  1. yet admitting he didn't know Gabe had a girlfriend. Adult Family Brown = contradictions. I guess this is expected when you fake so much you can't remember what phony crap was said or portrayed. I wonder if the producers are in on the joke and give us these gems on purpose.
  2. And the finale of his "I don't want a dog rant" was a strong disdain for all the dog hair on his . . . wait for it . . . Suitcoats!!!!!
  3. Hell on Earth: stuck in a room with Kody and Mariah one upping each other on what is most important in life.
  4. Kody's I'm a victim so I'm throwing Janelle and sons under the bus tweet: "Gabriel and Garrison both could have stopped their social lives for me to return home. They say "unfair" but never changed their behavior and Janelle didn't insist on it." He very easily could have visited OUTSIDE . . . if he wanted to. I am in AZ, spoke with neighbors and friends outside throughout 2020. This guy. Always a problem, never a problem solver. Can't imagine having him in my life. His glee over the Utah ruling seemed close to crazed. Calling a family meeting with 3 teenagers and a 4 and a 6 year old to announce the news. And then the talking head with his legal wife where he goes on and on about how he wants to get a plyg ticket so he can sue Utah again and win money is delusional.
  5. I think this show is better the second time around. Because I was really watching, instead of just having it on, I noticed so many little things. Season 3 was ten years ago and is filmed the first 6-9 in las Vegas. Random thoughts while watching Ep 5-12. Browns, incl. older kids, go to Boston for their Panel Discussion on Polygamy to college students. Kody gets off on the hotel rooms being close together and collects the 2nd key to each room so he can pop in. Robyn cries on stage when talking about Warren Jeffs. Christine’s plyg pomposity is on blast. Meri brings the gals, incl pregnant Robyn, to work out with her trainer. Yikes on the weigh in, except for gleeful Robyn. This storyline has to be producer driven. None of them seemed into this AT ALL. New plan for a business venture. Those gym rats want to open a Fitness Center, yep, a fitness center. Kody has become BFF’s with the wives trainer, who has brought in an investor. Kody says they know “business” and he can sell it. They want to open in 6 mos. Apparently, Real Estate didn’t work out, lol. There is a scene where Gabe and Savannah are having a pillow fight in the living room, while a forlorn Janelle sits at the kitchen table picking at a tray of nachos. Ouch. Kody stays with the kids while the gals have a girls night out in the Las Vegas strip. The bubble they live in is burst when they stroll into the wrong part of the strip. Scene with them covering their mouths, shocked. Meri admits she carries a lot of anger and stress due to family stuff which is part of the reason she cannot lose weight. Christine admits she is on anti-depressants and anti-anxiety meds. Janelle admits she can now bend over to pick stuff up from the floor as a result of working out. Robyn admits to nothing. She is perfect. Kody has a Boys Night out with his buddies, to relieve the stress of watching the kids while the wives had their night out. They are going to an MMA gym. I am now brain dead, but wonder, who would be Kody’s” buddies”. Kody’s 3 buddies are the trainer/business partner, a guy whose brother runs the MMA gym and a guy named Jeff. Jeff looks rilly familiar. Turns out Jeff, is Jeff Allredge of Seeking Sister Wife fame. Because Kody was an award winning wrestler in High School, he takes off his shoes, and enters the cage wearing jeans and a button down shirt. Another embarrassing Kody scene, but one worth watching. After the match, where the buddy’s brother graciously lets Kody take him down, the guys go to a restaurant where the trainer and the MMA brother grill Kody on plyg life. Buddy Jeff is silent. The Brown’s find the cul de sac. Paedon picks on Robyn’s kids. Weepy Robyn decides that if it doesn’t get better Dayton can choose to live with his bio father. The Brown’s shop for a crib for King Sol. We find out Robyn never had a crib for her 3 kids because they couldn’t afford one and didn’t have the room for one. I must have blocked the birth of King Sol the first time, as I didn’t remember how cringeworthy that scene was, complete with sappy plyg music. Why are these births televised? Kody holds the newborn Solomon and says, “he’s our dream come true”. Robyn asks everyone to leave except Meri. Kody says” me too”? Answer, yes. After giving birth to King Sol, Robin tells Meri she wants to be her surrogate. And that’s a wrap for Season 3 . . . and me. I need an intervention.
