It was likely Matt who did that because he is a huge Howard Stern fan.

It came to me last night who Amber reminds me of - Mary Jo Buttafuoco.  MJB was in constant denial about her beloved Joey. She went on one talk show after another defending her man, who would sit there all smug as she defended him from all the public scrutiny. I remember an appearance on the Phil Donahue Show where one audience member told her, "If it walks like a duck, and talks like a duck, IT'S A DUCK!" In other interviews MJB would lash out and blame Amy Fisher for the affair. Reminds me of Amber lashing out by blaming Matt's exes for the situations they found themselves in. 

I watched an interview MJB gave recently where she talked about how much of a fool she was for the part she played in trying to defend her husband. She said she had doubts about many things pertaining to the affair and the shooting, but the feeling of supporting her husband over-powered everything. She said he is a sociopath, but she didn't realize it back then. She mentioned how he was a master manipulator and he even got her to feel more sorry for what he was going through than what she had suffered.

I'm not normally pushy about kids not seeing certain movies and shows (I read The Godfather and watched Titanic at 8, and was fine all around) but Howard Stern is seriously disgusting. More than the actual content, the messages his interviews send are so damaging to women. So gross. 

Matt is honestly one of the creepiest creepers I've ever seen on television. Like, ever.

There was a scene in last night's episode that had me cracking up. They were sitting in their garage, as usual, and the producer was talking to Amber about her depression. The camera kept zooming in on Amber and I had to laugh, thinking that maybe even THEY were tired of Matt being in every single scene. Amber was the only one in the frame but when the camera finally found a good resting place, all of a sudden you saw Matt's gnarly arm creeping into the frame and patting Amber on the shoulder-and then staying. They are basically going to have to zoom in on her nostril, at this point, to keep Matt out of the picture.

Here's the video that was posted regarding the house purchase/non purchase.  It makes a good case for it being a rental, especially when the Agent says the house is vacant and they can move in immediately.  Anyone who has bought a house knows that is not how it works.

It took forever to move in my house three years ago between the banks, paperwork, closing, and waiting for the seller to move his belongings out it was nearly 6 months. My husband and I bought a short sale so this could be why our house took longer to get into but my dad is a realtor and he usually works with his clients for a few months before handing over their keys.

Idk. I can ask him in a few days when I visit him if new buyers can get in a house so soon.

I just watched this weeks episode and the after show. 

Is it just me or was Amber acting more Ditzier and weird on the after show? Like she was trying really hard to be this sexual born again Marilyn Monroe with a splash of Kelly Bundy and it fell flat. And Catelynn looked like a moody little biyatch when answering her questions. Yes, we now know you're not as sweet as we were originally fooled with. 

Where was Farrah? She couldn't make it because she ACTUALLY DOES run a few businesses that they say they work on that the cameras don't film. I don't like Farrah but filming or not filming that girl is ALWAYS doing something productive with a little yelling at people sprinkled in because nobody wants to watch someone run a business per normal representations. ?

Their little businesses don't involve much work and they only got because of their D-list celebrity ...nothing 9-5 about it.

I totally just remembered this was on Amber's section and I drifted to talking about the other moms.

I digress.

Amber just because you're blond now with bigger boobs it doesn't mean you should dumb yourself down.

My house was vacant when we purchased it. We came in and cleaned before we closed. I had the key since the day our offer was accepted. I had access to the lock box before that. My house was an unoccupied foreclosure. Our closing was delayed for about 2 weeks when all the foreclosure sales were being halted for review. I had permission to move in during that time but chose not to, just in case things didn't go through as planned. My point is that it happens. Not that I think it happened in Amber's case because she didn't purchase but, it can happen. I've never dealt with occupants when renting or buying.

Thanks for filling me in on what went down. I wouldn't blame Farrah one bit for not wanting to sit on a couch and "gossip" with the girls about their lives knowing they hate her. 

Im not a defender of Farrah but something tells me that these girls caught their men checking out her backdoor video and her actual backdoor and are jealous. I wouldn't want to socialize with a girl that was in a porno that my hubby watched either, but they keep signing those contracts and are obligated to participate with the whole cast and need to act professional and not gang up on her. Maci with her pearl-clutching over the porn and sex industry, goes out and tries to find herself a hubby by any means possible. She may not be making porn videos, but she was giving her body to whatever guy came along, playing house with these guys, and then removing her birth control in order to conceive with Tyler. I think Farrah is a diva to the hilt. Her behavior is inexcusable. I get why the other moms don't want to deal with her. She's had problems with production as well, she won't even let them use her bathroom!

But the other girls also like to act as if they're so morally superior to the "porn star". Yet we have Amber who actually did prison time, for assaulting the father of her child. Maci was shaking a barely covered ass all over the place in Las Vegas, and simulating sex with a Chippendale. Cate barely raises her own child and drives while intoxicated. They're all a big hot, stinking mess. Pull the plank from your own eyes, ladies.

Getting paid six figures a year for sitting around is enough of a reason for those three pieces of trailer trash to sit and wait. There is no other job those three yahoos would ever acquire that would pay them that much for nothing. They can sit around for 5 hours more while getting paid. What else do they have going on? They were receiving all kinds of perks while in Los Angeles.

I completely agree with this. I just don't think that makes it ok for Farrah to decide to do whatever she wants. She wasn't doing anything either. She did it to get the reaction from them. No one left. The girls stayed because if they did not, they forfeit their $$. They did their "walk out" after the fact. If they really wanted to make a point, they could have left the studio before the taping began. 

No one said it was okay for Farrah to do anything. Merely pointing out the hypocrisy of the three trash talkers. 

If MTV pulls the strings, and those three accept it, that is on them. They think their shit don't stink.

I can't help but wonder if Amber was prescribed narcotics after her surgery and might still be using them. Pain control is a very slippery slope for addicts and often they will relapse because of this. I relapsed in a major way after surgery in 2012. It's easy to do especially if you aren't being 100% honest with your Doctors.

I just watched the sneak preview for Amber's segment and noticed something, I'm sure it's no big deal but I'm bringing it up.

When Gnat got a phone call from his cousin Matt, Gnat acted as though he'd just answered the call but the camera zoomed in a little and it shows they'd been on the phone for at least 17:02 minutes. Just more proof that these calls are staged.

I don't think she mentioned the book cover. I think she was just talking in general about how hot she thinks Matt is. I can't remember the question asked by that useless host of the show, but that is what got Amber started on mentioning Matt.

I have not seen Amber talk with so much glee about Leah the way she talks about Matt.

I was watching an old episode. Amber was trying to choose between Gary and the Walmart guy Chris.  Omg,  she is and has always been beyond horrible. At one point Leah falls and starts crying and Amber gets annoyed and leaves the room,  without trying to comfort Leah.

I did find it interesting that everyone has been pointing out that Amber never drives anymore.  In the episode she jumps in the car to go see Chris,  leaving Gary and Leah in her apartment.  It hit me that, yeah Matt has been doing all the driving and never leaves her side. 

I don't even know why she went back to Gary.  She pretty much said to the life coach they went to see,  she was meh on getting back with Gary. Amber has never seemed happy. She is always miserable.

I don't think she has a current drivers license.  A few years ago she was busted for driving on a suspended license.  I doubt she ever got around to reinstating her license.

Also, Indiana may be one of those states where you lose your driver's license if you have IRS lien.  

She is completely ignoring her $130,000 lien.  No possessions are in her name.  I figure she's going to wait the 10 years out.

You move a fair distance away from your kid and it requires a car to take her to/from her home to yours and to/from school and you don't have your effin' license?  What you gonna do if Matt isn't around and Leah needs to go to school?
