I thought we’d be seeing a lot of Woohoos from the Brennan fans. Y’all sleepin?  I’m happy for her but still disappointed at the Tara sitch. I put Tara above both Brennan and Erin on DCC look, dance, making her poms talk etc.

I think they made a lot of errors this camp that they regret....Just my opinion.  I feel bad for this squad as I just don’t feel it is strong at all and I see a LOT of vets leaving after the way some of it was handled. I don’t see many vets past the three year mark (meaning rookies from last year) staying after this year.

Oh I TOTALLY woohoo'd over here.  I'm a HUGE Brennan fan (and an Erin and Maddy fan), but I'd half-expected that one of the cuts tonight would have been another vet (I won't say who since everyone who knows me on this board can guess).  People were saying that vets wouldn't get cut if they made Training Camp unless there was a major rule broken, but Tara was cut and people can't think of a single reason why.  We may find out, we may not.

I think you’ll be surprised. This year has some very strong rookies. The cuts made were pretty justified across the board.

Oh I believe that, I just don’t think they will have many multi year vets past the 3 year mark.

If there was going to be a mass exodus of girls, it would have been after last year.  I wouldn't have been surprised if at least half the squad didn't return if not more, but many did.  I'm not surprised at the girls who DID leave though.  The only regrets I can see Kelli and Judy having about this camp is that they didn't keep Dayton longer (or put her on the squad) and that they not only put Victoria through to Training Camp, but kept her there FAR too long.  I can't see them having any other regrets, at least until they see the actual episodes (unless they have powers over how things are edited).

I played the preview video frame by frame. Looks like, thankfully, Titans Briana's kicks did drastically improve from last year's with her staying in Dallas and working with Jennifer all off season.  So good for her!  And the vet in tears was over an Keyra being cut. One of the vets with her back to the camera was hugging Keyra. You could see Keyra's arm wrapped around the vets as other vets circled her.  Yeah Briana!!  You should be all ??? this year!!

Oh, I don't take it the wrong way.  You saw more behind-the-scenes stuff then I ever did and probably heard more as well.  I like Dayton as well and seem to remember that Dayton essentially said she won't be back as long as the show is still filming.  I don't blame her, especially since they showed her cut in the previews and who knows what else she saw and experienced in Training Camp, especially with the cameras there.  At least she wasn't the very first cut (even though she was cut relatively soon in Training Camp).

There was a nutritionist and a doctor involved. ;)

I don’t think many of the current two year girls will leave, I’m talking about senior vets like Kashara, Lacey, Maddy, Tasha, Heather...Or possibly Khalyn, Amy,....I could be wrong....I can see most of the two year girls staying....at least until there are the yearly vet cuts.  Anyway, maybe it won’t matter if this is a strong rookie class.

That I’m not sure of, I thought she’s planning her wedding around it. My point was, that having so many rookies and fewer vets makes the squad vulnerable to “who cares” . People follow girls and when so many are gone replaced by new ones, people lose interest.  This is just MY opinion. I think keeping some around for up to five years helps to retain fans.

Season 7 was 19 rookies.  3 made it to 5 years.

Nutritionists in the USA aren't MD's, but HIPAA laws apply to all healthcare professionals. But it likely doesn't matter. Cheerleaders are private contractors. So when DCC sends them to a nutritionist, it's extremely likely DCC has to pay for it. And similar to when insurance pays for something, when a business is paying for a contractors healthcare, they are, by necessity, allowed to know a decent amount of information. They are just required to apply by HIPAA laws themselves. So whether the show talks about what she lied about, or just the fact she lied, may be effected by HIPAA and the language in the show release agreement; but them knowing she didn't go makes total sense. If from no other way, they know because they didn't get the bill.

Lacey, Kashara, Amy, Maddie are first group leaders. Tasha, Kahlyn, Tess, and Kelli are the seconds.

She's a great dancer and I love the fact that she's from KY (my state) but she had that less than hd friendly look.  I hope I'm wrong but there's really none of them that I want to see cut.  My original guess would have been to say Erin but since she's apparently made the team, I have my "fear" as to who it may be.   I would have loved to see a team of 38.  Cutting the last night of training camp is just so hard on these girls who have poured their heart and souls into this.

Well shucks..that is sad...she is cute as can be and from what I saw of her on UK's dance team and in tryouts,  she's a great dancer.  Maybe she just couldn't get the style down, or had memory issues.. I would hate for looks to be the sole reason she was let go.  It would have been great seeing two KY girls on the team. Her best friend (U of Ky dance team as well)  that she auditioned with for DCC (Ashley W) made the Chicago Luvabulls (where Hannah came from) just as an aside.

I have seen - and it was only up for 5 min so I am in NO way taking it as 100% truth and can't prove it was there. This is JUST what I saw posted and it was erased with in 5 min. But on Facebook in one of the fan groups someone posted Lily and Malena were the last 2 cut. They were friends or family of Rachel.
