Yeah, a character such as Bucky that has such a good story and is played by a great actor needs to be more than Steve or Sam's sidekick. Contrast with my other favorite Nebula where there has been an effort to take a character similar to Bucky and give her her own story that has meaning. I guess the difference is that the person in charge of her character cared about doing so. And we still have her story with the Gamora that doesn't know of the changes that happened in their relationship to look forward to. Bucky just gets to be the catalyst in Steve and Tony's fight when the third CA movie should have been his and Steve's story. He's not welcome in Wakanda and after FaTS, the logical thing does seem to be Thunderbolts. He just better not end up the sidekick in this one too. If I was a writer I'd love to be writing for a character like Bucky. If I can't have my Bucky and Nebula dream then I'm bout ready to trundle him over to my favoritest show and let Big Green cuddle him up. I bet he likes a strong woman.

I love Korg and don't think there's too much of him in the movie. Thor needs someone to bounce off of. I prefer Korg any day to Peter Quill.

I remember just absolutely cackling at the end of this movie and the rest of the theater was silent. I actually laughed all the way through it. I think the rest of the moviegoers hated me.

Just watched the forehead sweat episode again. I've come to really love it and I wish it was the last episode of the series. I think for me it is.

I liked it but not as much as Ragnarok. However, I always want to see Thor's goofy ass, so.. Maybe I'm just easily amused but those goats were brilliant. I lost it every time they screamed. The use of Guns & Roses worked so well that it made me like those songs again and I've been sick of them for years. I thought it was funny how the credits used a Dio song though. I can only hope the next one is a full on Dio songfest. Dio's my man.

Well. I thought we would get Bucky in this movie and I'm happy about it. However, I will not give up my dream of 'Bucky. In. Space.' Hanging with Nebula & Rocket. Nick Fury. I know this will be weird coming from me, but I'm not opposed to Bucky and Yelena. I think her energy would be entertaining with his. New comedy duo right there.

Exactly. I remember getting taken to task for saying there were too many boobs in Altered Carbon. There were too many boobs in Altered Carbon. It wasn't needed and was distracting. Also the main guy in the first season was terrible. Bland and wooden. Never even watched the 2nd although I like Anthony Mackie.

I partly watched The Originals because that cast was stupid hot. My UO is that I loved Cami and she was the only reason that I didn't want to end Klaus with the white oak stake. What a whiny baby. He was only tolerable around Cami. Speaking of stupid hot casts: The Magicians. My favorite show ever. That got left out of that Primetimer Guide to Streaming. How dare they.

Time to revive the QotD! I'm a big fan of making lists so let's do some top 10 or top 5 lists. The rules are no more than 10 things on the list, if it's hard to narrow it down, well that's the point. I really appreciate the mature breakup between Fab and Aneesa. I love that they're going to stay friends. I also loved the interaction between Devi and Paxton. I do see the spark between them but am okay if they don't end up together. They both learned some things from each other and I think helped each other which is a good thing whether they end up together or not.

Oh, I knew what was gonna be wrong with Ben. I feel cheated out of my promised fart though. I do feel like the show wants me to love Ben but I don't care much. Paxton is more interesting to me and I like his sweet nature. I think Ben and Devi are funny as rivals that are friends but I don't want or need more than that.
