  1. Seriously Kody. That's her job. What doesn't make her cry? Certainly no need for snide remarks from anyone for her to turn on the fake waterworks.
  2. Speaking of Social Media, they are even on Linkedin. One of the last places this Expert Brown Snarker ever thought they would slink into and found it full of humor and a surprise or two. linkedin.com/in/christine-brown-4636008b linkedin.com/in/janelle-brown-0419307a linkedin.com/in/robyn-brown-b9751267 linkedin.com/in/mindy-jessop-b4382b132 Nothing for Meri or Kody Brown Family Entertainment, but bonus find for one of the PA’s.
  3. maybe he's in training🤮 https://theworldnewsdaily.com/sister-wives-the-2020-libertarian-u-s-presidential-candidate-reached-out-to-kody-brown-on-twitter/
  4. Internet rumors that Robyn and her nanny/relative Mindy Jessop had some degree of pot stirring culpability in the catfishing drama. Can't remember what or where I read it, but knowing what we know now about the Dark Queen, her rise to the top and disconnect from her "friend" Meri, wouldn't be surprised.
  5. This show is more fun looking for inconsistencies, an adult Where's Waldo.
  6. He was very weird entering Janelle's house, repeating how anxious he was, or something like that. Not the usual cocky asshole we love to loathe.
  7. And another Kody Brown tag line! My have things changed since Season 1 when he took offense to Natalie Morales when she mentioned his reputation as liking the ladies and questioned his choice to live the lifestyle for this reason not "faith". I was choking at his aggressive response, that he has done the emotional work to support this lifestyle. And plyg cheerleader Christine had an audible gasp. He is incapable of of grasping the concept of emotional work much less doing it. Kody's go to is blame the other person. To much use of I ,Me. "If you want to be loved, make yourself lovable" After watching him devolve, I do not believe he even likes women but his drug of choice is being adored, idealized, worshipped. A low level, mainstream cult leader. Most cult leaders are very charismatic. Cult leaders' charisma also helps them set up a power imbalance between them and their followers. They'll create crisis situations. They thrive on chaos. Their unpredictable nature and charisma allows cult leaders to be in control — which is by design. Example: inability to have create a family schedule, but choosing pop ins. Kody Brown is a bottomless pit of ego need. Meri, Christine and now Covid are pushing back on Kody's need for chaos and control. I think what we are seeing is the real Kody Brown. They are all such poor communicators, passive-aggressive and immature, I want to believe Meri is poking the bear on purpose. Her couch snark and non anniversary conversation was so calm. Wonder where does this guy goes after the show. The AUB doesn't want him back, who would hire him?
  8. Kody Brown's new tagline: Love should be multiplied not divided Polygamy is a swirling vortex of sewage.
  9. "Although she has longtime martial problems with Kody, 52, the reality star was still wearing her wedding ring."
  10. This has always been a disturbing storyline for me. First, why would their father give up rights to his children? He's from polygamy "royalty", and allegedly not a practicing plyg, but I'm having a difficult time believing he would disown his children. Most divorced parents would not, but this guy is from Utah and a plyg, and he does? And what about Jessops plyg family - they all collectively give up grandchildren, nephew, nieces, cousins? Yeah we're good, see ya. We have other kids. Robyn sending them to visit after the "adoption" doesn't help solidify this either. Why couldn't the plyg idiot just adopt them without the divorcing Meri? I thought they preached from the beginning what a coexist family they are? I don't understand and cannot find what "legal rights" spiritual wives, or their kids for that matter, have any way. The lines of faith, finances and legalities look like one of Janelle's mushy meals. Even this "The Principal" thing they keep yapping about. I'm thought it had something to do with "faith"; looked it up and got "The Principle: Another term for plural marriage". So their faith in a TLC nutshell, is plural marriage, more kids the better and you have this amazing life when you die. This family is doing a very poor job representing this lifestyle as something positive. Maybe because they are not transparent, maybe because they are shifty, or maybe because it's not that good of a lifestyle afterall. Kody's attention deficit and impulse control may also be part of the failure. Mismanagement due to chaos. Season 1 when they are being interview by Natalie Morales, she blindsight's them with a real question, states he was a ladies man before he got married, and could this be why he chose this lifestyle. Kody hostilely responds "that he's done the emotional work" with his wives to make this work." The latest picture of the 5 of them on the couch says everything. Reality TV/Kody Brown sleight of hand. This show feels more like gaslighting than entertaining.
