I have so many questions about the outfit. Is it a homage? Oliver's original hood had sentimental feelings attached to it. Did Emiko also have a Shado/Shado's dad who's name I can't remember in her life? 

Is there a Vigilantes R Us where you can buy realistic replicas? An Etsy shop? I am more interested in this dumb line of questioning than I am in this ep so far.
