It's definitely fun to speculate, but I don't put any stock in what babies look like year 1 (and especially up until 5-6 months) anyway. Except in very rare cases with SUPER distinctive features, they just look like...babies.

Can they not with the “her lifestyle doesn’t jive with ours?” It’s actually quite common that single moms/teen parents are in the sex industry at some point, whether it’s stripping, camming, etc. It’s a lot more “realistic” if they’re actually trying to show the true fallout of teen pregnancy than showing a bunch of reality stars who parlay their fame into social media based careers, other reality TV appearances, and sponsorships. How many teen moms/dads is that going to happen to? I’m not sure what kind of education that gives people. Also, your “lifestyle” is pretending that an obviously toxic marriage is good, preening, and harassing your biological child’s adoptive parents. What exactly do they think they do that’s so admirable?

Big Papi Javi is CRAZY codependent, I'm starting to think he's really mentally unstable. And no, Kail, you didn't *see through* Briana--SHE *saw through* Javi. I don't like plastic-surgery-addict whiney Bri at all, but come on. The desperation from those two (Kail and Javi) just reeks from their pores. Jeremy and Leah are a match made in hicksville--these people need to learn to keep it in their pants. Cole and Chelsea were fine but the 'gender reveal' hype nowadays bores me. Not much to see there. I agree she needs a hobby or interest, or they need to start filming whatever that is. Jace was right, and I have no words for how much I truly despise Jenelle and David. That's about all I got this week. Man, this show is EXHAUSTING.

Yeah, rent is really pricey there because a lot of folks move in for a month or two for extended vacations or seasonal work, so there's a high turnover rate and demand is high.

Yes, Jenelle is truly an outlier even in TM world. I could very honestly, and with zero hyperbole, see her covering up for a sexual predator or murderer, even if her own children were the victims. The only person worse than her on this earth is someone who actually molests/beats a kid themselves. She's lowest of low. I have no doubt that Kailyn would defend her kids to the death if anyone harmed them. I think that what she is doing/has done, and what Javi is now also doing, in terms of running around collecting baby daddies/mamas, is emotionally abusive due to the chaos. But Jenelle is a SERIOUS child abuser. She'd let them die and them hide it. She'd leave them in the house for days and let them starve to death. No doubt whatsoever. It's hard to compare anyone to Jenelle because she is so bad. She would make anyone look good. As a side note, Jo certainly seems like the "best" of Kail's baby daddies, but I would say Chris seems much more mature than Javi, especially given the latest news and the constant famewhoring.

Kail doesn’t seem as bad to her kids as Jenelle on a daily basis and I can’t see her allowing her kids to get molested/beaten up like Jenelle probably would (or already is...) other than that I can’t see many ways she’s any better. The bar is lowwww in TM land.

I have to admit that I can't focus on anything except cringing whenever she says "brand." MAKE IT STOP I get that lifestyle blogging/social media is real work and a career for a lot of people, but she...doesn't do that? She doesn't regularly write or put out content, she doesn't take photos or plan her outfits like the other bloggers and podcasters I've seen, her podcasts are just her chatting with no real plan in mind...WHAT IS HER BRAND? I'm honestly just aghast at the way Kail's story has turned out, from the 3 babies to Javi becoming a baby daddy. I really thought Javi was better than this (remember when we all thought he'd mature and move up and beyond Kail?) but turns out he can't keep his genitalia in his pants or any number of promise rings/engagement rings/wedding rings out of his pocket just like the rest of them. I just don't get the point? They JUST got back together, so they're obviously not going to stay together. Javi and Kail are both going to be 3x3s soon, and then 4x4s, I'm sure. Classy.

Yeah, I have no issue with him making money off the show or CrossFit or promotions like anybody else. I’m just surprised that he would have enough time in his schedule to be not only hoing around with but also nearly proposing to and/or impregnating this many people. He’s moving faster than Jenelle!!

Javi is a serious ho and needs to close his legs. He’s no better than Kail and they deserved each other. I used to think better of him. I actually thought I really respected him at one point. He seems to have some kind of impregnation fetish. Oh well. I will say that statistically the trend of teen pregnancy is actually going down, it appears to have peaked somewhere in the 80s-early 2000s last I checked and was the lowest ever in 2017. Safe sex is common now, from what I understand. So I don’t really agree with the “it’s the worst ever now” position—believe it or not, from the data I’ve seen it actually appears to be improving compared to 2 decades ago due to better sex education. These folks are very uneducated and behind the times. I’m barely older than them and everyone I know is very invested in safe sex if they have multiple partners, with long term partners, or too invested in career and school to be doing anything even close to this. This is wayyyyyy abnormal. When I see this behavior, I actually think of it as old fashioned and outdated, not new or contemporary. It seems like something backwoods hicks who are stuck in the past would do (to me). Nobody I know would dare to get pregnant or impregnate someone this quickly, in fact everyone I know seems to take forever? So it’s interesting— I have to conclude it’s a class or educational thing rather than generational (on either side), because people of all ages on this board are shocked by it.

There were two girls in my high school when I was growing up whose father was arrested for running a child porn ring. He was a pediatrician. I felt so bad for the victims but also terrible for those poor girls...everyone talking about them at an already difficult time in a kid's life...

I've really lost all respect for Javi, especially learning that he hooked up with Kail after breaking up with Briana and got Briana a freaking PROMISE RING. He's like a less violent Jenelle with the nonstop "commitments" to random people. I used to feel bad for him, but no more. As we say around here...water seeks its own level. He's really seeming like a love/sex/relationship addict these days.

Yeah, I could see avoiding hot-button issues but Drew just really has a Bad Take on everything. Everything is backwards with him. He thinks Farrah and Chelsea are the worst TMs (or at least he treats them like it) and treats Jenelle and Kailyn with kindness and respect. He's also weirdly sort of sexist IMO? Like, he coddles the girls because he seems to think they can't handle the truth or being treated like adults, he basically slut-shamed Chelsea while not doing the same to Adam, and when Leah was being an absolutely crazy lady about Jeremy's work schedule, he said something like "well, work is really important to young men," instead of saying something like "um, Leah, why don't you get a job if you want to spend so much money and also don't want to be at home alone?" And of course the disturbing as hell "she needs to be contained" comment. It's like he knows he's supposed to be mildly critical, but he doesn't know of what. And he's also stuck up for Matt and Butch and doesn't make a peep about all the child abuse. Dude is really really strange.

I think anyone getting into physical fights, male or female, is gross and trashy. David saying he'll fill the whole street with uppercut, Amber attacking Farrah and Matt attacking Michael, Jenelle/Kail/Nathan/David with their multiple DV incidents, Kail and Briana...this show is really getting ridiculous. It was always trashy, don't get me wrong, but this is just...wow. And they all think they're "real men" and "real women" for doing so. Awesome. I would honestly be walking around the world so exhausted if this is how I dealt with everything. I get into a mild, extremely not physical, not-yelling conflict with someone at work and I'm done for the day. It's so stressful. I can't imagine how much stress and tension all of these people are carrying around in their bodies. And you know Javi LOVED all that attention.
