  1. What. The. Hell????? Started out so nice with snarky Finch. Did you bring more than weaponry? You can be DJ. Then someone Reese turned into Shaw with a dick. Really since when did Reese not have a bedside manner and be rude to the POIs? Even the perps? Hell he was nicer to Fusco in the first episode than he was to the Congressman. I know I said if they kill off Reese, I am out of here. Well turns out that goes for Finch too. Without him considering every human being important, there is no show. Look at how he even redeemed Leon. And FUSCO for god's sakes. He never used and discarded. He saw worth in everyone. He bails because the Machine has become too Rootlike then I am out of here. That ending was just so sad. Shaw and Reese on the run, Finch hunted. All the things Finch created the machine to avoid.
  2. Valda is a manipulative bastard is any guise. So I would not be surprised if he was playing a very deep game, pretending to be evil so he could fix things and put it back the way it is supposed to be.
  3. SO glad they dropped the Mika has cancer storyline. The last season of Eureka was kinda ruined for me when it mostly about "We must save Holly," a character only introduced the season for. Now, there are some differences, Mika is a long established well liked character. WH13 also knew it was ending unlike Eureka. This gave the writers time to not drag down th eending but make it the fun place it's always been.
  4. Oh, our Warehouse Team is back. And nothing has changed. The banter was hilarious. Mika railing about reading the addendums to the manual. Them all mumbling why they hadn't. Until Artie said "Backlogged since I turned evil and tried to poison the world." Pete "Yeah, he has the best excuse." bwahahahaha. And it just went from there. Pete hitting on Lisa DaVinci. But Mika was intrigued too. She does love a smart woman. But great googly moogly what is up with Pete's hair in the previews. Ugh. Not a good look.
  5. The nyquil thing bothered me. Not that the kids offered it, but how they said it. "I'll get you A nyquil." I know it comes in pill form, but don't most people take the liquid form? I know I do so I can chug it until I pass out (half kidding).
  6. At least Alicia has finally admitted she like the power of being Mrs. Florrick too much to give it up. But she did NOT have an affair with Will. She was separated from her husband at that time and contemplating divorce. That is not cheating. Thank god someone finally punched Kalinda. I am so sick of her seduce and use technique. She's not that great of an investigator if she can only find out about Damian's clients by stealing a file. And poor Cary stuck with coitus interruptus. David Lee is the kind of family law attorney I hate (disclaimer, I do family law but try not to do the slash and burn technique). Those 2 people need to raise that child together. Having an unnecessary fight is not a good idea. And reduce CHILD SUPPORT? Yeah judges love when you cut the money for the kid. Alimony sure. Less marital property, okay. But don't mess with the child support. But he did have a point about making major decisions while grieving. Too bad he was pushing Diane to make major decisions.
  7. Brendan and Rachel need to get off my screen just for being morons. Rachel "we're going to the Eternal City, Ethiopia Africa." First of all, Ethiopia is country second of all, who does not know Rome is the Eternal City who has BEEN to the city before? Then Brendan with his "alphanumeric" conversion. Hey Mr. PhD, alphanumeric is numbers and letters. What you mean was converting between Roman and Arabic numerals. I thought the Globetrotters would be toast. If they couldn't come up with Franz Kafka, they were not going to get roman numerals (disclaimer, I can't do them above V). They had help. Luckily Jessica and John got loster. And really they thought they would beat professional athletes who run up and down a court in a foot race. Loved Phil directing the camera to catch the footrace. But gah with the Country Girls being the first thought was "let's work with someone" rather than using their own brains. Lost a lot of love for the Cowboys with their "Drive like a Sri Lankan" remark. That was so wrong.
  8. I wonder if Reid did that on purpose so she would dump him. After all he was told to break it off with her and retire. He certainly doesn't want to retire. But after his declaration of love he was not going to break up with her either. And honestly, did the good councilwoman think no one would mind she was stepping out publicly with a married man? This is Victorian England for god's sakes. Image matters. Good girls don't, not if they want to continue to be councilwoman. Honestly, the men on this show have such sad love lives. And they are all good decent men trying very hard to do a difficult job. Rose needs to work on her diction if she wants to be an actress. Even singing you could tell she came from the slums. Not Cockney, but not gently born either. Even in the music hall that mattered.
  9. Apparently she is at Coachella this weekend. Because that is totally where someone comitted to their sobriety should go.
  10. That was C. Thomas Howell? I spent the whole epidode going "Who is that guy?" but was too lazy to got IMDB to find out. My room was covered in posters of him when I was a kid. He has not aged well.
  11. They are tying the threads together. We even got an explanation of why Renard tried to kill Marie but is okay working with Nick. For such a heavy episode there were some major laughs. Loved everyone's reaction to Adalind's return. "there's more?" "uh when did she give birth?" But oh Adalind when she found out her baby was taken from her. Look she is a bad person, but she loved that child. I know she would never have agreed to send the child off with Mama Grimm. Who did such a great job at motherhood before.
