Violetta's skeletons were by far the most boring. They didn't even seem to have real issues, it was all middle school bs. And as for Violetta having an eating disorder… I know I am going to hell for saying this but don't most people try to keep their eating disorder private? Like, this girl was jumping on the scale in front of everyone 24/7. I mean, i don't doubt she is at an unhealthy-ish weight and whatnot but it seemed like a ploy for attention and pity. I could be wrong. I just always thought ED were more of a private affair, not look at me, look at me all the time. (i'm sorry if that sounds insensitive).
LOL for days on Madison getting played AGAIN by Tony, right in her face. I mean, how long will it take for this stupid girl to realize he does not care about her AT ALL? Tony is a dog and no doubt is gonna wind up with some disease at the rate he is going. He thinks he is slick bc these stupid girls put up with his crap and keep chasing him. There must be a shortage of men where he lives bc he isn't worth all that.
Jason continues to be my favorite. I feel like he is always there giving good advice to people. I hope his skeletons don't ruin my opinion of him. Nicole is also pretty cool. I was impressed when she didn't let Bruno push her around when he was raging out of control. Anyone think Bruno's little rage episode was drug-fueled? It seemed really out of control.

Boring ass skeletons. Everyone involved need to get over themselves. They don't seem to need to interact with each other. This twitter/instagram/facebook obsessed country drives me batty sometimes. I hate sounding like a old person (i'm 32) but I care about any of this nonsense. I would never care about what someone is saying about me on damn Twitter. Who gives a shit? Move on with your life!

Violetta is so damn annoying. She is the ultimate I can dish it out but not take it person if I ever saw one. I'm not an overly angry person but just her constant BYEEEEEEEEE! alone would make me want to throw things. Just shut up already.

Jason isn't perfect but the dude is truly there for his roommates. I just wish people would listen to him more.

Does Tony have a platinum dick or something? Damn, what is wrong with these women? I know that not all women are looking to settle down. They may just want to hook up. So, whatever to the skeleton. Do your thing. But the other women in Tony's life seem to all what him to be their man even though he's one of the biggest dogs I've ever seen. I just don't get it. Also, anyone who throws out "I love bad boys" is not someone I can take seriously. That's someone who has some maturing to do. I really can't begin to care when she's crying over Tony when the man is showing you who he is to your face and you keep going back because "You love bad boys" Fuck outta here.

Seriously, those skeletons sucked. Boring boring boring. And do the skeletons only stay for a week or so? I thought they'd stick around longer than that.

Oh Madison, how long until you bang Tony again, even though he just dogged you out? I give it three days, tops.

Still loving Nicole.

V is a straight up asshole. I can't stand hearing her talk. In her talking heads, she describes what she hates about some people, and she herself does the same thing!

I have to admit, Tony is cute, and a charmer, I can see why the girls like him. I wouldn't touch him with a 10 foot pole though.

Those skeletons seemed quite mature. The blonde reminded me of Brooke Shields.

I hope that saying lines such as "Do you believe in love at first sight" with a shit eating grin isn't what goes for charm these days. If no, I'm in trouble. He just seems like a big old cornball that gets by because he cute. It just makes me wonder about the judgment of all involved that they keep falling for this sleezeball.

I like Jason, except I don't like when he goes into "Oswald Bates" mode.  You know that character Damon Wayans used to play on In Living Color, the black prisoner who used to use big words incorrectly...While I don't think Jason necessarily uses the words incorrectly, something about the way he phrases things kinda cracks me up.

Anyone think Bruno's little rage episode was drug-fueled? It seemed really out of control.

It looked like he made poor drug choices or was just trying to get screen time.

The whole episode sort of seemed like a bunch of tired attempts to make explosive scenes for TV's sake, since Violenta was a complete dud with her skeletons. Sadly, I fast-forwarded past the eating disorder stuff. Am I supposed to care about that girl? She's an asshole. Actually, nobody was likable in this episode, except that crew member who got in a "fight" with ... the girl who chokes people for no reason.

Namaste.

Well, this episode sure was a major disappointment. I was hoping someone would get killed or there would at least be some kind of violence that would require security guard intervention. It seems like Violetta is all talk and not much on the action. A real thug indeed. Her skeletons were lame. I can't believe that Violetta and Jessica's beef was over mean comments on freaking Instragram. You've gotta be kidding me. And I couldn't even figure out what her beef with Tia was. Tia seemed like a good friend listening to Violetta discuss her eating disorder, not to mention that whole "namaste, zen" shit. I laughed hard when Bruno said, "I can't relate to your rich girl problems." It is funny and sad that some people have to create such lame drama to make their lives interesting. Of course right after Bruno says that he goes on a violent rampage because Violetta teases him and says "BYEEEEEEEEE" too many times. He explodes over trivial nonsense just like the rest of them, so that was a little hypocritical.

