It was Jennifer, Laura, Sarah, and a few others, for me. My own name (Angela) was more popular over here, than in England. Mum thought she'd chosen a little-used name for me, but it was popular the year I was born. Older names have been making their way back for a while now. I remember Paul and Jaime Buchman calling their daughter Mabel. :) That picture of Carol going "oopsy" with the gun,and the side-eye she's getting from everyone made me laugh.

I was only half watching - I'll have to go back to parts of it- but I do love the reporter. Freddy, at the end. <3

He gets more despicable every episode. I'm not religious, and that ending still bothered me.

I noticed that boy keeping a hand on Enid. I couldn't tell if he was protective, or possessive.

I found this link at Reddit. http://www.amctv.com/TWD360/alexandria-tour/ I'm going to have to watch the episode again, because whenever they were in those lovely houses, I was looking at the paint colour on the walls. I've been trying to pick something for months now. The link is a google maps tour of what we've seen so far.

I'm an American citizen, but born and raised in England (dad's American, and he brought us back here). I've never felt that strongly about the White House, until the Russian put his cigarette or cigar out on that door. Ugh! Total disrespect. Not that Frank himself doesn't deserve it, but I was annoyed by the guy's passive-aggressively knocking down Claire in ways, and then kissing her in front of everyone.
-
Actually, I have. :) I also have a stomach issue that has me getting sick regularly, but that's supposed to be rare. I was afraid they were going the cancer route.
-
I thought so, too. Is Claire sick? Bulimic? What was the point of that final scene?
-
Yep. I remembered that, and her getting out of bed and pulling jeans on over a thong.
-
I thought the same thing re: pregnancy, but I could see her just wanting a safe place for her extended family. Maybe she allowed herself a tiny bit of hope that she could have another child.

S01.E01: The Trail / S01.E02: The Father

I think the wife did it, too. -
I thought the same thing when I saw Rick through the shower door. Hormones are going to get Carl killed. Sheesh! At least he took his knife with him. Loved Carol. She did look ridiculous, but so does Daryl. Are they trying to make him less likable, so that they can kill him off without angering a lot of fans? I think Deanna gave her son a job that he thinks is important, and hands the real work to others. I didn't like Rick talking about taking over the place. I know they'll never be able to really let their guard down - this isn't Leave It To Beaver - but it would be nice if the place itself would quickly lose the douchebags.

Anyway, I barely slept, because my dog hasn't been feeling well, and I'm more concerned about him right now. He's somehow bouncy and energetic at sixteen, but I think his teeth are bothering him. I've lost his siblings over the past four years, and am terrified of losing him. He's been attached to me since day one, as I have been to him. We gave him an aspirin, and I won't be able to settle in and watch House of Cards now, so I'll probably be stress-cleaning. and making white chicken chili. -

I checked the page, and the name is different from the one I was expecting, so maybe she isn't who some have been speculating she is. -

Oops, I meant to do that. Sorry! She didn't mention anything about relationships, it just reminded me of everything I'd heard about fans going overboard. She has tweeted about being on the show, but didn't give away the name of her character - unless that's on IMDB? -

She's been on American Horror Story, and True Blood. -

LMAO at the pictures of them dancing! I've just read a tweet from Alexandra Breckenridge, something about (deleted). -
I've just watched this episode, and am sad about Freddy. I respected him for not taking Frank's guilt money. Frank should have stood up for his friend, though. This is why I stopped watching it last year: I didn't want to see two stone-cold people getting away with everything.
-
Bonnie said that she had a lot on Frank, when she was reassuring Asher (?) that he would keep quiet about their relationship. I wonder if she knows, or is involved somehow. I thought the mock trial was silly, but the end was creepy. The music and the reveal/murder had me holding my breath, too. I've been so-so about this show, but I can't believe the season is already over.

I'm glad that those fights don't happen here. I think we have a decent level of disagreement, without taking things too far. But I had to laugh at the Ross and Rachel comment. Michonne and Rick definitely aren't them.
-
I know, but a bite is a death sentence, or are walkers still producing saliva? Of course, they get covered in the blood and it has no effect.

Hobbits vs Zombies. It wouldn't surprise me if Hollywood has cooked something like that up. I really wanted an invisibility cloak when I was a kid, like Sheila from the dungeons and dragons cartoon. -
Geez, I wish that my hair darkened as me and my life did, instead of having more grey come in.

I kept noticing that cut on Abraham's arm, as well. Didn't Sasha's knife have walker blood on it? How is that not infected?

I loved the episode, although Rick hitting him bugged me, this time. It was just a little much, and I think that is what has some giving him worrying glances - Glenn put a hand on Aaron's arm to stop him from passing Rick, then turned to talk to Rick and help him. I did wonder why the sounds of children suddenly stopped. Were they rushed inside somewhere, or was that a con? I hope they're for real, because I like Aaron and Eric (?). I do wonder how they got that far with no weapons. The driving through walkers was creepy - I was watching in the dark, and it spooked me, as did Rick finding that thing in the front, and Michonne's suddenly becoming suspicious.
