Why does she not want to put Paul up?

I heard her tell Corey that when she was on the wall Paul mouthed "Hang in there" or some similar words of encouragement to her, so she wouldn't put him up because she couldn't have won without him. Seems like stupid reasoning, but well played by Paul I suppose.

Yes. that was calculated.

The guys in this house really love each other.

I get the feeling that Paulie is on the fringe of that love.  Paulie was talking to Victor during the challenge a little.  From the snippets I heard he sounded strained and maybe testing to see if Victor still had hard feelings.  I don't think Victor does but he didn;t seem that interested in doing the bro role with him.

It will be interesting to see if Nicole's nomination thoughts change after her next DR.  If it looks like she may nominate James/Nat, I could see Production steering her elsewhere.  If it's all about the showmances.

She made a deal with James to keep he and Natalie safe.  I would be shocked if she ever planned on noming them.

Paul is playing the perfect floater game, in the traditional sense. Floats and aligns with the power every week. It's really remarkable. He had Nicole on the verge of tears a few days ago now she's vowing to keep him safe.

The guy is annoying as fuck but he's playing a fantastic game.

Nicole: "Hands down you are the most attractive man I have seen in my entire life ... Now I feel bad! Corey-uh! ... You know you are the most attractive man ever, and for someone to think I'm just as cute as you makes me feel good. Corey-uh!"

Great. What did we do to be stuck with this?

Has it sunk in to Natalie yet that if James had caved and evicted Corey the way Nat was hammering James to, then Paulie would be sitting in the House with them right now...?  :>

NO! That didn't occur to me either.

OMG!  Me neither.

I don't know!  [scratches head and thinks] I just don't know.

Hate me if you want but I am team Victor all the way.  If he can get to the final 2 the jury will vote for him.  In my experience most of the jury do vote for game play.  How could anyone question Victor's game.  OMG he's come back from the dead twice now.

I personally think he got outplayed (twice!) by the HGs still in the House. Some viewers will argue he earned it, though. And I actually think the Jury would go with that as well.

ETA: But I don't hate you for it! I understand the "he earned it" viewpoint- I just don't agree with it. He is one of the least annoying people in there at the moment, anyway, so I see why he's one of the favorites.

The thing is, beyond how ridiculously pathetic this is on every level, even with Nicole's (obviously) lame and bland standards for what qualifies as "attractive," really, Corey is the most attractive guy she's ever seen? Really?! Even being from Bumblefuck, MI, she needs to get out more. Yes, Corey looks like a Ken doll, but there are lots and lots of similarly conventionally attractive white guys who also have some spark of personality, intelligence, etc., etc. (unlike Corey). He literally looks like a Ken doll, plastic and vacant, while, personally, I prefer a man who's a bit (a lot) more real.

I love, love that Z and Day held hand and just jumped together. They were my fav from start to finish, and I love seeing them becoming friends who realized that jury house is a better environment for them and made that decision together. I think it was the best decision for them on a personal level. Game wise, I hated it cause I wanted to see what they could do with a second chance.

Hearing that Z didn't speak to Paulie for 4 days makes me so happy but Paulie shouldn't be surprised. Because Z told him after the "Paris Fight" that if they weren't stuck together in the house she wouldn't be dealing with him anymore after the way he acted. So Paulie shouldn't be surprised that he got a different Z in term of her attitude where she doesn't fear that her actions will get her taken out of the house. Cause in the jury house she doesn't have to fear eviction or how the producers will edit her to look like the "angry black woman"  is eho she is, like Day warn about her they would do if Z gives them any footage to use for that narrative.

Also, did all of them plan not win or at least Day/Z/Paulie ? Cause when Day/Z jumped together,  Bridgette told them she loves them, and Paulie told them to save his bedroom for him. At the end it looked more like he jumped too, instead of falling. Either way, I'm glad he's not back in the house.

This makes me think that Bridgette and Victor were the only ones who really wanted to be in the house again. The others are over it.

Nicole winning is whatever to me. I wanted Victor to win.

If Paulie jumped like it look he did, then I think he got offer something better than a chance to return to the house cause an egotistic, and competitive asshole like Paulie wouldn't just jump off without knowing he's getting something for it. So I expect to see him next year in BB or Amazing Race with his brother.

  • Love 1

Vic or Bridgette coming back was fine with me. I was more rooting for Bridgette, but I'm annoyed with her for wearing her Chucks! Girl! Granted she didn't know what comp it was, but you never know and should be more prepared. Chucks are so slippery and have no traction. She should of worn sneakers. It might of kept her on there longer, cuz she totally slipped.

So Victor's next buyback will just throw him into the BB All Access Fall Season right? Haha.

Kudos to you brave souls for hanging in there and watching that comp till the end.  I'm fighting a summer cold, so I just couldn't hang on that long.  I fell asleep when it was down to Paul, Nicole and James.  Gotta admit, I was a little surprised to wake up this morning and discover that Nicole won.  Looks like the HOH bed will be getting some action soon.  Ew.

