Well, I doubt if Henry got the $4 million, so he couldn't afford the house, and Stephanie sold out to Conde Nast, so I assumed she bought the place.

Uh. You never heard the multiple times Emily called her "Brotherfucker"?

I was reading on Twitter that Tyler Christopher has a drinking problem and was carted out of the studio one day a few months ago. -

Noah Centineo has two more teen comedies coming up, Wiped and The Stand-In, but after that, he's starring in a new Jackie Chan project, The Diary, about a young man in 1930s China. -
I really enjoyed it. I had no idea that there were going to be comedy elements in it, and I was happily surprised. Interesting that Henry Golding was in this right after Crazy Rich Asians, I wonder if the buzz for that was what gave him this role. The Greek chorus of moms (plus Andrew Rannels) was hilarious. With the ending of Stephanie becoming a cold case investigator, I wouldn't mind seeing more of those. I'm definitely not a prude, but I squirm when kid actors swear. I hope their parents explain to them when and when not to use the words

Commercials That Annoy, Irritate or Outright Enrage

Even worse than the ridiculous words she uses is the really annoying nasal voice. -
I just realized that if Jordan is coming back, that means Rope is goners. Love it.

The ad wasn't for one of those, I didn't really pay attention to the pill name, I was too stunned with the subject matter. -

How about "Ads that just flabbergast you?" I just saw an ad for pills to treat your broken penis which happened during sex. -

Can somebody explain to me why it is that everybody in the Car Gurus ad pronounces it to rhyme with "kangaroos"? "Cargaroos". -

Why does NBC ALWAYS wait till Days is about to come on in the West to do special reports? Is there a rule they can't do these reports earlier in the day? I wonder if Tripp planted the evidence. Ben is reading Hope just fine. The (very good) scenes of all of Marlena's family gathering around her to say their goodbyes would have more impact if I actually felt she was going to die. I wonder if Rob Wilson was given direction to sit there and whistle or if it was an acting choice. Of course Claire won't stay there to be with her grandmother. -

Why didn't the woman whose house was being shot up by the 19 year old not sue him, instead of the parents? -
It's Number nine on the NY Times Best Seller List, and it was higher than that last week. I think it was number one at least once.

Why is Eve dressed like she's going out on the town? "Our daughter"? Is John calling Belle Roman's daughter, or does he mean our as in John and Marlena? But Sami is Roman's daughter, John doesn't consider her his daughter? Since when? "I introduced you to that dead corpse." Interesting way to put it. Do Will and Sonny really think Paul won't know what they're up to? The belligerent Brady, who likes to attack people. He never tries to control his own assholery but he likes to call it out on other people. I'm surprised Show actually let Brady know Will and Sonny were breaking up instead of letting it festers for days or weeks. They actually went there with Bonnie being too old to have a kid. STFU, John. -
You guys are making me sad.

LGBT Themes, Stories And Characters On TV
Silver Raven replied to maraleia's topic in Everything Else TV
It wasn't the fat suit that offended me, it was the lead falling in love with a guy accused of being a pedophile (he wasn't) and talking rapturously about since she's a teenager, she has a good shot with him. Not to mention the murder stuff. -
Wow, what a case this morning. This guy is suing a contractor he hired to do work for him on a house he was renovating (he refused to call himself a house flipper, though that's what the court papers described him as). The defendant said he had offered to fix anything the plaintiff didn't like, but P never let him fix anything. Not only did the defendant pay for supplies out of his own pocket, and not only was the defendant suing him for $10,000, the plaintiff never paid the defendant for his work. But the defendant didn't let things go there. He went on Craigslist and found another guy that the P had done the same thing to. And THAT guy came in, claiming he and the defendant had never met until that day, with lots of emails from other people (one of the judges said there were 13) that the plaintiff had hired and then never paid. It seems that Plaintiff had a history of hiring non-licensed contractors and then didn't pay them, and they couldn't sue him under California law. The judges told the defendant and the witness he brought in to tell the local DA about the plaintiff and show them the tapes from the show. They awarded the defendant $3800.

With their collab with Bebe Rexha being the biggest hit of the year? Don't count on it.