  12. Not sure I would buy any the artifacts. But there is a Mrs. Frederick's dress available.
  13. Life and times of Santa Claus is the only one I won't watch. I watched it once and said "What the hell acid trip Christmas story is this?" Not that I have anything against pagan stories, but it was just too weird for me.
  14. She definitely needed a tough life coach. One who will set a schedule for her and make her stick to it. Like: 8 a.m. get up, shower, get dressed have breakfast. 9 a.m. spend 1 hour sorting through the boxes tossing or donating anythng you haven't worn or used in at least 2 years. Lindsay must do it herself not have an assistant do the work. Anything kept must be put in its rightful place, by Lindsay. No acquiring new things until all the boxes are sorted. 10 - Noon - volunteer Noon - lunch Afternoon -- take an acting class, attend an AA meeting, etc. Dinner Bed at a reasonable hour. The minute Lindsay started playing games, the coach should have cracked down. None of this airy fairy crap about being serene and what a beautiful day it is to get back on track. If Lindsay is sleeping until 4 she ain't seeing the beautiful day anyway.
  15. Yeah, I was hungry before this episode aired. BUt I have a strict rule of no eating when CSI is on. I've learned the hard way. So glad I have that Rule. Not a lot of Finn. That's two eps in a row without a lot of her. Did Elisabeth Shue want to cut back?
  16. Well that explains how they afford their lifestyle. 60% of those photos adds up. But you know who is more in the media right now? The Cambridges. Prince George had his first public engagement -- a playdate. Sure the cameras were there, but it was just a little baby crawling around and playing with toys and annoying other kids, while being annoyed by them. There were lots of pics of Kate holding him. Not once did he have a "who the hell is this woman?" look on his face. Yes he has a nanny. BUt you can tell he spends time with his parents and is quite comfortable with them. He was even pulling Kate's hair. All I could think on seeing that is "Wow, if Kompass did that to Kim she would pitch a fit -- Kim not the baby."
  17. JC leaves, I am out of here. The preview makes me nervous. This show is about how working with the Machine not only saves the POI but those who do its handiwork. Root is NOT redeemed because she still doesn't give a damn about people as PEOPLE. They are just things to her, to be used as needed then ignored. Shaw is too damn one note. Violence is always the answer. Reese cares about people because he is haunted he couldn't save his girlfriend, he wants to punish the bad guys, in creative ways that does not necessarily involve killing in cold blood (Mexican jail anyone?), he can fight, but he can also think his way out of a problem. He also brings out the humanity in Finch who has spent too much time in his awesome library with the computer. He is a very faceted character who brings so much to the show. Without him, it wouldn't be the same.
  18. Holy crap. This happened. In LA last night, a guy walked into a police station that had no metal detector. Walked up to the front desk and said he had a complaint. Then opened fire hitting a cop who was not wearing his bullet proof vest like he was supposed to be doing on duty. The only difference from the show is no hostage situation, no magical fingerprint analysis and thankfully -- the cop is just fine. But DAMN.
  19. Oh man he better not show up just to cause angst on the Caskett wedding day. I will so hunt down Marlowe and make him eat the script page by page -- with no sauce -- if that happens.
  20. And then Peaches Geldof. Only 25 with 2 small children. Yeah, she is famous for being famous, but she is less revolting about it than Paris Hilton or any of the Kardashians. She was just having fun and enjoyed life. Kinda a harmless person.
  21. Do they KNOW that Renard put Adalind up to those things? Pretty sure Nick hasn't had that heart-to-heart about what Renard wants out of all this yet. So we don't know why he wanted a pet Grimm or what he was doing with Wesen before Nick manifested his powers. As far as they know, Adalind did all these things on her own.
  22. I think it was the jeweler who had been defrauded by Warner. I thought the same thing about Rose. Some "true friend." I'm just going to be watching instead of going to get someone who can help. It's not like Reid can't knock some sense into Drake's head. Literally apparently. But oh Reid and that final scene. So hot. Although I worry about that reporter hanging outside the door. Not sure if he was happy for the lady or happy he can blackmail Reid.
  23. Diamonddoll I am right there with you on Juliette and the baby. This woman who does not even have a pet despite being a vet, has never exhibited any maternal attitudes at all, suddenly knows exactly what a baby needs better than the mother. I can see Adalind not wanting to ask for a dry blanket from these people, but it doesn't mean she didn't know her baby needed one. Honestly Adalind has demonstrated adequate concern and care for her child that it was not necessary for Juliette to be all uppity. It is clearly a set up for Juliette and Nick to become the guardians of the baby of destiny ala Ma and Pa Kent. As for the wedding dress, thanks for the explanation of why it had to cover so much of Rosalee. But that doesn't mean it had to look so hideous. There are plenty of long sleeved, high necked dressed that are quite beautiful. This was not one of them.
  24. Any episode with Ensign Ro in it on Star Trek the Next Generation. But especially the alternate universe one where she and Riker were married. Just ugh. My least liked character married to my most liked one. Honestly, I can see they wanted to add to the cast and maybe have someone be less than the perfect. But did they have to make her so darn unlikeable?
  25. Knowing this show Willie is some sort of Wesen that is known for its singing.
