He should have definitely emphasized that he would keep Christie/Tommy safe, if he really does want to work with them. He could have said that he would have backdoored Bella but been careful in presenting it that way. If Christie had been sketched out and used her power, great. But if she hadn't, Cliff should have put up either Analyse or Holly. Either option would have made sense. I know targeting Christie would have been a smart plan but I do think that, with Jack being Cliff's target, he should have ensured that he went home. Another alternative would have been Kat. Jack would have 100% gone, since Kat would have had the votes to stay (Sam, Nicole, Nick, Bella, Jess, and Cliff as a tie breaker). Either of the three women would have likely gotten a Jack eviction. I think a Jack eviction would have created a total shatter of the alliance. Christie and Jackson don't trust each other, Tommy loses his crush and his only real reason to hold the alliance together (besides Christie), and I don't think they could have held it together long enough to get out Cliff. I don't see them banding together long enough to last until jury. Jack, for me, is the person holding the Jackson/Holly/Analyse side with the Christie/Tommy side. I could be wrong about that, though. I just feel like Jack is the bridge between Christie and Jackson. Cliff needed the numbers and he just lost them. He had SamaNella for sure and he had Nicole. Now, Cliff is lucky if he has Nicole. He doesn't have Sam, Nick, or Bella. He doesn't have the Six, who will never actually protect him other than possibly not nominating him outright for this next week. Cliff boned himself. Dance4Life July 22, 2019 Share July 22, 2019 Bella is good at spreading the seed. Bella needs to nonstop say.........Keeping Jack in the house ensures he wins. Keeping Bella in the house ensures there is a bigger target in the house. (while Jack is a huge threat....some are hoping to benefit from that by staying close to him. Christy & Tommy) We already saw how easily Jack blows up when thinking he is losing the game. So, he can blow up before Thursday on other HGs. Bella should tell Analyse Jack said she has bad hygiene. And, all of America probably made memes of her stinky bits that have gone viral. 6 Link to comment

He said he brought Nick his glasses and hat, dropped them on the table, rubbed Nick's head, and left. He told Christie and company that he knows as soon as he walked off, they were talking shit about him. 1) That's an assumption (probably true) and 2) did he expect Nick would sing Jack's praises in this situation? cork dork July 22, 2019 Share July 22, 2019 In the HN room last night (shortly before lights finally went out), they’d all just returned from the kitchen (Tommy and Kat were keeping eyes on Snackson) and were getting into their beds when Snackson asked if there were any slop cookies left and no one answered, so he asked again a bit louder, again, to no one specific. There was the briefest of pauses and then Tommy/Kat resumed talking. Snackson was getting pissy, so Kat said yes when he asked if there were still any cookies for a third time. S: where are they? K: in a tupperware container. S: but where are they at? K: (looking at Snackson like he’s an idiot) they’re in a container. S: I get they’re in a container. Where’s the container? K: in a cabinet. S: (on the verge of losing it) which cabinet? There’s like forty of them? K: a white one. And that’s when Snackson lost it. All he wanted to know was where the cookies were at and why won’t they tell him? Kat and Tommy explained they were tired of the haves eating all of their slop snacks, so they’d put them away, prompting Snackson to recite all of the food available to the haves this week and how they need to not touch anything slop because that’s rationed to the HNs for the week. (His obsession with food/slop being rationed is...unusual.) S: I’m a HN so why won’t you tell me where they are? Which cabinet? Is it to the left or right of the fridge or the oven??? T: ummmm, it’s to the left of the oven. K: yeah, it’s to the left of the oven. S: WHERE TO THE LEFT OF THE OVEN??? Why is this so difficult? Christie finally chimed in to say they’re in a cabinet below the breadbox. S: why didn’t you guys just say that in the first place??? K: (starts laughing) I don’t know. Snackson huffed and puffed and pulled the headband down to cover his eyes while silently calculating how long it’d be til he could sneak downstairs and eat the cookies. 3 4 Link to comment

Will this be Christie's downfall as well? I slightly disagree because I think while Christie IS the "main" person on the top of the pyramid, Jack is right there with her and I could see that being a problem for her later. In addition, Tommy is much more plugged in than a typical secondary HG is at this point. KC didn't know shit about Tyler's plans at this point in the game while Tommy knows ALL of Christie's deals and secrets. That's not good for Christie. She's far too close to Tommy. She has multiple weaknesses when the six shitter finally start turning on each other. That said, sure, I think she has the best chance to win out of anyone. I've thought that for a while now. 2 Link to comment

Well, I think he had pretty much all the information that he needed. Cliff was lied to and evicted by six people last week. He knows who the six people were, I'm pretty sure. At least, he knew which two of them weren't. Cliff knows where the numbers fall, roughly (he's mistaken about Kat/Jess, to a degree). He's a superfan of the show, which means he's aware that people lie in Big Brother He wasn't offered anything besides two weeks of safety. Cliff knows that big threats are taken out earlier, rather than later. Cliff has also acknowledged that fans wouldn't like this choice. He has zero reason to trust that the Six would stick to their word. We do know that the Six are after Sam/Nick next, so that does work out in Cliff's favour, but on the off chance that Sam wins HOH and they use Christie's power, the chances of Cliff being that person are high. They may say Nick now, but Cliff doesn't know if he can trust them. He doesn't know if they'd honour their deal. Cliff knew that he wanted Jack out. He knew that Bella leaving this week was bad for his game. He also LEFT A POWER IN PLAY. If he had let Christie use her power, then people wouldn't be upset with Cliff. But because he did Six Shooter's job for them, that's where people are calling him out. That's where he made a bad strategic decision. Cliff should know that keeping a power like that in the game for the next two weeks ultimately ensures that someone on his side goes home next week, NO MATTER WHO WINS HOH. The only way someone on Cliff's side doesn't go home is if that side wins HOH and veto. And they don't have the numbers to make those odds look good. 25 Link to comment

Will this be Christie's downfall as well? Yea, she quickly aligned with The Jacks and was able to win the first HOH and a major Power which commanded attention. She just negotiated to keep their Power, too. Sooo, The 6 still have it. Nobody in her Alliance has gone home. So far...no chance to doubt her. Especially, since Analyse & Holly have won nothing. I agree. She is far too nasty and a bully. This will hurt her game later on. Like you say....where it matters the most. Eviction block & Jury votes. I love to read HGs interviews after I have a chance to get to know them, etc. This is Christy’s. Pretty spot on. Do you have a strategy for winning the game? Yes! I do! I plan on using my sexuality as a major social advantage. I'm going into the house as the openly feminine lesbian. I will use my femininity and charm to easily persuade and subtly manipulate the men, while also being the emotional shoulder and best friend to all the girls. I also won't pose a threat to the women, because I won't be after any of the men. At the same time, I won't be a physical or athletic threat to the boys. Little do the guys know though, I am super competitive, and an extreme overachiever and I plan on winning a lot of the competitions! Even if they had given Cliff Obi’s power, he would not have been able to use it this week, but he could have leveraged it with people like Jess and Kat to secure their loyalty.
