  1. It will be interesting to watch as Amy becomes more like Uncle Jim Bob every day, at least when it comes to exploiting her child. Yet she finds (posts) fault with Jim Bob whenever she feels the need for a bit of attention for herself. WTG Famy!
  2. Putting a large piece of furniture in front of a window is weird. I wonder why they moved the hutch from its appropriate place in the dining room? I will never understand Rod thinking.
  3. Jill and Dave don't worry their pretty little heads about safety of any kind!
  4. I bet she's only ridden a bike there once, if ever. Jill has no problem lying. She can't carry the tchotchkes she wants to unload on KayJon on her bicycle, so I'm pretty sure she usually drives. Knowing Jill, she probably just shows up without calling first. I just had a mental flash of Jill on her bicycle, her hoodie blouse blowing behind her and the Wicked Witch music playing from Wizard of Oz!
  5. It looked like a nice, clean kitchen with plenty of storage until Jill cluttered it up and covered up a window and heating vent with a totally unnecessary hutch that doesn't go with anything! This is pure idiocy!
  6. We finished the series last night and I have to say that it was the best thing I've seen in awhile. I got so hooked on these stories and I'm going to miss them! I think we'll let a little time go by and do a rewatch!
  7. I wonder if Jessa and the kids are able to attend early service when Ben is preaching. They seem more likely to go by Duggar time in their daily/weekly activities!
  8. I think you are correct. Carlin's fear of being alone with her kids all day, combined with Evan's disdain for working created the mess that is their SM presence.
  9. Does Bin bring a book in case he gets bored, eating with his wife on their anniversary?
  10. I agree. I can see how it could be useful for children or a family member with dementia or other health issues, but all the time, every day for healthy, competent adults? It just seems personally intrusive.
  11. I have a question. Is anyone here a user of the 360 Life App? Or something similar? I have a couple of friends whose spouses use it to track family members, even in-laws. This is such a novel concept to me. I understand the safety idea, especially when someone is out driving at night. But I have no need to know that my son-in-law is at the gym, or getting gas or whatever. Since I can always call my husband and he can safely answer while driving, I don't even need to know where he is every minute of the day. I'm wondering what the advantages are. I mean I don't really have trust issues with anyone in my family, so I'm wondering what good uses the app offers.
  12. Jana and some brothers helped Jessa build a deck. Jessa cutting that board in sandals, using a shopping cart for a table to cut on, was ridiculous! And she was pregnant! I guess people (looked like high schoolers) had been cutting through their fence and yard. Jessa and her brothers (even Ben helped) got the fence repaired and they fixed a drainage ditch that ran through their yard and fenced it in to have more yard for her many blessings to play in!
  13. Yes, Jill's faith in the Lord she claims to serve, pales in comparison to her faith in herself. She is definitely the main character and everyone needs to realize it. Her word is law!
  14. I was just looking at that FB post of Mahmo's. Such a dig at Tim and Heidi! I'm so glad we're here to observe this season of Jill's life!
  15. I guess not. Snacks must always be in hand. Drinks too.
  16. Jill never tires of trying to convince us that: 1. She loves her Hunk 2. The Rodrigues family is such a fun group!
  17. I do too. It's a terrible bar to set for children. I've seen firsthand how that bar can mess with a person's body image.
  18. She's usually holding him in pictures. I'm sorry I still haven't seen what so many see. Oh well, I guess it isn't easy to bounce back from 5 pregnancies. Especially for a young woman with a heart condition. I hope they're done, so she can recover and stay healthy so she can enjoy the children she has. And her own life!
  19. I'd really like to see this picture. I haven't seen one where Alyssa looks so worn out. She looked ok in their trick or treat photos. Maybe the golden boy doesn't sleep well?
  20. I think you are right, @libgirl2. Divorce is out of the question for her and I think DBD is a huge disappointment to her. She sees the years ahead, the children growing up and moving on and she's stuck with just Dave for company. A woman can only take so much sweet grunting! She's probably having hot flashes and irregular periods. There's not likely to be any more babies. On top of everything else, people are getting wise to her tricky ways and her oldest son is cleaving to his fiance's family. She's miserable!
  21. Poor Allie. Will she be the stay at home daughter, caring for Alyssa and John in their old age? Like Jana Duggar.
