I just wish they would update the kitchen. That is the darkest, nasty set ever. Bet there are lost fries from two seasons ago lurking under the fryer.

Please explain to me the source of all the gasoline they seem to have available to them. Plus, those walkie talkies must be top of the line and never have to be recharged. Daniel can take a nice slow walk while talking away.

Spoilers And Spoiler Speculation: Anarchy In The USA
nitrofishblue replied to Meredith Quill's topic in Fear The Walking Dead
I have been a fan of the Walking Dead world from the beginning. I have watched every episode of both stories. So far the new season of FTWD has been lack luster. I can't put my finger on the reason but so far none of the story lines have impressed me. Is it the writing? Is it the actors? Something has just gone dull. -
Loved the clean shaven faces, almost couldn't recognize them as first

Sorry, but I really didn't enjoy this episode. The writing and acting was way way way overdone. Even my husband commented that it was a POS show.

That was an intense episode that highlighted the struggles the vets and currently serving soldiers. My brother recently passed away at the vs hospital. His treatment the last year of his life was really spotty. When I see what those idiots in Congress want to spend on all those illegal aliens, my blood boils.

Gosh darn, I have to watch on-demand. There was crappy weather in the area and the local station took 45 minutes in both Gotham and Orville to do repeat after repeat of the same issues. So there was nothing of the show to watch.
-
I wasn't able to watch this last night due to crappy weather. The local station covered 45 minutes telling us that bad weather was in the area. They then did the same thing to Orville. I will watch both shows on-demand (thank goodness for that)

Pit Bulls And Parolees - General Discussion

Not being able to catch that dog was really sad. You could see that the traffic was bad and people just didn't care enough to slow down. I am sure that Tia and the girls are upset over that sad result. They tried but weren't able to make it happen. So happy to see the update on the adopter who adopted Humberdink and gave him happiness in his final days. Then she adopted the other dog she looked at when making her first choice. Wish there were more adopters like her. I adopted an eight year old baby from the local SPCA. She is now 14. I am afraid her final days are approaching faster than I like. She is suffering from Congestive Heart Failure. Her rear legs are not the best and she is now deaf. She is the love of my hubby and those two make a great couple. We are happy for every day she is still with us.- 547 replies

I feel there is a bit of not right behavior on BOTH sides. The gentleman (can't recall his name, all I know he has that really bad nasty beard) was egging the crowd on like a classmate bullying another person. A little teasing is fine and fun when done right. He went way overboard on the taunting. Sara had to stand there and accept the hate being thrown down on her. She did over react but who wouldn't. You are in a competition and at the stage when you are close to the finish. I can imagine her nerves were strung out. I would have burst out crying if I was having that crap heaped on me. Way way way overdone on the taunting.

Mia needs time to grow and mature. She has the skills now she needs to learn. -
Gordon in the past favored chefs he felt could grow and learn.

I was totally disappointed when Brett got a black jacket. He is such a scush ball in my mind.

I DVR the show so I can rewatch later. This helps me digest the story line better. I liked this episode since it explained how the split happened and answered some of my questions. I like shows that make me think. I do have shows I watch that are straight out "what the heck" shows. I need that time to decompress and need some mindless entertainment.

I found this episode extremely disappointing. The chefs were not go an enough time to make a decent dish. Some of those cuts of beef needed a long cooking time. I really loved the fru fru comment about the quality of the dishes. I personally thought most of them looked barfable. The tartares almost made me puke.

This has been the second episode in the past month that I felt none of the chefs deserved to win. All of them ruined an expensive protein. The last two made a manageable desert but other than that their dishes sucked. It seems that their sauces saved them. I don't want to see them cook some ingredient that I would not find in my grocery. Give them more everyday items and have them elevate it. Give me something I might try to make. In the past I have picked up tips on how to cook a vegetable in a new way. My husband appreciates that.

This episode was just one big circle jerk. What was the point of it? Nothing was accomplished. Nobody really left. Brother came back from LCK and then went right back to LCK, what a waste of time.

Last night's show was a disaster. The first lady chopped was the best of the bunch. The remaining chefs all put up hot messes. How many times were chefs chopped for killing a steak? The winner completely overcooked his and was called out for it. Nothing but a huge joke!!!!!!

Amanda To The Rescue - General Discussion

loved the building being renovated by Chewy. What a great way to help the rescue. They admitted they spent their donations on the dogs and would not have been able to cover the cost themselves. -
I enjoyed this episode. The writers keep me laughing matter what. Love d the "stoned" events. So happy to have a show that can make me chuckle.

Amanda To The Rescue - General Discussion

This was a good episode since the previous one had all of us crying for little Splat. Watching Splat was hard but that is something that we all need to see. I am sure that you have heard the phrase "we can't save them all but we will save all we can". Not all rescue stories have an happy ending, many are sad. I have been active in rescue work since 2002. The day I stop crying and caring is the day I need to step away. Amanda and her family are something else. i can't imagine how hard it would be to deal with special needs dogs day after day. She sure has found a keeper with G. -

Yes, this was an emotionally draining but it needs to be seen. It helped bring awareness to what happens to so many dogs. I know my eyes would "leak" during past episodes. This one has my eyes running like a waterfall. I have been active in dog rescue since 2002 and have seen a lot of sadness. What helps is to know that these pups are now safe and well cared for. People need to see the whole story. Tia and her family are the best. I so wanted to give M2 a big hug. What emotions were being shown. -
I so wanted to pinch Scotley in the face as he went on and on bullying Trev. I don't think much of Trev but the bullying was getting to be too much. Brett, Trev, and Scotley can leave now and I sure wouldn't miss them. I have watched this show since the beginning and this is the worst and most boring group ever!!!!

Loved the pups trying the cupcakes. I can't remember the name of the pup that had that cupcake stuffed into its mouth. Hope that activity takes off for them. They could sell them online. -

I believed they said he was one year old with a bit of puppy still left in him.
