Obviously there are two sides to the story, and we have only heard Jared's side. People who want to defend Jared are leaping to a lot of unwarranted assumptions and conclusions without really knowing

Watched the Gold Panel.  Good to see them in such fine form.  Happy, relaxed, etc... Particularly loved the twins backstory.

Both Danneel and Jensen's birthday wishes to Misha were sweet and sincere. Do yourselves a favour though, and DO NOT read the comments. Sometimes the factions of this fandom are embarrassing, and some are downright delusional.

It would be sad to see them split after so many years together, but it looks like that’s where they are heading.

I hadn't thought about it being Jared but some guesses in the comments highlighted the potential clues, which I noted in bold and italics, the "new pad" part being the most  interesting. 

It might explain Jared's remarks on his birthday and that rather IMO sad pic of Jared and Odette.   I thought about Stephen Amell but he only has one child with his wife.

I'd say that Supernatural is not the first place my mind goes when I read 'Super' so emphasized. More one of the superhero shows/movies (is this a tv only gossip site?). Are there any other husband/wife actor couples? Would Gen even be considered an actress anymore?  Jeez, I feel creepy even asking those questions.

It's not limited to TV gossip. If it's  A list actor  they usually make that point and this item didn't.

Commenters suggested the following

Ryan Reynolds (definitely A List) and Blake Lively but I think they have one child,

Chris Hemsworth (A List) and his wife.

Maybe  Brandon Routh (Superman, Ray Palmer on Arrow) and Courtney Ford (Kelly Kline on SPN) but I don't know if they have kids or not. I don't think he's A list.

IMO 'new pad' might just be the lingo for a new home but combine it with the "super", the "naturally" seems more like it could be Jared.  But who knows.

The art is often a misdirect on these blind items. It could just mean superhero in general, not just Superman specifically.

The only part of it that makes me wonder is the use of "naturally." It's awkward and sexist. Can't imagine why it's there if it wasn't important.

 

And pure speculation, they have spent a lot of time in Idaho lately. Maybe she is looking to move there to be with family? I hope not. They seem like a solid couple and family. Marriage is hard and I don't wish anyone's to crumble.

I would be gutted if it was Jared and Gen, but to answer your queries above Ryan and Blake have 2 girls, the Hemsworths have 3 kids.  Yes, Mr and Mrs Routh have one boy, AFAIK.  But, hasn't Jared looked/acted happy recently (granted, he's an actor and can do that, but...)

Could have just been being snarky in the writer thinks they both suck.  Not my opinion.  Just saying I have heard that.

I don't think you can really know what's going on behind anyone's mask.  Especially when you don't actually know them.  These guys do so many panels and share so much on social media that sometimes we might think we know them, but we really don't.  Not at all.

Whilst I hope it's not true, I do think staying in a bad marriage is worse than staying together. At least he has Jensen and Misha and others for support should it be the case.

IMO, if only one person in the relationship thinks its bad, it's bad. I'm saying IMO, if someone no longer wants to be married, is terribly unhappy, etc, there is nothing the other party can really do to change it  And generally IMO, unless someone is having an affair completely on the DL and just leaves without warning, there are signs of unhappiness. The parties can go to counseling but unless both people think it's worthwhile to stay together, it will remain unhappy.

What isn't necessarily being said is which party in this case wants the marriage ended. Assuming this blind is about Jared, maybe Jared is the one seeking dissolution. It will be hard no matter what if it comes to pass.

I agree in theory, and definitely in the long run - when you can look back and see that separating is the best thing for everyone. But when you're in the moment and it's not you who wants things to change, it can be catastrophically devastating. It can take time to gain that kind of perspective, time that isn't always a friend.

A personal example - my brother was a total ass to his wife for years. Years. He was controlling and mentally abusive (to the point where I told him, later, if it were me I'd have killed him in his sleep). After 18 years of it (the day their youngest child turned 18), she left him - moved out of the house while he was gone fishing for the weekend. And my brother was completely gobsmacked. Gutted. Incredulous in every way, because he honestly believed he was in a happy marriage. It's been more than twenty years since that happened, and I still don't think he's ever gotten over it. My SIL however, remarried a few years later and is happy to this day.

Please don't judge me, but I occasinally read SPN gossip after a con because sometimes someone will post meet and greet tidbits.

Apparently that info was an anonymous drop at site and someone emailed it to that the blind gossip, according to what I read. 

So take with a huge grain of salt.

Ohhh.... I didn't realize that's how Blind Gossip worked. I thought they had their own sources and not anon drops.  Thanks for that info.

Don't take that as gospel.  I just saw the drop on the site and then it was on blind gossip.  It could be a case of chicken or the egg.  I honestly dont' know.  lol

Gen’s twitter bio still says ‘Proud wife of jarpad’, blog isn’t showing stress, and instagram has a picture of ‘dreamy husband’.  Even if you’re super cynical and think that’s for show, then wouldn’t the cynic also say her entire ‘brand’ depends on being a wife and mother living the healthy life in Austin?  I just think she would tolerate a lot and Jared is pretty clear he needs her.  JMO

None of which means they aren't in the middle of a divorce either.  Why would either hurt their current branding until the divorce is final, assuming it's them, by airing dirty laundry on her blog. That doesn't seem likely. 

And they could also have a completely civil divorce and her website becomes all about continuing as a mother after divorce and co-parenting after divorce. There are myriad ways to deal with it so it doesn't destroy her lifestyle blog. Again, if it is them which it may not be at all.

I can TOTALLY see him making that face and hand sign to her for 'you got this' over the years.  I remember telling my husband to be careful about his language as he fought traffic because "the recorders are on" (i.e. the kids were in the backseat).  It's both a blessing and a curse.

I really think she's the perfect blend of the two of them. She favours Jensen (I think) but there are moments I totally see Danneel. The twins though, perfect mini-mes for the both of them.

I'd skip watching the afternoon panel.  It was mostly, selfie requests, can you say hi, what is your favorite Sam hair season, and personal stories. 

I posted a spoiler in the spoiler thread.

Also Jensen asked Richard for advice on how to  approach Michael's character, and he said Richard really helped him out. 

Those are about the two interesting things that came out of it.

I agree it was an odd panel.  A few "fans" that didn't have any questions prepared or weren't really fans of the show.  I watched it through SageIt.  You can't really hear the crowd so it just sounded flat.
