Yeah, I don't think Juliette wants or cares about this "job".  She was gifted the tickets to Greece 2+ weeks ago and only now she's talking to her boss about it?  She seemed stunned that taking some of the clothes and posting them on her instagram wasn't enough for her boss.  But whatever, she'll probably be rewarded for blowing off the job and the grand opening.

Seeing Garrett in bed with Cara pretending they just had sex was cringeworthy. Garrett is a good-looking guy but still has zero charisma. He just comes off so creepy and asexual.

So funny how Cara is making fun of everyone for not graduating high school, yet Alex is reminding her that she cheated throughout college. Love that Juliet was wearing a white tube top and a tiny skirt /( shorts?) for first day on the job. I was nervous Amanda's bikini top was going to unravel. This show is so trying to be Laguna Beach circa 2004, and it's just not working. They do have the super bleached hair, and the slo-mo of the beach, but it's just so staged. Kelsey and JJ? Come on now. BG and Amanda? That also seems fake. And now this wonky Chase character shows up in a boat to create a fake love triangle triangle.

That’s because it’s the same producer that made Laguna. I think it’s funny that a group of high school kids sounded more mature, interesting, and at ease on camera than a bunch of twenty-somethings who grew up on reality TV.

A great business idea would be to follow companies that use social influencers to sell their stuff, so that people can avoid them. I don’t care how nice that hotel in Greece is, I couldn’t go because all I’d think about is that part of what I was charged subsidized Robbie and Juliet’s free vacation.

I’m asking myself the same thing. I guess at this point it’s just for random shots of girls in bikinis as they introduce parties 🤷‍♂️
 

Also, why isn’t ANYONE on this show more comfortable talking on camera? They’ve been doing this for several years now but all just speak in monotone and make weird facial expressions

I can’t tell any of the blondes apart, except for Chloe because she isn’t the cookie cutter emancipated blonde type this show seems to favor.  Also, is it Alex’s family’s money that is supposed to make him attractive?  Because it’s certainly not his obnoxious personality or his Shrek-like looks.

I guess the show is relying again on the reality show staples of creating drama from supposed romantic triangles.  Lot of these attractions are unconvincing.

Kind of weak sauce.

They need to have a ton of infidelities like other shows such as VPR, which are the models for this show.

There’s another show (Made in Chelsea) that is similar though vastly superior (mostly because it’s about rich British kids who are just better than this trash). Alex’s dad bankrolled this show and I wouldn’t be surprised if the female cast members are contractually obligated to fake sexual relationships (present or past) with Alex in return for being on the show. They get fame and he gets to give off the impression of being a Don Juan.

That was definitely this episode.  Juliette said something like, "you could never find someone as hot as me!"  And Alex replied, "I did find someone hotter than you.  I just don't like her as much as I liked you!"  Which made me simultaneously say to myself, wow they are so dumb and vapid, but interesting that Alex has enough self-awareness to recognize that he kinda liked Juliette (but not enough to not cheat on her or treat her like shit) and doesn't feel the same about the hairdresser.  So dumb! But I still watch.

Assuming you mean "emaciated," I have to disagree. Some people are just thin, especially if they work out a lot (and I assume these chicks do). No one on this show looks dangerously so to me.

Chelsea and Kelsey don't live in the area.  I don't think Madison does either or at least she was in LA before she came back to film this season.

Many of the relationships have been faked in previous seasons.

They were in the hot tub and Jared gets in (why?) and picks up something that looks like a used condom but could have been a leaf or something. They don’t really address it. I would assume if it was a condom they’d all freak out and jump out of the hot tub, then again these are Floridians so who knows.

How do Alex’s parents have all those little kids?  Am I the only one perplexed about this whole family?  I know people can have kids later in life, but his parents look to be old enough to be the grandparents (and not young grandparents). I also don’t “get” the age gap between them all.  Just me?

Come on people, none of us believed that Kelsey was actually in to Jared in the first place.

I I feel like Juliet needs to be on mood stabilizers, or decrease her birth control pills / estrogen intake or something. She seems too emotional, however, I'm pretty sure I was the same way at that age.

Juliette is also looking a little raggedy in those lashes and the extensions, she's naturally pretty and should scrape off all the rest.

Robby is scary, trying to stare straight into Amanda's eyes to prove he's not a liar. If anyone is a sociopath, it is definitely this dude. Giving her a waterproof phone case? Bitch, you need to be bringing me a brand new phone.

Of course Chloe was a sworn enemy last season but this season they’re besties.

Her friends implore Juliette not to talk to Alex but of course she’s going to go talk to them while he’s standing at the edge of the pool.  Probably not really her idea but the producers’ idea.

Juliette had a smirk on her face most of this episode like she can’t believe she’s saying these stupid things they’re having her say.  For instance she says her most memorable moment during their relationship was them having sex on the plane.

