Ditto!! When my kids were little there was no way someone was taking them away for a trip without me, ESPECIALLY after that catfishing crap! A PERFECT example of this was on the episode last Sunday when Robyn said "That's just the way Kody is" (or something to that effect) and Meri got angry and said, "I KNOW! I've known him for 27 years!" It was said to remind everyone that SHE was the FIRST wife, and they'd better not forget it. (So she deserves the 40 grand and they can all starve and wear holey shoes for all she cares!) No comment, just wanted to bold the first part! : )

I thought her post was very defensive and a LITTLE bit on the ridiculous side. Considering the billions of people populating this planet - LOTS of women give birth and are proud of their healthy babies. It's not rocket science - anyone can and DOES do it, (sometimes unfortunately - but that's another story.) I even had a set of twins - you want to talk big belly? Um... yep. And yes - our bodies change. And if you have a pooch you might want to choose clothes more flattering, and save yourself the angst that comes with being recognized from reality TV. To Madison: Do you work out? Eat a healthy diet? I actually WORKED on my stomach, even when my little ones were babies. And if you don't WANT to work out - that's fine! Everyone can live exactly how they wish to, as long as they aren't hurting anyone else. Don't be a snowflake. I like that photo too, and I think you look beautiful. There are 12, 159 Lularoe items of clothing available for under $9.00 and that includes shipping. So tell me folks - if I have over 12,000 items to choose from on Ebay from between $4.99 and $9.00 MAX - WHY would I go to a Lularoe "Fashion Consultant" and pay eight times as much money - or more? Mariah is cursed. She inherited hair from Kody and Meri. Too bad she doesn't have the personality (and "ballsiness") to just shave her head bald and get a lot of piercings and tats and dress in leather and blacks. She could take that attitude she has and be kind of "cool".

I agree! And I don't believe Meri can even rightfully claim to be a victim. She might not have been the LEGAL wife, but she is living in a committed polygamist relationship and it's possible that at that point in time was being financially supported by that family? (Not sure about THAT part, but it doesn't change my stance.) If you choose to stray outside of your committed relationship, you reap what you sow. Legally she could have started up any type of relationship she wanted - but she should have left the family first. So in my opinion what difference does it make if her side piece was a woman instead of a man, was lying instead of being honest, was a jerk who made threats and then followed through with them? MERI made her choices - NO ONE forced her into this relationship (however weird and online or not) with "Sam". She is not a victim.

It's so nice to be understood! lol And IF "Sam" had threatened her family, wouldn't she have those messages as proof, to show the cops? To show Kody? Her sister wives? Because wouldn't that validate that she was telling the truth to her family? That there WERE threats? (Yet Kody is in the dark over WHAT threats were made!) And what constitutes a threat? "You blow that banana and talk about the size of my cock or I will put pop rocks in your toilet!" I don't believe for a second threats were made towards the FAMILY - I believe that when Meri suddenly realized that Lindsey and Sam were one and the same person as they were driving on that L O N G trip together in the car, when Meri got angry J.O. THEN threatened to go to Kody/Sister Wives and show them the banana pics, carved up thigh pics, have them listen to voice messages - etc. No threats to anyone's well-being except MERI'S own peace of mind were ever made. She didn't want her family to know the extent of her online "affair". And knowing Meri she got heated and angry, J.O. posted anything and everything online and the rest is history.

I just now watched Beverly's episode and felt compelled to comment on the board. I think Beverly was one of the worst I've seen - but there is one who tops her and I wonder if anyone can tell me the woman's name? Social Services was going to take her three very young children away if she didn't clean up her house. The therapist TRIED (key word - TRIED) to get her to throw away ONE thing - an old used McDonald's paper take-away drink cup - and she couldn't do it. "NO! I can use that for so many purposes!" Really?!? She actually chose her trash over her kids, because there was NO clean up - no clean rooms at the end of the show. I SOOO wanted ANYONE that was on the show to look her right in the eyes and say "_________, you are going to lose your KIDS if you don't dump TRASH! Your KIDS are worth SO much more than garbage and junk!" But of course no one really got to the point with her. I wanted to see where she is now and what happened, but I saw the show so long ago I don't remember her name.

And it was such a gross thing to say. OBVIOUSLY the entire viewing audience knows this already. Dick wicked anywhere everywhere. The way he acts, you wonder if there is really anything in his life besides sex.

Even before Harry was born many adults went up against him and died or ended up losing their minds, as in the case of Neville's mum and dad. He was just too powerful, and as we found out later, Harry was the only one who could defeat him. I know what you are saying, but I definitely see a difference between the situation in "The Magicians" versus "Harry Potter". In the Magicians it seems as if NO one else is trying to bring back magic except the students - and it's not like they are facing a very powerful force that is trying to kill any who defy him. (In regards to bringing back magic.) Also - in Harry Potter, Voldemort and his cronies had no issues whatsoever with killing infants and children. If the parents knew he was almost impossible to defeat and he would target their children along with themselves, many MANY parents would choose to hide and avoid confrontation. In the Magicians, children don't exist in that world, unless they are grown. Seriously - have you ever seen a single child, other than in Fillory? Ok, that last part was tongue-in-cheek since we certainly would ASSUME that children are around...just out of site when the cast is out in public on the streets. And for the record, I am glad there aren't kids in this series since writers always have to make them stereotypical ill-behaved brats/whiney.

I would assume that in a few years women will look at pictures of themselves and think - "OMG, did I really WEAR that stuff back then?" and be embarrassed.

I don't quite remember the timeline, but I wonder if Kody was still legally married to Meri when they bought these houses? Although I don't know why he would then be on Robyn's, as well. And not on Christine or Janelle's. If they want to get them sold fairly quickly, they should ask for less. If I recall correctly, they could ask for less and still be above the price THEY paid for those houses.
