  1. At least the students don't have to go swimming in their street clothes.
  2. This post again shows why I sincerely hope she is not going into any health-related field. Spelling errors could kill someone.
  3. My cats have no interest in it at all. I do have extreme cat approval on Yeeoww cat toys. They absolutely love the banana-shaped ones.
  4. I get the handwritten letter from time to time. I find it interesting that they are usually signed "from a neighbor" instead of a name. I don't think the pandemic has anything to do with it; I have received these letters occasionally for the past 30 years.
  5. To answer my own question with a question. Do you suppose that there is any chance that since the show is now cancelled, Michelle has no reason to keep up the pretense of keeping their "rules" of specific clothing, etc? Or, have the rules only been for the show, and have she and all the children only worn used skirts and dresses for the show, but are actually more mainstream in their clothing choices? I really did not think I would see a picture of Michelle out in public in pants.
  6. Michelle actually looks "normal" in this picture. And wearing pants. Normal clothing!! What's going on?
  7. Maybe she meant "and" but typed "at"??? I sure hope she is studying for a job that does not require good communication skills or anything that has to do with saving lives/health. She is not good with details. And how do you "study" seriously while watching a movie?
  8. This is what I remember, too. I was wondering how it took so long to notice that she was not gaining weight. I guess it does happen, though. I took care of a newborn in the NICU whose mother had development mental issues and was being followed by an agency. The mom finally took the baby home, and then forgot to feed her. The baby's obit was in the paper after about 4 weeks. But this mom was not able to care for herself. How could a "family" with 3 mothers not notice?
  9. When I lived in CA I was told I had 14 days to register my new car with the insurance company, but I did it right away. The insurance company emailed me proof of my new insurance immediately. I wish Tim could afford to go to driving school. If he is ever going to have an independent life he will need to know how to drive safely.
  10. Maybe Jill and Derick are taking internet child pictures seriously and decided to stop posting pictures of the kids. Maybe they realized there were giving out too much personal information about their family. Maybe they only post photos to family now. Maybe they were getting some unkind posts about the Felon and the family. And maybe they are just busy right now and are taking a break. I just truly hope that they are all ok emotionally.
  11. And any article about any Duggar will forever include mentioning the Felon and his plight. He has done a lot of permanent damage to every member of his family.
  12. Her brother was doing 2nd grade flash cards when he was about 12, so the bar is set very low for Jessa's idea of education.
  13. That entire photo shoot was just strange. It was like they just walked around outside and plopped the poor kid just anywhere that was sort of level. Dressed up like a little old man. They were not cute baby pictures at all. That baby looked so uncomfortable. Just odd.
  14. Tonight's cat blanket. It is cold tonight, so they are keeping me nice and warm.
  15. At least he is not in stiff khakis and stuffed in a dump truck or laid out on a tree stump at 3 days old like TFDW's son was. I thought those pictures were horrible.
  16. There is no TV show to film for. I think that is the only reason they have ever been shown wedding dress shopping.
  17. Jill looks just like Kayee (or Renee, or one of the not-Nuries--I get them mixed up) in the graduation picture. The not-Nurie that is getting married soon. Jill has changed in appearance quite a bit.
  18. I don't think Jessa "stepped up" to do anything. She followed directions and did as she was told. Janna "took over" mom duties for Josie, and Jessa was just doing as instructed.
  19. My cats love those bananas. That company makes great cat toys.
  20. Don't they have just 4 outfits each? Was that what she said? And those outfits are purchased at thrift stores. Poor Spurge is often pictured wearing "outfits" that are much too small for him. I don't think they spend much on clothing.
  21. Does the prison accommodate special diets for people with food allergies? Looking at the "gift packs", there is nothing that I would eat. I have a wheat allergy, and I do not like coffee (at all). I also do not like chocolate. I guess it is good that I am not planning to go to jail.
  22. Didn't Robyn actually refuse to watch a kid that was not hers? I don't remember the situation exactly, but I think one of the girls wanted to stay at Robyn's instead of going with her mother someplace, and Robyn wouldn't let her. She is not a team player.
  23. This has happened in movies for years. In Gaslight, Angela Lansbury was much taller than Charles Boyer. They built trenches in the floor for her to walk in during their scenes together. Boyer was the same height as Ingrid Bergman, and he had to stand on a box in the kissing scene at the train station. (I love that movie). I, too, think this group believes that the man must be taller. How tall is Jinger? They look nice together in pictures.