Victor: We finally have a solid Final 4. I finally get to work with my boy.

Corey: Can I get a hug, bro?

And a new Bro-lliance was born.

And, come to think of it, I wish this Jury Competition would just make Big Brother stop with the returning HGs. Even the Jurors are over it!

Corey wants to go with Victor/Paul and get rid of James. Nicole doesn't want to go against her word, but seems to buy what Paul/Victor were selling.

Corey is really pushing for James to go.

It's pretty amazing that Paul can get away with this floater game for so long. I'm pretty sure the solidifies some sort of Final deal with whoever is in power. Rinse and repeat. Kudos.

Okay!

But will it stick until later today?  Oh please.  Now will the voters choose James, is the question.  Natalie, Victor and Paul vote.  Paul or Victor will win veto.  Oh goody.

I'm confused.  (I know - shocker!)  People are talking about voting Corey for the Care Package.  What's the benefit in that if Nicole is HOH?  She's not going to put up Corey and she'll do whatever is best for his game.  ??????

It makes no sense but I think Paul will get that Care Package. He was playing hard for it and AFP the last few days.

Somebody suggested the reason to vote for Corey is to prevent Vic/Paul from getting the Care Package, but I thought Paul/Corey were in a love-fest now and Paul is secretly still aligned with Vic..... or has all that ended?

The Boys might be in love but the fans are clearly in hate, lol.

Paul and Vic are openly aligned.  I am voting for Victor, he is my favorite HG and has been for weeks now; I would like to see him win.

He's the one I would like to see win too but I wouldn't be surprise if he goes to F2 and don't get the jury votes cause of the fact he was evicted twice. Therefore, some might see that as him not being that great of a player.

Yes, I get that.   I see him as a deserving winner because he is sitting there against all odds!

I agree.  I'm one of the few people who feels that if you can get evicted multiple times and still manage to get back in the game then congrats to you, bro.  I don't subscribe to the thinking:  Once evicted, you're dead to me.  Vic's won 8 or 9 comps now, is it?  Plus, he's got an even-tempered personality.  He doesn't enrage easily and he hasn't let any of his successes go to his head like Paulie has....gloating about what a 'champ' he is.  Victor had that one misstep:  the beads.  But other than that, he's been awesome!!!!

  • Love 11

I like Victor because after his first eviction, to me, he has changed and seems to learn from his mistakes. He toned it down and has show himself to be a good sport even though he was evicted twice. He doesn't get manic and crazy, he cleans and he seems well rounded. I think we'll see Victor on CBS again in one form another as well as Paul since he's such a loud personality. The house guests all like Victor, so if he did make it to F2 I believe he would have just as much as shot as anyone sitting next to him despite the evictions. I hope he wins.

At this point all I wish is that Nicorey does not make it to F2. I'm sorry but I just can't bring myself to like Nicole or Corey.

As of now Nicole is putting James and Michele on the block.  I guess she is going to tell James he is the pawn. ??? And she may think he is, not sure. I say this because it is the road of least resistance.  I know Nicole wants Michele out.  Corey talked her into putting James up (he wants him out) claiming James ditched their original alliance to play the other side and debated voting Corey out.  She was shaky on that because she made a deal so he would jump off.  There is a lot of time left before noms today to trust this plan.  Fingers crossed.

three chances to come back (including the RT). That's pretty...ridiculous.

Nothing against Vic, I think he seems cool, but I have a major problem with his game simply for the fact that he's been voted out twice, and yet he's still there. Twice!  No one gets that chance!  It seems excessive and stupid.  It also bothers me that there were two wasted HOH's - Nat and Meech's - and they weren't able to defend themselves.  When Chima's HOH was changed thanks to the "Cootie Taw" she got to play again, as did Jeff.  I know BB isn't fair, but this really bothers me.  I hate buy backs.

That was the last comp James could win. Even if you don't trust him it makes no sense to take him out right now.

Nicole later said she wants James and Paul in the house to go after each other. So she's not totally clueless. But if she puts James on the block and he stays up after the veto he's definitely toast.

  • Love 1

I think Nicole and Corey are truly playing for fifth and fourth place here. Putting James up is stupid, because he'd probably go (not that I'd mind). Nicole wants Michelle gone, but if she wins veto? Who is she going to put up? Nicole said she doesn't want Natalie up there because she did them a solid last week (she really did). In my eyes, Nicole is better off putting Paul up in that case and then letting Paul go. That way, Victor can beast the next HOH and send Nicole or Corey out.

I don't like Michelle much anymore and find her annoying but I want her to win veto so Nicole doesn't get what she wants. I'll suffer through her whining to see her have to make a choice.

Also, I am totally rooting for a Victor/Natalie F2. I know Natalie's best chances at winning are against James or Michelle, but I personally like those two the best and I think they've been playing great games.

Nomination possibilities aside, a part of me hopes a female is evicted next Thursday JUST so we can watch Paulies's reaction. However satisfying that would be though, I really want Natalie and Michelle to outlast Nicole!!!!  Why can't I have everything I want?  Waaah!
