Does anyone think that Bella/Nick/Sam could be successful in convincing the house to vote Jack out this week?

Nope...there us not a single person in the house willing to oppose Christie and Jack simultaneously. They have declared themselves the moral authority and any opposition is an indication of lack of respect for the house and a truly evil nature.

No one has the strength of character to fight that moral imperative.

Thy will be done...as they say.

If they could get around the ‘no one wants to work w/Bella’ issue, they could probably get Nicole & maybe Jess (she’s a wild card) but I don’t think they could get Kat. And Cliff would have to break the tie. So IMO it’s not possible. It would be great tv though.

Sam has been in the bathroom talking to mainly Christie, Jack, and Kat about when he should call his house meeting.  They've been nudging him to do it tomorrow or Wednesday.  But Jessica just said that she thinks he should do it tonight.  Sam was concerned that if he waited people would think he had more time to make stuff up.

Yeah, that will definitely work.

Sam, what a genius.

Not at all. Unfortunately for me, Christie/Tommy are much smarter in general than anyone else. They will not allow Jack to be evicted this week and they have all the power.

Earlier Nick asked Sam what he would do if he got HOH next week and he said something about having to work with the Shitty 6. Nick was all jigga what and Sam said they just have to work with them now and try to get in. Nick said nah I'm gonna nom them lol.

If Sam really goes through with this house meeting, and honestly I can't imagine someone could be that dumb but these people surprise me every day with their stupidity, Christie will find something in it to be her reason for why she goes after him next week and she can act like she was being honest with him but then she got new info that made her see she had to target him.

Catching up on the feeds... man, this week is like a reverse Sophie's Choice.  I want both Jack and Bella gone lol.  Who do we have to bribe to get a double elimination on Thursday?

Greatest BB twist ever...

Make the houseguest vote...evict BOTH houseguests or neither.

C'mon BB manifest this with a special Pandora's Box...make these people all choose whether kicking out Bella is worth kicking out Jack also...lol.

You know what, I'm starting to accept Cliff's choice. I mean, I can't really blame him for not wanting to rely on Sam/Jess/Kat/Nicole. They're all just deeply stupid and/or completely untrustworthy.

This season, man.

giphy.gif

But that's the thing, I wouldn't trust them, either, but the others LITERALLY BLINDSIDED HIM AND EVICTED HIM. Even as shitty as the other outcasts are as allies, they at least obviously did not vote him out, unlike the others, so his whole "I can't lie to Christie. That would be dishonest" is just mind-boggingly. These morons he's stuck with are his ONLY chance - it's trust those morons OR ABSOLUTELY LOSE. And he decided to pick the latter option...like a moron.

I think I person with a better read on people could pull the outsiders together.  Jess believes she's an activist, so he could appeal to her activist side to get her on board.  Kat I think is pretty sharp and would respond to someone appealing to her intellect.  Nicole, Nick and Bella were all burned by the 6, so with some finesse, he could have pulled them in.    Sam already feels on the outs.  But it would take being able to read people and appeal to their vanity or self-image in a way that he doesn't seem to be able to do.  I agree he's a moron for not trying, but I don't think he has the skillset to pull it off even if he did.  Still, as you said, he'd be better off at least trying.

It's a great question. I really don't know whether you could possibly get Kat to go against the people she believes she is allied with. Kat thinks she is sitting pretty in the middle and doesn't want to endanger herself by "making a stand" with Cliff. I think she's pretty unmovable. The others, yeah, he should be able to get them to work together.

As @Lady Calypso noted (and I curse her, as I meant to make this same point earlier), the really brilliant nomination WOULD have been Kat. The outsiders would have to vote to evict Jack over her and then Cliff could break the tie.

Then again, just like you can never go broke underestimating the stupidity of Americans, you, too, could never quite lose on betting for the stupidity of BB HGs, so I guess I wouldn't be shocked by Jess voting Kat out because Christie told Jess she's in a new eight-person alliance.

Well I got bad news for Jessica, who just last night told Nicole she didn't think they were at the top of anyone's target list, because Jack was out on the hammock telling Tommy and Analyse that Sam basically told him he'd do what the majority wanted next week if gets HOH and put up Jess/Nicole.

Ok...I must be a few hours behind on the convos. How did Nick attempt to trick Christy?

Of course! Wake up Jessica! After the Asian woman leaves, you're the only POC in the house. Jack isn't going to let that stand.

There’s also a third possible option: Cliff’s simply trying to hold out long enough for another “expect the unexpected” twist to kick in and shake up the odds.

Sam is loud (which we all knew) but he's also dumb as dirt.

He is utterly determined to throw Nick under the bus and get the bus to back up over and over, but Sam is dialing up his own sketchiness full tilt.

I can't believe Nick is being so polite about this. Is he crying now?

ETA: Good God, Jack and Son are playing therapists to Nick.   SMH.   Irony can be a cruel bitch.

Christie's claiming that she went to sleep last night still undecided about whether or not to use her power.

Well that was a pretty lame house meeting.  I want fireworks!

I really do not understand this house meeting. I'm actually feeling sorry for Nick. Why was everyone so pissed at him? Because he thought out loud about a potential game move?  Christie talking about honesty and integrity- WTF?

I have too much second hand embarrassment for having watched that.  You never help throw YOURSELF under the bus. And never own your own sketchiness, especially when it flopped.  Idiot.

I officially think Jess is a better player than Nick.

And it was just an excuse for Jack, Son, and Christie to get on their moral high horses. Bleh.

Jess:  "I wanted to stir some shit, but I was nice."  I wish she would have.

Kat's mad.  She's in the storage room with Tommy saying that Nick only told her so he could probably throw her under the bus.

I think Nicole should tell Bella she is "obnoxious" in her good-bye message. I can't wait for that mean girl to get out of Dodge.

She may be mean but Jack is cruel and sadistic.  Also the racist and the bully.  I mean Storm Trooper Jack is so bad I hereby declare him worse than Paul.

So I'd rather keep a typical run of the mill BB villain (Bella) over Jack 100%.  With Bella leaving the Six Shooters have the numbers and are assured to run the game until the very end.

I'm waiting for Jessica to Verbal Kint this shit and suddenly start playing everyone against each other and win this walking away.

She cannot win the comps!

So, maybe...try Analyse or Nicole.

Or, parents that tell them to shut the fridge door!

This is my pet peeve!

Mostly, Jackson.  The fridge will start beeping and he won’t even close the door.

Right now, he is only making a drink and fridge doors are open.

Oh gawd, Christie’s on her “how honest I am” kick again.  Yer name’s Christie - not Christ - so you can climb down off that cross any fucking time now, dear.

Bless her heart.

We have 'em all over TX.  Cliff should know what it was.  So should Kat, I suppose.