  6. S3 E4 2011 Defending Polygamy (stuff I forgot and/or thought was interesting) Trip to Lovell, WY where he grew up, for the town’s annual celebration Lovell Mustang Days. 1st time they will be out and open about plural marriage in his hometown. Meets with old High School friends. Small town, everybody knows everybody, heavily Mormon. (This one was pretty good. Everybody but Kody has his number.) Dayton wants to name new baby Cleveland Brown. Tons of city names for the kids: Logan Ut, Madison WI, Savannah GA, Aspyn CO, Dayton OH, Robin and Kody go to birthing class even though Kody has birthed kids before. They are doing this so Kody and Robin learn how to do this together. 3 car road trip-no filmed flat tires. Kody meets up with old High School friend, Ken. Had a falling out when KO left church. Then they started doing business together which brought them closer. He hopes to mend friendship with this visit. KO didn’t realize the consequences of his choice to change from LDS to plyg on his friendships. Friends thought he had joined a “cult”. Didn’t know who he was anymore. Meets with HS friend Ken Grant and wife Darece. KO: “Ken is not demonstrative so its not normal for him to give me a big bear hug and say missed you man, he’s still looking at me questioningly. Ken’s bringing 3 boats to the lake. KO says” I didn’t know what the plan was, so I just started doing something, which was bringing food to the picnic spot. Next scene, was Ken, alone, dealing with the boats, putting them in the water and saying, “I don’t know where KO is, w/3 wives you can get kind of busy and distracted, I guess he’s got me doing all the work today”? (we should invite friend Ken to snark with us) Next scene: Kody and the family surrounding the picnic table yapping about clouds and possible storm. Then he finally says” I’m going to see what Ken wants to do” Ken on the dock, “One thing is for sure, KO hasn’t changed a bit. He likes the limelight-not surprised he went public with his lifestyle.” People start loading onto boats, storm and lightning hits. Brown’s unload, want to eat and walk away from boats. Janelle says its crazy to go on a boat with lightning. Scene at Picnic table. Ken invited his brothers, their wives and sister. Introductions. Christine: “ its not like Ken is very warm and inviting so I was very surprised to see his family there. They were so open, inviting and friendly”. KO & KE leave picnic table leaving the women. Robin says “women always want to ask them about their lifestyle, can’t understand why they would choose this. (note: Nice French manicure Robin) Christine: pompous about how she doesn’t get why people don’t “get” what they do. Mykelti announces suns out, on to the boats. KE talking to KO:” LDS church gets a bad rap because of people like you, because they want to pull them together in one group. I was clueless that you were merging into this fundamental thing. When you first became plyg, it was I big shock to the town. Your family was proselytizing about this around town. Your mom and my mom were friends, my mom tried talking your mom out of it, and they went their separate ways. KO: says “early on, they were very enthusiastic about the faith and it could have come off as proselytizing. Choosing this faith was very lonely.” Good conversation between the former HS BFF’s. KO “When I was 20 yrs. younger, Ken’s reaction to my choices offended me. I see it differently now.” Ken organized a get together with classmates. Best line from HS school friend. One female friend from HS: “there were classmates that thought Kody was gay, flamboyantly gay. He had a big feminine side to him. He always wore really tight pants and had this thing about his hair, like he does now.” Kody also tells a classmate that “he will be selling real estate in a couple of months.” Family visits Kody & Janelle’s mothers. (Robin and Christine are seriously ridiculous. It feels like they are trying to out “expert” each other. Christine wins the award for most obnoxious delivery.) (This was an interesting episode, especially the scenes with HS friends. Bottom line-Kody has always been a diva.) Too much to snark in this episode to write about. These five people deserve whatever the future brings them.
