My two sides are baked and cooling to be reheated on the big day. Tomorrow as soon as the car is packed, we'll pick up the pie we ordered and head to our daughter's house. I'm going to stay a few extra days to spend time with the grandkids. I'm excited about that!

I don't think the hotel wants a passel of kids playing in their small exercise area. It's not a playground and the equipment is expensive to maintain. Lord, I wish "precious" Janessa would let go of that disgusting rag she's sucking on! Poor kid is probably starved for true affection, not SM claims of affection that she can't read anyway.

Maybe those things got up there miraculously after Jill got on her severely injured knee and prayed to be delivered of the heavy items that belong in the upstairs attic.

This makes me think of how these fundies have learned to embrace epidurals. They could make the next leap and send their kids to public school. They're all so afraid of public education because they have so many misconceptions about it, based on the bs their parents told them about public school. I hope Joy and Austin get Gideon the help he needs, but I seriously doubt that they will.

Oh, that is interesting that we follow the same threads! There's always some interesting discussion on Reddit. I sometimes look at the AITAH posts to see how others react. Sometimes everyone is supporting a person whom I think is definitely the AH! Oh well!

@Ancaster- thank goodness he's your ex! It sounds like you are handling situations where you have to deal with him, perfectly. Are you on Reddit? I follow some threads there about narcissism. I have a couple of narcissistic relatives and it's comforting to know I'm not alone! Lately I've also been interested in Rover (pet sitting) threads and always AITAH (am I the a**hole) threads. It's amusing and sometimes scary - what people put up with and what some people do to their "loved ones"! Of course it was Duggar & other fundie snark that led me to that site!

I wonder how many rooms they rented? Also, hope that pool filter can handle the fully dressed Rods!

I haven't seen this for awhile. Jill and Dave are terrible parents! I just imagine them "correcting" (probably Pearl style!) toddler Tim all day every day. 😥 Interesting that she included a pic of DBD with a bigger gut than he displays these days, while praising her son for fasting. Not sure if Dave lost weight thanks to Plexus or if it's Jill's magic filters. There's no way Dave would fast. He doesn't miss many meals! Thank goodness Tim found Heidi, who appears to love him for himself and that he's been welcomed into the Coverett family and likely has been offered plenty of good food!

The BRAT diet does seem to help. Hope you feel better soon. I hope we all do!

I wish I could bring you a hot cup of tea! I'm so sorry you're not feeling well. Practice the best self care that you can - you deserve it! I've been feeling kind of icky digestion-wise. I took a probiotic for a few days and I wonder if it did a number on my gut. I stopped taking it when I was started feeling sick. Then I threw away the rest of the doses No other symptoms and yesterday I started feeling better. It's probably a this time of year stress taking hold. My feelings are very much tied to my digestion. I followed the BRAT diet for a couple of days and I still don't want certain foods....like the leftover chili my husband suggested. Just no! I have been drinking a ginger tea every day and that seems to help.

It will be interesting to watch as Amy becomes more like Uncle Jim Bob every day, at least when it comes to exploiting her child. Yet she finds (posts) fault with Jim Bob whenever she feels the need for a bit of attention for herself. WTG Famy!

Putting a large piece of furniture in front of a window is weird. I wonder why they moved the hutch from its appropriate place in the dining room? I will never understand Rod thinking.

I bet she's only ridden a bike there once, if ever. Jill has no problem lying. She can't carry the tchotchkes she wants to unload on KayJon on her bicycle, so I'm pretty sure she usually drives. Knowing Jill, she probably just shows up without calling first. I just had a mental flash of Jill on her bicycle, her hoodie blouse blowing behind her and the Wicked Witch music playing from Wizard of Oz!

It looked like a nice, clean kitchen with plenty of storage until Jill cluttered it up and covered up a window and heating vent with a totally unnecessary hutch that doesn't go with anything! This is pure idiocy!
