Not a mustard fan but have used it to good effect on grilled pork chops. Had not thought of trying it on chicken. Gonna give that a try. Thanks!

Bet against Nate? Way to go, Joe! I didn't think he could be more stupider than I thought. Way to go, Joe!

I remember when I was young enough to think that life would be easier when I got older. Those were the days! For some reason my, 92 yr. old, hard of hearing mom talks really really quietly. Is it loud in her head? Dunno. She's been kind of a rock star after her January bilateral knee replacements and today proudly announced to relatives that she listens to her doctor but not us (her "kids"). She doesn't fucking listen to any of us! When did I become the parent? I don't need to take the test, I'll bring the beer. And the etc.

And I'm fixing that when I get home. Tasty and easy. Thanks for the quick tip! And I'll almost always favor dark meat over white, more flavor. imho (Well, minus the okra...)

Josh & Anna Smuggar: A Series of Unfortunate Events
NewDigs replied to maraleia's topic in Counting On
Oh dear. I hope this doesn't initiate an internetz f-u culminating in a VSE of the families on the putt-putt links. Cute baby but she looks kind of startled. I know I was. -
Visited a cousin today who took an organic, packaged, pizza crust, drizzled it with olive oil, layered on fresh spinach and yellow and red peppers, scattered some shredded italian cheese mix over, baked and served. Delicious!!! Wow.

And it's getting harder and harder, imho, to "translate" some of these named tasks. If you don't buy into a favored nickname or just plain can't keep them all straight, it's difficult to follow conversations. I'm "meh" on the twins, did not remember their u-turn strategy and prefer not to go, Huh?, every time I run across those types of references. Makes my brain hurt. Too many seasons, too many "insider" mentions, for me, anyway.

Well, at least he only mentioned his " journey" once. And while he denies "flirting", saying he was only trying to make the judges laugh, he also says he thinks that's why they kept him around as long as they did. Can't have it both ways. Were his designs "all that" or was it that ridiculous little wink 'n' wave?

I guess I'm hoping for baby steps. And I'm hoping you're right.

Giada looked more than willing to coach Dom to victory. I don't think there's enough coaching in the world. But Giada... lol

I love that picture! The icing on the cake is the "Happy Mother's Day!!!" In the upper left corner. Love. It.

That's what scares me. Not a Dom fan.

That was a helluva wish list. Lotsa' duffels. Hope that kid stomping them down broke something. sorry.

Aw, Happy. Your pain is so fresh and raw. I hope you find some peace in your music. Or enough rage to carry you away! Be well. All.

I've wondered same. But the Dullards couldn't personally use a gazillion kid's size backpacks. Though not sure the CA locals could either. Giving them a shred of a benefit of doubt I'm guessing that Walmart CA prices are higher than Walmart AR prices. But extra baggage fees can really add up. And I still want to know, Why so many backpacks? And I did not see what they stomped into the duffels. There are limits to my TeeVeeDuggar attention. Big limits.

Good Morning America - General Discussion
NewDigs replied to David T. Cole's topic in Good Morning America
I continue to be surprised by tv personalities surprised by network moves. I get the initial shock and I understand feeling blindsided but isn't that just part of the biz? Haven't these personalities seen it happen to others? Again and again? I would think that their agents would (should) be constantly jockeying for position. Ears to the ground! Didn't Leno hide in a closet to overhear Tonight Show convos? Nobody is safe. I hadn't heard the Lara issue. She should have been even more on the alert. But then I don't much like her. Nor Kelly. And I don't think Michael is enough to make me change viewing habits. -
That and, How do you sit down in that?
-
And all the crap they folded, shoved and stomped into duffels, and paid extra baggage fees, to haul down their last visit.

The lord giveth?

Oh dear. I did not know. I figured it was Mechelle just plugging in whatever platitude came to her addled mind first. (Jubilee. Wonder what abomination of nickname would have been made from that. Sorry, can't help myself.)