  11. It’s They are the gift that keeps on giving.🤣😂🤣 https://pagesix.com/2021/03/30/david-beador-says-hes-donating-shannons-baby-gift-after-jeff-lewis-fiasco/ "He read alleged texts from David during the show, which read, “Jeff, nice podcast. You and Shannon are so f–king boring. All you can do is talk about me and my wife. You f–king loser. Glad to see karma bit you in the ass a couple of times now, what a chump you are.” https://www.usmagazine.com/celebrity-news/news/david-beador-threatens-to-sue-ex-shannon-after-jeff-lewis-texts/
  12. She could also be jealous because no one is "helping" her. In the beginning, when she first landed in the fambly, she repeatedly talked about the lifestyle and how she could fit in and assist. Now that RobynSpongeBob SquarePants has obtained her massive pineapple house at 124 Grifter Street, the wives have nothing to do with each other but filming. And she's stuck with the kids, including the balding one, with no nanny. Speaking of nanny, rumors I read include that she had her sister, a niece and possibly a friend help her in the past and Kody was interested in two of them as #5. Man I wish someone would write a book on the real story. If Kitty Kelly can take on the Royal Family, Frank Sinatra, and Oprah surely someone out there is taking copious notes. Proceeds could go to helping deprogram and assimilate those who have gotten out of "the lifestyle". If I was Robyns ex, I'd be researching ghost writers.
  13. "She was happy to be moving to America to be with Mike Youngquist. But, she was entering the country with no ring on her finger." Article forgot to include that "she stayed until the very end, enduring sloth-like, passive aggressive interactions turning her mature, respectful personality into a psycho, marriage at all costs, lunatic.
  14. Brown and his four wives have stated they participated in the show to make the public more aware of polygamist families and to combat societal prejudices. (wikipedia) Got to hand it to Kody. He accomplished his objective to bring awareness to polygamist families. Add to his list of failures: combatting societal prejudices. Clearly Kody Brown is not capable of managing and supporting a successful and healthy plural marriage. This show has done nothing but confirm my belief that polygamy breeds inequality, anxiety, depression, patriarchy, faith lip service, insecurity, emotional and financial abuse, fallacy of sister-wives, . . . .
  15. Yep, looks like ol' Meri made some $$. Which makes the storyline of her asking Kody and the wives for money to invest in the B&B more humorous. These grifters even grift themselves.🤣😂🤣 "LuLaRoe was founded in 2013. By the end of 2017, Lularoe had gained over 50,000 consultants – ending up with around 80,000 sellers."
  16. Anyone know when Meri started her Lularoe career? I am ignorant in the details of MLM's in general and Lularoe specifically, and am reading about WA state's lawsuit. Sounds like in the beginning they were paying bonus's to consultants for recruiting and they made more money this way than selling product. If Meri joined early I can see how she made money. " . . .top LuLaRoe consultants received monthly bonus checks that were seven to twelve times higher than their merchandise sales. “This structure incentivized consultants to recruit more retailers to make inventory purchases rather than sell clothing to consumers for personal use,” the AG's office said. LuLaRoe changed the bonus structure in July 2017 to provide bonuses based solely on sales to consumers." https://www.bizjournals.com/bizwomen/news/latest-news/2019/01/lawsuit-alleges-lularoe-pyramid-scheme-deceived.html?page=all "LuLaRoe’s structure ensured that the highest-ranking retailers would earn income by recruiting retailers in the lower categories. This allowed two LuLaRoe retailers — who each had hundreds of recruits in their “downlines” — to make more than $5 million in profit collectively between 2016 and 2019, while at the same time, more than a third of retailers reported losses. At a LuLaRoe event in late 2017, one of those top retailers acknowledged, “I got overpaid while people on my team were failing.” Direct-selling businesses sometimes provide incentives for existing retailers to recruit additional retailers. When the company offers retailers the right or opportunity to earn compensation primarily derived from recruitment, rather than retail sales to consumers, the company is a pyramid scheme under the Washington Antipyramid Promotional Scheme Act." https://www.atg.wa.gov/news/news-releases/lularoe-pay-475-million-resolve-ag-ferguson-s-lawsuit-over-pyramid-scheme
  17. The other 4 characters in this play have been "somewhat" transparent with their past. We've been introduced to people in their lives, have a limited sense of how they grew up, and their show stories kind of fit with their lives. Granted don't think any of them would pass a lie detector test or a real Natalie Morales interview, but none of this chicks "story", behavior, words, tweets, scrubbed internet, rise to power and temporary "wealth" fits together. Its like they are all puzzle pieces, but to 7 different puzzles. Why would this be, what's she hiding and who is doing her clean up? I started reading this thread from the start, just found out the Cynical Jinx site (which is very interesting), belief that there is something fishy about the Brown's, their past, and their "portrayal" but Robyn's is by far the weirdest. My non fact based thought is the connection to this AUB which shall never be discussed or alluded to. If her awful ex husband is AUB "royalty", maybe they are responsible for the scrubbing and ex husband's silence. Nothing else makes sense. Unless she's in witness protection and the Sisterwives is her new identity.