  7. I figured out why this show is only one hour per week. I just finished bingeing Season 3. While I thought the season was pretty good, by the time it was over I couldn’t stand any of them, especially Christine and Robyn. I had previously given Christine the benefit of the doubt, but watching her pompous arrogance for more than 1 hour has erased any sympathy I had for her current Flagstaff misery. Same with Robyn. And as always, Kody. Meri and Janelle were least offensive. The 4 Lives of Kody Brown S3 E4 2011 (stuff I forgot and/or thought was interesting) The entire family go out to eat at a Mexican Restaurant. Outside the building the have a sign “Kids Eat Free”. Kody shouts to the camera while pointing to the sign, “That’s why we are eating here.” (Can you imagine working there and seeing that crowd saunter in. Hope TLC left a huge tip.) Topic of coming up with a Family Business. What’s odd about this episode is that the prior episode, Kody Janelle and Christine were working with Mona their RE agent on an Open House and it seemed like they were all in on becoming Real Estate Agents. This Ep they are brainstorming opening a Family Business. After a meeting with his “attorney” about a potential business, Kody tells the wives his idea is to open some type of Healthy Food Business. Meri wants to work with At Risk Kids, not interested in a family business. Meri, Kody, Janelle out of work. Figuring out what they can do with their skills. Kody-Sales, his communication skills can transfer to other jobs, but he wants to own a business. Janelle-transferable skills, money watcher financial planner, person that makes the money work. (Yet she’s in serious tax debt) Kody has aged 10 years in the past three months per Christine. Meri: ”there are times I get angry at Christine because she doesn’t do what she’s supposed to do to work on the relationship w/Kody.” (Funny coming from Meri and what we know now) Christine: “My relationship with Kody used to be easy, then Robin came into the family and now I have a lot of internal conflicts. I don’t feel special anymore”. The sex of Robins baby is announced. Maddie is totally checked out. Resting Bitch face. Arms crossed.
  8. From Teresa and Joe to Erika and Tom. Bravo Crime Couples Hall of Fame.
  9. I went back to the initial 2019 article which said: “In a lawsuit filed in December of 2018, plaintiffs Stefannie Gonzalez and Mirella Flores are suing Kody and his son Paedon Brown for an amount “in excess of $15,000” due to injuries sustained when Paedon reportedly rear-ended the ladies while driving a vehicle owned by Kody.” "The Sister Wives family does have an attorney, and he filed against the plaintiffs. Nevertheless, according to Starcasm, “There is an arbitration hearing scheduled for January 8 of next year.” Of course, most people assume those at the rear usually were at fault. However, when it comes to damages claims, there may be other circumstances to consider. These could be anything from the plaintiff not having working tail lights, to not wearing seat belts. Even not applying a handbrake to a stopped vehicle can result in a rear-ender affecting the vehicles ahead. Sometimes, the plaintiff opting not to seek medical treatment could affect the long term physical suffering by them." "Enjuris.com explains that “The injured drivers can sue for pain and suffering, but only if their injuries are exceptionally severe. … An injured driver can sue the other driver personally or his insurance company, or both! Everyone pays according to each party’s degree of fault in the accident.” Maybe I mis-understood the process and jumped to "Kody is a jerk", because, well I watch the show. After rereading, it sounds like arbitration is part of the process rather than Kody doubling down. Is that right Dakota?
  10. Since it was not contested that Paedon was at fault, why would he not go with the initial $15,000 rather than double down and get stuck with the $30?
  11. And with all those kids! I am fascinated by this guy and his choices-and that these women keep following him off the financial cliff. He acts like he has a secret off-shore account that will ultimately erase this debt.
  12. Found this article about an accident Paedon caused while in LV in 2017. This paragraph was included. https://www.tvshowsace.com/2020/06/25/sister-wives-paedons-car-accident-cost-kody-30k-as-finance-woes-grow/ Not a good time financially for the Brown family – Janelle struggles with taxes "The court claims all added up to $29, 855. 39. It’s not a good time to face this payment. After all, they struggled a lot with the move to Flagstaff. Fans know the Las Vegas homes sold slowly. And, at one stage they owed back taxes. In fact, Janelle Brown currently stresses with her annual tax returns, she noted on Instagram." How the heck do you get yourself into this mess while the recipient of TLC money?
