  1. And I think he's a genuinely good guy who loves rebecca. Granted, the likability bar is set pretty low with this bunch...
  2. I'm girl crushing on Julia and Yara. I like them crazy, pretty and Eastern European. And wimens who mens doesn't control.
  3. Same here. The registries read August 22nd until a few days after Whitney and Chase's announcements. And yeah, Whit was the only person to use the October date was her. Not the most reliable narrator.
  4. Possibly. I had preeclampsia with 2 of mine and they were born early. But, as @Colleenna says, she didn't look like a preemie. They've fucked around with the due date this whole time. First it was late October and then August 22nd and then September 25th. IMO Aurora was born on time.
  5. I can believe that, but Stephanie still made the choice to pretend to give him gifts, continuously bring up sex, and demean his family.
  6. As a former (okay, present) nerd I'd have been friends with Show Adam. Not so much with what I've seen of Real Adam. The fact that the actor has barely aged in several years is really jarring.
  7. I have no problems with porn or adult movies. Sex work is still work. This whole sex tape really just makes me sad, though. At some point Karine was just a young girl looking for a better life. Nothing wrong with that. Now she's selling herself for $20.
  8. It's too bad they're doing one on the Fyre Festival. There have already been 2 docs and an episode of American Greed. I'm fascinated by Fyre, but I was enjoying these lesser known stories.
  9. Yeah, I guess they figured a doctor's family living in a McMansion wouldn't be relatable to the 1980s Mid-America they were trying to appeal to. Watching videos of Real Murray makes it hard to see him in Show Murray. Jeff Garlin plays him gruff but also kind of lovable and funny. To me, Real Murray comes across as just bitter sometimes. I have the same problem with Show Adam vs Real Adam. In the videos Real Adam reminds me of those kids who were always loud, obnoxious, and always getting the class in trouble for breaking the rules. Show Adam can also be those things, but he's a lot quieter and more geeky than anything else.
  10. I was thinking that his dad was also a doctor. Eta: yep, I checked. The furniture store was real and owned by Father Murray, but Murray only worked there until college. Like Barry and Eric, Murray was also a doctor.
  11. So it's either a ploy for another season or he really does question paternity and is further humiliating his wife. It's pathetic regardless. Because it's perfectly fine to put your wife's labia and asshole on display but God forbid your baby not come out looking blonde haired and blue eyed.
  12. Which, ironically, is exactly what I wanted to do after I watched it.
  13. Wtf is wrong with Brandon? He wants to tell his mom before she's even had a positive pregnancy test? I know teenagers who've had more mature reactions to pregnancy scares than this.
  14. Whitney: Sorry, Chase, but I couldn't possibly move to Wilmington. I have to stay here in Charlotte to (pretend to) run my company. Also Whitney: Whitney: Sorry, Ryan, but I couldn't possible stay in Charlotte. I have no reason to and I can (pretend to) run my company from anywhere.
  15. I liked how Whitney's big, exciting news was that she's moved back to Greensboro. Because NOBODY saw that coming. 🙄 With her grip on her support animal Buddy and Todd/Tal filming together I thought we'd be hearing about a new couple. Or did I just now accidentally spoil the ruse storyline for next season?
  16. It was very rude of them not to get more information while they were there. I was bummed. They didn't even know the family was on a show, though.
  17. To be honest, I have a bit of a girl crush on Christine. I want to rescue her from her horrible marriage to the narcissist and whisk her away to paint her fingernails and watch Rom Coms every night... Note: I am married, agnostic, and straight.
  18. Lol. "For easier identification." Who/what were they trying to identify? I know a dick and an asshole when I see one... Technically yes. But people keep downloading the videos and sharing them.
  19. It continues to irritate me how Whitney downplays the club as "Chase's new job." He's part owner, it's not like he's a part-time bartender who can pick up and work anywhere (no offense, Buddy).
  20. Lol, I wasn't trying to be super vague, I promise. It's barbecue, specifically southern ribs (beef) bbq with homemade dry rubs and off-the-wall sauces. Some of the dry rubs have 20 spices involved and the sauces, if not homemade, come from mom and pop shops. It's a whole thing.
  21. I'm afraid your imagination makes the encounter much more interesting than it is.
  22. He and I belong to a niche cooking group. He's pretty funny and charming on there. I've interacted with him a few times over certain recipes. The show's never been brought up, nor has Whitney, because we just talk food. I just treat him like a regular group member. It's a fun group and he shares some neat recipes-some of which he's created himself. His dad's in it, too. They seem close and it's cute that they share a passion for the same kind of oddly specific recipes.
  23. I'm gonna throw Whitney a bone here...Maybe Chase WAS dishonest about his relationship with BM. When he agreed to join the show it's possible that he downplayed their relationship. He may not have realized that the show would take it as far as it did, which would help explain Ryan's surprise at the "proposal." The look they shared was one of "Oh shit, how we gonna go back home and explain THIS?" He may have thought that this would be like a regular tv show relationship and would have no real life repercussions outside of filming.