  18. How does David Jessop filing for a divorce from Robyn fit into her "I was an abused wife" narrative? "Robyn married David Jessop in June 1999, and was a stay-at-home mom to their three children David Jr., Aurora, and Breanna while David ran and HVAC business and worked in construction." "David filed for divorce in 2007 with the following stipulation that extended to “family members, friends, and acquaintances”: “Neither parent shall consume excessive amounts of alcohol in the children’s presence.” https://starcasm.net/sister-wives-robyn-sullivans-first-husband-revealed/
  19. https://radaronline.com/p/erika-jayne-husband-thomas-girardi-bankruptcy-mansion-56-million-debt/ "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Erika Jayne is demanding she receives a cut from the sale of the $16-million mansion she once shared with her estranged husband Thomas Girardi." "According to court documents obtained by Radar, Erika’s lawyer is asking the federal judge presiding over the involuntary bankruptcy filed against Thomas. The “RHOBH” star says the trustee in charge of her soon-to-be ex-husband’s bankruptcy is in the process of putting the Pasadena home she shared with Thomas up for sale." "The trustee is set to kick out Thomas and sell the home to the highest bidder. The money from the sale will be used to pay off his many creditors. In newly filed court documents, Erika objects to the trustee’s sale because it doesn’t put any money aside for her." "Erika is listed as a co-debtor in the documents. She appears to have been listed on financial documents relating to bills for American Express, City National Bank, various law firms, and their Wilshire County Club membership. The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star has remained quiet amid the legal drama." " Erika has yet to respond to the embezzlement allegations. The embezzlement lawsuit is still pending in federal court."
  20. I was looking for older articles, before the editing and the spin became major characters in the show. A show about people's faith without addressing the faith. Remove Kody and put in Jerry Seinfeld and it might be funny.
  21. This is the big missing piece to the Brown puzzle. Along with, why is this such a big secret? If it defines who they are, why won't they explain it? I found an article: Kody Brown and his wives are now exiled from their polygamist church.https://www.sheknows.com/entertainment/articles/1131231/kody-brown-and-wives-exiled-from-polygamist-church/ "The polygamous offshoot of the Apostolic United Brethren takes issue with how the family has made polygamy look to the rest of the world, an insider told the site. “From day one, Kody pitched the show as a documentary, but a lot of people in the faith think that this has become a straight-up reality TV show for ratings,” the source said." If this is a "documentary" as Kody is quoted as saying, why would this information be left out and included only as a mention? The only part of the faith they ever talk about is the "act" of plural marriage.
  22. This article about Kody and the gym includes pictures of him that are burned in my brain. I keep seeing a kindergarten kid, dropped off from the bus, on his way down the sidewalk, to his house. Obviously he knows the paparazzi are looking at him and starts a performance. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-7032467/Title-goes-here.html The 50-year-old sported his trademark 'man bun,' and did a little dance in the parking lot while stretching and balancing on one foot