  13. "Clinical psychiatrist Dr. Nathan Lavid wrote in an affidavit filed on March 10 that Tom suffers from “moderate” delusions and is unable to attend court hearings “for the foreseeable future” as his and Jayne’s legal troubles continue." https://forensic.org/find-an-expert/profile/A6A931B4-74B6-4A26-99FC-CFDCF3D4EDA8 Forensic Expert Witness Profile Nathan Lavid MD What is the role of an expert witness? "Essentially, expert evidence is opinion evidence or, the opinion of the expert. The primary function of the expert witness is to assist the court in reaching its decision by providing independent expert/technical analysis and opinion on an issue(s), based on the information provided by those instructing him."
  14. https://www.usmagazine.com/celebrity-news/news/tom-girardis-medical-issues-questioned-by-california-state-bar/ Tom Girardi’s Medical Issues Questioned by California State Bar Amid Conservatorship, Lawsuit March 15, 2021 “Although the Petition alleges that Girardi suffers from dementia and is unable to care for himself, as recently as November 2020 — two months before the Petition was filed — Girardi was holding himself out as a legal expert and moderated a legal education panel discussion with leading trial attorneys and presented on complex litigation strategy,” the objection claims, adding that the information provided to the courts about Tom’s mental state isn’t sufficient."
  15. Dumb question. Wonder how they will be financing this family? slinking out of the room
  16. . . . and yet she continues to appear on a reality show. I totally do not get these wanna be 1%'ers. Which is why I watch.
  17. I've been watching this stuff too long and suckered into believing dumb stories like this latest one. What I do believe in, is producer shenanigans. Perfect leak to generate viewers. What is amazing is the ginormous ego of Erika choosing to return to this "reality" show after what has gone down and been exposed. The only two that might have a shot of speaking for me, the jaded, bored viewer is Sutton and Garcelle. What I am not looking forward to is the hyena Rinna. Wonder if Scott Disick will make an appearance now the Kardashian's have left the building🤣
  18. The comments on the above article are better than the article. Majority are in synch with this one: "Are the producers of RHOBH really this clueless? Are they purposely pushing us away? We could give zero fcks about her divorce! What we want to hear about is how she and her awful husband are going to pay his clients back. Since he's been disbarred and supposedly has Alzheimer's, maybe she can sell a few downloads or put on a few shows to make some money? LOL Maybe they could go into how he funded her 'career' and without that money, her 'career' doesn't exist? We want to see her take accountability, not pretend to be a victim."
  19. Time will tell how successful an attempt by Erika to portray the wronged, innocent victim will be. Or if she is actually convicted of anything. Nothing I have seen or read moves me to give her the benefit of the doubt that she knew nothing. What possibly could she say about the $20 million alone? "Oh that Tom, he's such a generous man. Have you seen my chapel?" Or maybe she'll go the Teresa G route and say "I didn't know what I was signing, I trusted Tom." I have no doubt that Tom kept much private, but believe Erika has knowledge that's making her sweat.
  20. She looks different in every photo. This one is much better than the bunny boiler look she has now.
  21. He is both impulsive and a control freak. He lacks the ability to concentrate and follow thru to successfully manage and implement a project. Too many shiny objects to garner his fleeting attention. It was clear he likes the ability to come and go as he pleases, regardless of anyone else. His meltdown during the covid zoom call pressed all his tiny buttons.
  22. We may never see the karmic results of EJ's choices and behavior, but I believe she will not be having a good time going forward with her this close connection to Tom and his evil doing. She can remind herself it was good while it lasted, but her future now includes years of attorneys, depositions, public backlash, media scrutiny, and feigned friendship. As cold as she appears, this will be her hell on earth. She will never share anything real on camera because it could jeopardize the multiple lawsuits she is associated with. She is not sympathetic. To quote herself, "it's expensive to be her me".
