  1. Leisl! Yaz queen! Get him! Peter hath no idea who he is dealing with! But why did they brainwash Dante some more? They didn't need to and now she will get in trouble for that. Um, yeah, Julian is gonna throw Martin's briefcase in the trash outside Charlie's. 😉 Did Nelle just mail that letter to Ryan, or is the post office having a hard time in Port Chuck, too?
  2. There was way too much high-fiving when the article came out. You are not heroes, people! Ugh. More driving and talking and looking pensively into space. It's interesting that as brainwashed as these women seemed to be, for some all it took to snap out of it was being replaced by younger women. I am watching the currently running PBS series Hacking Your Mind (free on PBS website). It demonstrates across a wide range of beliefs and actions just how easily and deeply a brain/mind can be manipulated, and that most manipulation happens on a subconscious level which is where the vast majority of our decisions are made. It shows you how it is done. It is very interesting ...and horrifying.
  3. I think Todd did it. He was super controling and furious about her cheating and didn't want to have to split the farm with her. True, the lack of physical evidence gives me a tiny bit of doubt, but probably not reasonable doubt. This was a "who else could have done it" case. I don't see how the guy she was cheating with would come over there and kill her while the whole family was home. I would be more likely to believe maybe some random person was in the shed stealing something and she surprised them. BUT there was zero evidence anyone besides the family was ever in the shed. I'm sure they tested the rake and other things for DNA and looked for signs of tire tracks or what not. There were no signs of a struggle, so I am guessing Todd had been drugging her and waiting for a moment to kill her in a manner that would look like an accident. That day, he just followed her into the shed and stabbed her a couple times before she realized his intent. He said he pulled the rake out of her to get her out of the door. Any idiot knows you do not pull the object out of a puncture wound. He waited to make sure she had time to die before he sent the son to find her. Tragic. Also, the cat took out both video cameras??? Todd still insists it was an accident. That is the least likely scenario of all, seeing as the rake pierced her at 2 or 3 different angles.
  4. Okay watched Left for Dead online ~which between the ads every 5 minutes and the video freezing up after every ad was excruciating! Anyway, this is one of those cases where I feel like they left out a lot of information about the victim to avoid the victim being judged. When they were talking about her making "wrong choices" or however they phrased it, what I got was that she was doing some kind of sex work at some point. They were sketchy about her living situation, her parenting, etc. Maybe they felt this information would make her unsympathetic. But she is the victim of a horrible crime no matter what, and I hate when they do that. So now I am wondering if perhaps she had used Craig's List in the past for her work and that's why Sam tried to use that as his story. And her "friend" in the park who left her there drunk. That is not a friend. I liked that they kept showing his picture, cuz it was egregious of him to leave her there passed out. Amber said several times that she felt it was her fault, and she deserved it, because she got so drunk, but I was thinking there were other reasons she felt that way, too. In any case, I kept waiting for Keith to tell her it was not her fault and he didn't! WTF Keith! It is odd to me that after a assault like that she moved in with a house full of men. That would make me uncomfortable under any circumstances. I would go to a women's shelter first. Or why the hell wouldn't her best friend take her in for a bit, especially if her best friend is helping her raise the boy. So yeah, lots of stuff was confusing to me. I did enjoy how quickly Sam's parents were to say on TV what a stupid fuck up he was.
  5. And if it was a hit job by some gambling baddies, how are they wrapping his head in that blanket that was connected to her job somehow, and how are they getting the knockout RX that she forged into the car. Also, if it was a professional hit they would have damn well known how to SINK a suitcase they are throwing in drink!
  6. Yay, it's back! Did Sandi get fired or just replaced for this season because of the covid situation? Thank goodness Noel is still there. "Richmond's out of his room!" I hope they don't do too many gimmicky challenges. I just like to see beautiful bakes. I wanted to see them all do a wonderfully decorated cake ...and it turned out to be a bust. : )
  7. I guess I am the only one who is kind of finding this show laughable. I mean, in the best way. I'm enjoying it, but it seems more and more like Big Brother Alaska or something. I mean are we to believe Adam and Evan cleared that totally pristine 10-mile long, 3-foot wide path from Birch to Base in 5 hours?! And that Oliver has been in a tent on the snow since his ouster! And that Andrew and Jennifer have lived there 5 years and never came across that cabin that was right near one of their targeted camp sites?! I do think the drahhhhma is mostly real. I like Adam, but to be fair, he is pretty passive aggressive. He keeps bitching about how Oliver was put out, but he never voiced his objection at the time. He went along with the others, then took the moral highground afterwards. This episode, he tells Ethan they are going back to Base to get some meat, but then he hems and haws and never comes out and asserts that they need it. Gerrid was the one who stepped up and said they were starving and should take some. Then during the "found" cabin meeting, Adam again did not really voice what his issues were. I noticed Gerrid and Christine have become a "we." Although if I were Christine I would not start planning a wedding or anything. : ) Andrew and Jennifer simply have no people skills. Also there never seemed to be an agreed upon structure or plan within the group or even a discussion of what everyone's expectations were ....which should have been a DAY ONE conversation.
  8. I must have misssed an episode. When did the one you are all discussing air? Does anyone remember the title or if it was a new episode?
  9. I also freeze and read all the texts when they do that, and he never really threatened her. I was trying to keep an open mind but she pretty much confessed again to the reporter! She said she wanted Steven to come over because SHE was going to break up with HIM. Right. So you make a nice London broil and send 5000 texts trying to get him to come over ...so you can break up with him. Then she says he was mean and she felt threatened and had the gun and told him to get the fuck out of her house. The reporter asks what happened next. She freezes, tries to cry, and stutters out, I don't know, he laid down and there was blood coming out of his neck. I mean, she said it! He never lunged at her or threatened her. He just disrespected her London broil! I think that one juror was just getting his he-man on and convinced the other jurors. Also the judge throws a priceless WTF face when Mary brings up their "50 Shades of Gray" room. I kept rewatching it.
