It suddenly jumped to number one on the NYT YA best seller list from a previously unknown author from a previously unknown publisher. And now it appears that its numbers are due to the fact that the author bought up all of the available copies The reviews of the book are pretty well universally bad, as in "the worst thing I ever read" bad.

I just discovered a band called St. Paul and the Broken Bones. Their new album is "Young Sick Camellia", and I am obsessed with "GotItBad ". So funky. It could have come out of the 70s.

I just saw her new movie, Peppermint, where she plays a soccer mom who gets revenge on a drug cartel after they gun down her husband and daughter.

They just slid over it like it didn't happen. But they also slid over Sonny going to Europe and leaving Will behind.

Jennifer Garner returns to her "Alias" badassery. She is buffed up and looks tough as heck. There's nothing new in this movie, but I had fun. And John Gallagher Jr. did a good job, he was very charismatic in this role. Lots of explosions and shootings. My kind of movie. :D
