  1. I wondered if the therapist is a part of the cult, although Ivy would make sense, too. people working so hard to get someone elected, only to feel screwed over by the independents. Winter was one of them, Ivy another. Yep. I know people who voted third-party, or didn't vote at all, because they didn't see a difference between the two main candidates. They didn't say much on election night, but since then, they've been vocal about how awful trump is. A friend of mine also admitted that she almost didn't vote, because she was so tired, but ended up going just in case. Ally was screaming, "how could Nate Silver be so wrong?!" That's why I didn't depend on the polls. I came across too many people who startled me by coming out in support of the nightmare. I wonder why the clowns would target Stein voters, or non-voters, if they're with Kai, though. He seemed to be very happy with the results. Unless it's because they weren't scared enough to vote, and he's all about fear and anarchy. I was Sarah Paulson's character on election night, and for a while afterwards. I flipped out on Facebook, and with family members who voted a certain way. Didn't eat for a couple of days. I also refused to watch them calling the election, and his speech. I know a die-hard supporter who loves AHS. He loves anything related to horror.
  2. I can't remember when if I mentioned this, but specifically whole wheat tortillas from 1994. I can't remember the name on the packet, though. I usually don't like whole wheat tortillas, but these were lovely, and when combined with refried beans, tasted cheesy. I wonder if they had nutritional yeast in them.
  3. I did wonder if they were being toyed with - as certain things happened, like the couple Michael asked to stay with Chidi and Eleanore, and when he asked Eleanore to help him figure things out. I love Jason - I ended up liking Tahani, too. Their flaws became more apparent as the season went on. i hadn't realized that we lose Michael. So it's a mostly new cast coming back? I think he was actually delighting in the human things he was doing. He said he wanted to be a part of things for a change. I thought.
  4. I started watching this last year, and then lost track of it after a few episodes. I started watching it again on Netflix, over the past week, while I was doing other things (like cooking, just now), and just finished it. I love it! I'm so glad they picked it up again.
  5. That's one thing that (annoyingly) stands out when re-watching, and not leaving a certain amount of time between episodes. I haven't watched it for a month or two, because I needed time to watch new things. Even though I was a lot like the Rory in the first few years of the show, it's annoying to hear people go on about how perfect she is. "That isn't Rory." "Rory would never do that." Only for her to go on to do worse things later on.
  6. Oh, I thought this would be out soon. I didn't know that Netflix was making it.
  7. When someone is gazing at a loved one/friend dying in battle, as others fight all around them. They are somehow left alone until they're ready to move.
  8. It's all bad, like Katy said. Chris should have been the one to defend both Lorelai and Rory - at least as much as Richard did (before he lit into Lorelai, too). He just sat there and blamed Lorelai for the blow-up (for mentioning George Bush). Wait, it's been a while since I watched it. That was the same night, wasn't it? I can't remember how they ended up on the balcony.
  9. Yep, all of this. But she then cheats with him in the revival, showing she had learned nothing after cheating with Dean.
  10. I thought maybe it was just that he was established as a masochist, and that nobody else would do the work to dig for what was really wrong, in a case where the woman plead guilty, and was ready to go away for what she did. I haven't been paying as much attention to the show, or the boards, so I don't remember that theory (that he was involved somehow). Reviewers of the book did say there were some big twists, though.
  11. Oh, was the third episode last night? I'll have to look for it.
  12. I'm disappointed that this won't be coming back this year. I can't believe it's been almost two years since it first aired. Time is going way too fast.
  13. I wouldn't have any friend or family member in the bathroom with me. I remember a family friend bursting into the bathroom when I was showering, and I freaked out. Dad put a bolt on the door that same day.
  14. https://www.ahscult.com/six There are two parts to this. It starts with Billie Lourd, and then moves to a trailer of the season.
  15. Thank you. I googled and saw that a lot of people have had problems with the two. I had expected to get the free month through cable, so this has been a hassle - it would have been easier to look it up online somewhere, and hook my laptop up to the TV. The roku started to work properly for a little while, then crapped out completely. My batteries suddenly stopped working. Sorry for the off-topic.
  16. I hate how people on TV rarely get to actually eat what they've ordered. I know the reason when it comes to filming, but it bugs me to see a beautiful plate of food, only for them to rush out of the door for some reason. Or to be distracted in another way.
  17. I'd just appreciate it if HBO Now would work properly on my Roku. It took me two hours to get signed up this morning, after several problems, and now it keeps cutting out, saying it's not supported, stalling, losing the picture but starting to play again, and so on. I'm tempted to cancel now, and just find it GoT online. Come on, eclipse. Do your stuff. (I haven't been at all excited about this. I'm just envious of the people travelling to see it.)
  18. I think it does, too - people can mock, but it's energy. It's like when people say, "You could cut the tension with a knife" when you walk into a room, and just know that there was a dust-up there, even if the people are no longer around. It's still funny when they all roll their eyes, though. :)
  19. I understand them being anti-DD, because he was getting beaten so badly in Daredevil. Even if they're past the resentment when it comes to his hiding such a big part of his life from them, they would still worry about him getting killed, since he isn't bulletproof.
  20. I thought Elektra stabbed Alexandra, because she told her minions to kill Matt. At some point, I'm going to have to read up on the black sky and iron fist back-stories. Or re-watch Daredevil, since I think they covered the black sky there (I can't remember much about it, since I tuned out at times, due to the Elektra story line). I like the relationships, but the more out there stuff, I tend to be like the characters on the show, who roll their eyes when mystical stuff comes up.
  21. I love her, too. She's the reason I started to watch. I loved her, "Am I the only one who doesn't know karate?" And their all treating Danny like the annoying little brother.
  22. I loved Luke bursting in there. I like the way they've built up their meeting each other. I like Jessica and Matt, too - her just using the elevator as he jumped over people, and ran up the back stairs - that was funny.
  23. Did her sister really die, or was that her feeding her drugs to "loosen her up"? Ugh.
  24. The Truman Show, with a slower build up to his figuring out what's going on.