  10. Of course Keith can't just be a run-of-the-mill psycopath, he has to be a "Luciferian."
  11. Oh no you di'int"! Do not come at Chase with that attitude, Brooklyn! I swear to God if they have him fall for that ungrateful, snearing, whiny, poor me baby I will lose my shit!!! OMG that break-up speech Bobbie gave Scotty is something that should not be coming out of the mouth of anyone over 25. ....okay maybe 30. ...okay 40 tops!
  12. So... Valetin and Alexis are not related now? But I'd rather see Alexis with Finn. Also, that cast is way too big for her. Has Maxie taken bitch lessons from Carly and Sam's School of Entitled Bitchery? If I was Brando I would have handed her keys back and told her to fuck off. Having said that, Brando has good chemistry with most of the ladies. I wonder who will end up getting him. I hope they are not going to just disappear Dustin when Dante gets back, cuz I want him away from Lulu. Why is Nik letting himself fall for Ava when Spencer hates Ava? Wasn't it one of Spencer's conditions for coming back that he get rid of Ava.
  13. The ranch hand was infuriating: "I didn't say anything cuz these people were like my family." Dude, they murdered their own son/brother, and you said you felt so threatened you couldn't even sleep at night. WTF?!

What was Novak's Italian Open outburst? I haven't been able to watch any of it. It must be soley on tennis channel. 😞 Who won the ladies?
  15. I think I may have to peace out of this season, y'all. I really hope Holiday Baking Championship does not suffer the same slide in quality.
  16. I've seen that face tape used on Ru Paul's Drag Race. Is she trying to cover that she had work done by implying that she is just using tape? I did not get that either. I'm wondering if Boof had enough of being her "person" and having to clean up her cat shit and bring her food and be available for her calls 24/7. I don't think the parting was friendly, cuz she did not even mention his name or wish him well. Sounds like she forced everyone to have a birthday party for her during which she "can't remember if she had sex". I'm guessing NO. Um, did Norman put on a bunch of muscle?! He was looking pretty hunky.
  17. This episode was a bit frustrating cuz it was mostly re-enactments of phone calls. What exactly is NEXIVM suing the former members for? Slander? Were contracts signed? If so, what did the contracts stipulate? I agree Sarah mostly seemed concerned about her consequences. And is still not wanting her collateral to come out. In multiple calls, she kept saying how she tried to slip out ~no muss, no fuss. And how she never wanted it to come to this, and never wanted to shut down the Vancouver office. I think Nippy flipping the fuck out at her being branded was her main reason for her getting out. In many of his re-enactments, Mark is wringing his hands and holding his head, but he is no Mike Rinder, who fully admits in detail everything he did as a top Scientologist, suffers full Scientology wrath, and owns his responsibility. Rinder looks physically ill and breaks into tears when he and Leah Remini interview Scientology victims. (And he is a stoic guy.) Mark seems more, I don't know, actorly.
  18. I thought he set the first fire for insurance money, and the second one to draw suspicion away from him. Strange to have so little mention or photos or statement from his second wife. And nothing about the kids again after the 911 call.
  19. Was happy to see Oliver in the preview! To be totally fair, it did seem a bit stupid that he was making bullets when there were urgent priorities like shelter and food that he could have been helping with. I mean, they have bullets! It seems like he is more into showing off his array of unique skills. But I kind like his awkward self. He reminds me of Larry from Alone. Seems like Adam and Evan are the new hot couple. Gerrid and what's her name better step it up! : D`
  20. Just got caught up on this. Um, Alone it ain't, but enough to hold my interest. Pretty sure that moose was already dead and when they walked up to it, that was a reenactment. Quite a few scenes seem staged to me. Adam should have taken his pants off too, after going into the river. Did he really jog three miles to that other camp with no shirt and wet pants. Hmmm. Five people show up for this thing and 2 of them are already crushing on each other. Hilarious. The zombie fish thing is gross, and sad. It's in their genetics to just start decaying and die as soon as they spawn. I guess nobody said being a fish is fair! : (
  21. I fully expect Monday Sonny will visit Mike's body at the funeral home and continue jawing at him. And right, Mike bought Sonny a bike in the last two weeks. ..And they forgot to give it to him. ..Right. Is Ethan coming to PC? He and Britt might make a fun couple. Jason giving Joss his wisdom on how to live a full life was a bit rich.
  22. Just saw NLG on The View and she said... She also mentioned that her partner just went through a big health scare, anybody know what that is about?
  23. I'm so glad this is a snarky forum where we can joke about Mike taking for-fucking-ever to go into the light. They are giving this passing (and the weeks of mourning ahead) WAY more attention cuz he is Corinthii. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I can't even think of the last time anyone else's exit got this much attention. Hello Ethan!!! WOW, looking good. Do we get to keep him? Do we?!! What prime time show is he on?
  24. That mom was a piece of work. To be all sorry about being an enabler at the intervention, and then take Nathasha back in as soon as she left rehab. ....ugh! I was also an addict, and I can say that the best way to further undermine the addict's self esteem/motivation is to shame them (with that smirk on your face) with questions about what their plans are for the future, or don't they want to come eat holiday dinner, or asking if they high right now (when they are obviously high) is so fucking stupid! I'm betting neither mom or dad followed through on their therapy either.
  25. OMG! The Cardinals have a winning record. ... ... I thought I better say it now while I have the chance.
