  1. In light of this week's tank top and visible bra straps I'm taking back what I said! Her sloppy attire was the complete opposite and really made me cringe.
  2. I was scrolling up and just saw "Mr. Bean" a few times, so at first I thought Rowan Atkinson had died! 😥
  3. I was uncomfortably reminded of this during Clint and Tracie's scenes in bed.
  4. We're always wondering the same about Love After Lockup's Clint!
  5. "Gino will have nothing to do with the bees." Right there with you on that one, Gino.
  6. Same with me. I could not care less about sports and I had no idea who JJ Watts is until he said he was a football player during the monologue. So I was surprised at how well he did and most of the time it wasn't glaringly obvious that he was reading from cue cards like it is a lot of the time even among the show's cast. There were several times that it seemed like he had memorized his lines. I thought he was great.
  7. Angela should have just made a "no other women" rule because I can just hear Tony playing dumb, "All you said was no prostitutes. She's a receptionist."
  8. Impatiently waiting for a new fourth panel to appear in the Michael/Megan/Sarah intro graphic. I think someone posted in the episode thread about it eventually ending up in a Brady Bunch format, which would be hilarious! Cut off his phone already, Sarah! He can get a very inexpensive prepaid phone, that he also won't call his kids from.
  9. I think the Cindy Brady curl makes it look really unprofessional. A straight, low ponytail would be so much more appropriate. From the teaser:
  10. Loved the orchestral version of the "Hamster Dance." I wondered what the purple food was that Cheyenne and Mateo were eating so thanks above for the mention of it being poi. What was written on Dina's bachelorette party sash? It always amuses me that her clothes outside of work are generally very risque, although the dominatrix look does fit her personality.
  11. I'm in the midst of watching my saved episodes of Downward Dog for the third time!
  12. Back in 1967, governor Tom McCall declared that Oregon's beaches were a public highway and the legislature agreed and signed into law the Beach Bill, which declares that "all 'wet sand' within sixteen vertical feet of the low tide line belongs to the state of Oregon. In addition, it recognizes public easements of all beach areas up to the line of vegetation, regardless of underlying property rights. The public has 'free and uninterrupted use of the beaches,' and property owners are required to seek state permits for building and other uses of the ocean shore. While some parts of the beach remain privately owned, state and federal courts have upheld Oregon’s right to regulate development of those lands and preserve public access." It was modeled after the Texas Open Beaches Act of 1959, which "guarantees free public access to beaches on the Gulf of Mexico." McCall continued his environmental activism with the 1971 Bottle Bill which cut down on littering by giving us deposits on cans and bottles. Thank you for coming to my TED talk.
  13. Geez, no wonder it's often difficult for people to come forward and talk about having been sexually molested. I can't stand Tania but...even she doesn't deserve all of that.
  14. I will be bitterly disappointed if the writers forget that Sandra planned to walk down the aisle to the "Hamster Dance"!
  15. I was surprised and grateful to see something tasteful, instead of the trashy sleeveless/strapless ones with low-cut bodices that are a clothing malfunction waiting to happen that all of the other 90 Dayers choose. One of our accounts payable vendors where I work used to be Cable One but recently became Sparklight. Every damn time I post an invoice or cut a check for them, Neil Diamond's "Heartlight" gets stuck in my head but now the lyric is "Turn on your sparklight"! I laughed when in one of her THs Tania was dramatically talking about the shock of coming home because in Costa Rica it was just all about nature and being in a holistic environment. Her frequent drunkenness at loud clubs was neither.
  16. I forgot about the Chon parking lot episode. I also really hope the kids were with her dad.
  17. Despite my intense dislike of her, I feel really bad for her if it's true. Frankly, it wouldn't surprise me. He went to prison for malicious wounding, which indicates that he has poor impulse control, and given what what we saw of his temper when he was ON camera, it's probably a lot worse in private. She shouldn't have been pushing his buttons with John but she still doesn't deserve to be abused. Aside from our justified heckling...
  18. I stupidly went to find the photo where they had posed in a doggie-style position (and it was inexplicably sponsored by some home furnishings place) and found some worse things that I really didn't want to see. That will teach me not to go opening Lacey's Pandora's Box. "For Sale" signs go up for the houses on both sides. His "sob story" on Undercover Boss: "I should be the CEO. Can you believe how young he is?! I really hate that I can't take time off whenever I want to go play poker. Also, we only have one income because I married a felon so it's difficult for her to find a good-paying job..." Yes, because when he first came back she had a bunch of his things in garbage bags that she was kicking outside and told him to take. Apparently, he didn't so that's why the second fire was for his clothes. I admit, I had to go look up the definition. Not as bad, however, as when I looked up the word "autodidact" a couple of weeks ago--so meta. When Shane first said that they were at the doctor's for Lacey's surgery, I thought, "geez, how much bigger do her breasts need to be??" I had a boss who had gotten an accounting-related diploma from the University of Phoenix. I found it ironic that all she had done was print it out on regular copy paper and pinned it up unframed in her cubicle. The old adage "not worth the paper it's printed on" seemed so appropriate!
  19. During my last two extended hospital stays, I couldn't even swing my legs over the side of the bed to sit up or touch the floor with a toe without the damn bed alarm going off! Nothing on par with what hallucinations David had but there were two middle of the night periods where I thought I was in a lab and not a hospital, and that the nurses were actually research students so I felt bad for them having to attend to me in the bathroom. I wasn't sure why I was there but I had this idea that I wasn't supposed to know it wasn't a hospital, and if they found out that I knew, things could suddenly go very, very badly for me... I missed seeing Michael Emerson in this episode but was thankful that we got a break from the grandmother.
  20. ~small voice~ I think he's good-looking. That also goes for Darcy's Tom, although that's primarily because he's British and I'm an Anglophile accent slut!
  21. Given his disturbingly long criminal record it's more likely they'd end up in their own little Sequim Hunger Games!
  22. Yes! I can do so many things myself but it's the little things I wish I had. Like, someone calling me during the day just to see how it's going, making sure I get home safely, or when my car breaks down and it's cold out and I'm tired, to have someone tell me they'll come get me and arrange for my car to get taken to the mechanic. Someone to lean on occasionally because I get tired of having to do everything my damn self, like going through my parents' deaths alone. I'm 56 and have never even been engaged. And neither of my cats can be arsed to do things like have dinner waiting for me! Bah.
  23. As someone who also works for a non-profit--15 years doing accounts payable at an international charity--I'm not doing it for brownie points either. I sure as hell would make a lot more money working for a private sector but I do it because I'm committed to the mission, even if all I'm doing are things like cutting a rent assistance check. I can see Tania bragging about working there. It only ever comes up for me if someone asks where I work.
  24. On the plus side, it looks like Sarah's friend now has hair on both sides of her head.
