something about how her kids are now affected by the toxic relationship between her and her Mom. If that's the case, why the hell are you putting it all out there on TV for the world, your teen daughters' friends and everyone else to see? Monica's Mom is horrible, imo. I gasped when she called her daughter an MFer, and then, doubled down on it, repeating it again. That was some cruel, nasty shit there. There's so much wrong there, and being on a Housewives show isn't going to fix it.
  14. I think Mary is just about going to events to get take-out food. This is at least the second time she's shown up at a filmed event, stayed for five minutes, dropped a few nasty comments and then leaves with a bagful of food to take home to her son and his secret wife. I don't know how Mary can be considered a "friend of", because I don't think she really likes or is friends with any of the main housewives. I'm not exactly sure why they decided to bring her back, or why Mary decided to come back, unless it's because she needed the money and the take-out food.
  15. Didn't PK just get all new veneers last year? Isn't that how we all found out that Dorit is super involved in the "Homeless Not Toothless" charity?
  16. I was wondering the same thing as you. On one hand, it is a good thing for Kyle that she has given up alcohol, and, physically looks amazing and is very fit. But, as you said, she doesn't seem to be reaping the mental benefits from her workouts that others do. I'm also curious to see how she will behave during their first alcohol-heavy party or girl's trip. I don't think she'll still be doing the splits or spinning her pony tail, but I hope that she won't be critical of the others who decide to have a few drinks and have some fun. If sober Kyle is just going to be angry and irritated all the time, this is going to be another dreadful season. I'm not saying that she should start drinking again, but hopefully, she'll lighten up a little and learn to have alcohol-free fun. What I don't want to see is a season of Kyle being all "Angry Spice", as she called Brandi way back when.
  17. I somehow can't believe that Kyle gained all this self-worth and "fuck everyone" attitude from her issues with Kathy at last year's reunion. Kyle and Kathy (and Kim) have had an up and down, love/hate relationship forever, since they were all kids - their Mom really played them against each other, so I'm just not buying Kyle's reasoning for her current attitude. Now, because of Kathy's actions at the end of last season's shows, all of a sudden, Kyle is doing all this stuff for herself, putting herself first, blah, blah, blah, me, me, me. I'm still not convinced that Kyle and Mauricio aren't doing all of this so that Kyle has a sympathetic season, and after the season airs, they will "miraculously" have reunited.
  18. So, tonight on WWHL, viewers asked Kyle and Teddy (🤑) about the rumors that Dorit and PK are separated and he's living in a hotel. Kyle and Teddy claimed they didn't hear the rumor, but didn't deny it, either. A quick google search brought up a bunch of different articles, including this one: https://screenrant.com/real-housewives-beverly-hills-dorit-kemsley-pk-marriage-living-separate-lives/ Totally not surprised about this marriage breaking up, if true. I just wonder if those rumors about Dorit and Mauricio were true? Dorit needs someone with real money to keep up with her Cha-Nel addiction, and PK's broke and owes money all over the place.
  19. Eaglewoman was very nice and didn't seem quite as kooky as some of the other "healers" we've seen on RH franchises. Also, Eaglewoman's assistant had a beautiful voice - very soothing. I don't think that empathy is really something you can learn, especially if you are a cold-hearted, mercenary, narcissistic bitch. You either just have empathy or not, and Erika will NEVER have it. It's just not in her DNA.
  20. Brynn's dress gave me a "sexy Wednesday Adams" Halloween costume vibe, mixed with French maid. It was NOT a good look. Brynn is a dichotomy, in my opinion. She's a blend between giving "little girl cutesy" and "sexy vixen" vibes, but neither of them really come across. She just is too try-hard for my tastes.
  21. I thought that the Easter Bunny invitation deliverer was probably a production assistant that was forced into the job, LOL!!
  22. I always wonder about those houses that are all completely white. Where do these people sit? Don't they worry about spilling something or that dark wash jeans will rub off and stain? I mean, they even have white rugs - are all their houses shoe-free zones? I can't imagine that with the expensive shoes these ladies all wear as a big part of their outfits. I do appreciate all the sunlight though. That is amazing. I would love to have a house filled with natural sunlight all day. We get sunlight, but it is filtered through window screens, shades and window treatments. Plus, the sunlight just doesn't seem as bright here, except on the most spectacular summer days.
  23. Monica's Mom almost makes Mama Joyce from RHOA seem nice and normal. What an effed-up relationship between Monica and her Mom. I feel sorry for Monica regarding that. Mary's son - I think that Mary has known all along that he was married. Mary is just using this as a storyline and that's why her son could barely make it through the scene without actually laughing out loud. But....that boy is certainly a testament to the saying that the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. He is just as weird and strange as his Mom. I also noticed that Mary hasn't had her house remodeled or updated. Last time we saw Mary in her living room, she had an interior designer come over to re-do the place. That green wall-to-wall carpeting is still there, along with all the other circa 1980's decor and furnishings.
  24. That castle did look very familiar. I was wondering if they went there with that Queen of Versailles woman in a previous season? I remember the stews and deck crew guys hauling all that stuff up the stairs.
  25. I can't even comment on the ridiculousness that is the Tumi/Natalya situation. Kyle certainly has his hand in a lot of that, but yet, he flies under Sandy's radar. Apparently, Kyle is now Sandy's favorite, and can do no wrong. Sandy must have read every book on positive management tropes and memorized them all. She just spouts all this nonsense, feel-good bullshit without getting to the root of the problem. I hate when Sandy's voice go down an octave or two - you know she's going to be spewing some phony-sounding compliments or supposed morale-boosting affirmations. I thought that these guests were kind of demanding, especially the "vegan" woman. I get that they are paying a lot of money for this trip, but if you are so concerned about your meals, you should be doing personal consults with the chef to insure you get exactly the "flavors" in the vegan dishes you are looking for. Jack did not throw Tumi under the bus as she said - Tumi repeated exactly what the guest stated she wanted with her tofu. The guest did not say "breaded and deep fried". To me, the best talking head of the night was "Cheffy" (Jack), when he said "This ship is turning into the Titanic and we all know that didn't work out so well for Jack" - I'm paraphrasing here, but that made me laugh out loud! So far, he seems to be very capable and talented, with a good demeanor. Let's hope it stays that way. Lastly, why all of a sudden, are the stews and deck hands referring to the chef as "Cheffy"? Are they too lazy to remember Jack's name? I get giving the chef respect by referring to him/her as "Chef", due to their training, but to cutesy it up? That only sounds right when Aesha and Jason say it that way with their great accents. Something tells me certain chefs in previous seasons of all franchises would not have appreciated being called "Cheffy".
