Earlier he sent a message that the target was sighted.  I think the poor guy with his wife and kids is the target.

Does Dig not remember when he blindly trusted Andy and it ended in Laurel's murder/near nuclear Armageddon? It seems weird that he's encouraging Dinah to believe in the guy who's actively tried to kill at least one of them.