But Robby said his favorite moment was them watching The Office all night and talking.  Ah he’s such a romantic ...

Brandon and Amanda break up.  Brandon asks her if she’s been hooking up with JJ and she denies having sex with him.  Isn’t hooking up anything from kissing to sex?  Right after the break up she’s making out with JJ again.  Did they even really have a thing?

Madison is relieved that she’s not pregnant but says it would be a dealbreaker if Ish didn’t want to have children.  She’s not being featured in any stories this season other than her thing with Ish, which everyone opposes.  If she wants more air time she’s going to have to get involved with a younger guy again, since there tends to be more drama.

This show is so lazy and stupid you have to wonder who produces it. Somewhere there are grown adults getting paid a lot of money to cast and write this show 🤷‍♂️

Lol. I stopped watching this show but had to watch again after your comments on Amanda’s butt. It really is spectacular and the best reason to watch this show. 
 

Not sure why Juliette decided to throw Alex in the pool, all she had to do was show her phone as proof they’d been talking. Alyssa now looks really stupid. And I’m surprised Chloe is still on the show. I get that there’s fame, but it must be tough being surrounded by skinny girls in bikinis all the time and not really looking like anyone else on the show. 
 

Last laugh was for the nameless “friend” next to Juliette at the pool party who doesn’t say anything (because then the show would have to pay her more) but that they put there to balance the shot. I always love seeing that stuff.

But if Chloe wasn't on the show, who would gather all the gossip and then relay it (with embellishment) to the appropriate people in order to create "drama"?!? Not that I ever really liked her to begin with, but I really started to dislike her earlier in the season when Juliette was trying to apologize to her and Chloe, referring to their fight, said something like "well, it's really hard to get past the physical part of it..."  This coming from the girl who at the beginning of this season was practically joined at the hip to the girl (Amanda) who punched her in the face!

Poor Garrett...ever since Cara up and left, he has pretty much been delegated to the "friend of" role.  I'm not sure he was even in last week's episode and then this week, he gets a 30 second clip with Jared just so we can get the background on Jared's previous marriage/divorce.  Was Garrett even at the pool party?

And I really hope that Madisson didn't pay too much for those acting lessons that she supposedly took in LA...her "emoting" scenes are downright cringe-worthy.

So I listen to the podcast I get to learn things the cast are posting on social media.

1.  Chloe urged her follower to watch the show so that they can get a fourth season.

Maybe they should all lobby Gary (Alex's father) to pay for production of another season.

2.  Apparently Alex posts pictures of his newborn child.  The mother is Alyssa.

So they can't continue this Alex and Juliette thing if they do continue the show.

Technically it’s all Alex’s Dad’s money, so if they break up and Alex wants to be an a-hole he can probably stiff her (and don’t forget, Alex’s dad made his fortune building a sleezy, billboard law firm so I don’t think there’s much honor in that family).

Wearing a hoodie and her hair up but face made up, with those long (fake?) eyelashes.

Chloe and Juliette talk about Juliette having a 6-hour phone call with Alex.

Alex and Alyssa talk about the 6-hour phone call, said he was just talking down Juliette.

How long was that phone call?

Jared and Jessica talk about their past, seems like a real conversation.  Then they meet some of the others in the gang.  Amanda accuses someone else of being a tease.  Jessica learns Jared has PTSD and depression.

Then they go to the new club, the one with $9.50 cocktails, which doesn’t seem that high since Siesta Key (or more accurately the Sarasota area) is suppose to be affluent.

There the cast have some fake convos about fake relationships.  Really they don’t have good memorable lines nor would they be able to deliver them.  They should just go Jersey Shore style and have some brawls, would be more memorable.

Brandon says he feel disrespected and Amanda says she doesn’t belong to anyone so he bails.  He doesn’t look sad to be losing Amanda, seems actually happy go lucky when he’s boogie boarding.

Morning after, Jessica is in bed and Jared is on the couch, both still in their clothes.  They really look like they just woke up, in contrast to Juliette.  Really, they let the camera crew in without washing their faces, combing their hair at least?  But they happen to have cocktails in the room?

The problem with the show ultimately is that it started with poor connective tissue. Unlike other shows where a chunk of the cast knew each other going in, this just seems like random assholes thrown together. It started with a love quadrangle of Alex, Juliette, Kelsey, and Garrett (probably the weakest four leads you can have) and now Kelsey and Garrett are almost irrelevant so they have to push Alex and Juliette. (They were always going to push Alex since his dad is involved). But Brandon, Madison, Chloe are all expendable and then they throw turds like Jared in the mix. It’s just “blah”. There’s no history like on Vanderpump Rules, or even Laguna Beach or the Housewives shows. There’s no sense that these people interact outside the staged scenes on the show.