Violetta is vile, but I do feel bad that she has to deal with an eating disorder. I said this with Madison and it bears repeating. Why does Jonathan Murray keep casting people with serious issues? It kind of seems cruel to use Violetta as a hamster in this social experiment even if she did consent to the project (possibly under false pretenses) and pass the requisite psychological testing that Murray says contestants must complete prior to casting. Violetta said that anxiety triggers her anorexia/bulimia, and it seems inappropriate that she got cast for "Skeletons," a show specifically designed to create a stressful living environment. Of course the producers cast her thinking she would go batshit crazy when her "skeletons" arrived and that would make for great TV. But there really weren't any major fireworks with her "skeletons" at all. Instead Violetta allegedly returned to her bulimic tendencies, had an anxiety attack (haha) and came to the realization that she needs to return to therapy. That was really it. Just like Sylvia's skeleton, this was an epic fail to watch. However, I hope Violetta does continue therapy. She definitely needs it (probably now more than ever considering that the show is currently airing to the public).

My hatred for Tony is at an all-time high. He's such a manwhore. He slept with Jessica and sexually harassed Tia when he copped a cheap feel of her silicone while carrying a man purse. When Madison walked away from him at the bar and he realized he wasn't going to get laid that night, he slithered over to Jessica like a snake without missing a beat and put the moves on her. I thought it was funny that Jessica asked him in bed if them sleeping together would get him in trouble with Madison. He told her no and he's right. Madison is such a doormat, airhead, and badboy magnet that they will continue banging no matter what Tony does. She even knows he's a player and that she was a side piece, yet she's so effed up that she won't be able to stay away from him. Anyway, the ladies must see something in that douche because he's already scored 3 times on camera and the season's probably about half over. His pickup lines are cheesy, yet the girls think he's McDreamy. I just don't get it. I still think he and Sylvia will hook up later in the season during a drunken moment.

Bruno definitely needs to lay off the roids. I can't wait for his skeleton. Security guards will definitely have to make an appearance for that one. Whatever happened to Carla BTW? It's not that I want precious air time being devoted to Bruno being gross while pining over Carla. It's just weird that that storyline has been abandoned altogether. I guess Jason and Nicole are cool for the time being, but I have a feeling my opinion of them will change once their skeletons arrive.

I think Carla must be blowing him off. When Tia was at the door he was practically frothing and saying,"Is that Carla? It looks like Carla! Let it be Carla!" Or something like that.

Speaking of annoying voices I had to mute the sound when Violetta threw her hissy fit about being a whore or something. Jeez louise, that was screechy. Favorite line of the night was Nicole's response to Violetta's claim she fought the dark haired girl "she could take you out with one boob"! Bruno's tantrum looked silly to me. How hard can it be to bust up Ikea furniture? Mine breaks when I move it across the room.

They actual brought up Carla this episode. You can hear them saying that's Carla at the door when it was actually Tia.

I would say that Nicole and Jason nothing wrong at all this episode. So, i wouldn't mark them off as unlikeable. Also, really, Tia seemed pretty cool if a bit ditzy.

Sheesh, I think I watched this whole episode in about 15-20 minutes. I fast forwarded through commercials plus anything involving screaming, fighting, or puking and that wiped out most of the episode. Violetta's skeletons reminded me of some friends I had who got into this stupid petty fight in 9th grade, and they "hated" each other for about 3 more years. When they finally spoke again, they "made up" immediately and neither one could even remember what the fight was about. You would think by their mid 20s people would have a little more maturity than kids just out of Jr. High.

I guess there's probably not room in the house, plus it'd be hard to get enough Skeletons who could get that much time off, but my original impression was that the Skeletons would be there for the remainder of the time unless they chose to leave early. I thought that would have been a more interesting dynamic than switching the skeletons out each episode.

Why did BYEEEE piss Bruno off so much?

Is she mimicking the way he says it?

She said a lot more that one word. She said she would rather be curb stomped than to have to look at him and whole bunch other insults. Bye was just one thing.

The only person that I like is Nicole. She's seems to have a brain & is realistic. Everyone else is off their rockers crazy. Violetta's voice & comments are so irritating. Bruno is a psycho, he could have really hurt someone throwing furniture like that & over what, comments? Tony, while attractive is a complete douche. He would stick it in a hole in the wall if it was there. Madison, is so flip floppy, wishy washy, she needs to grow a backbone.

Violetta's skeletons were a joke. The one had over sized boobs to distract you from her face, I guess. She kept saying Namaste, which was annoying. The other friend (forgot her name) was not very attractive to me but the guys were gaga over her. The guys act like men in prison who haven't seen a woman in years.

I remember the early days of this show when it was more about diversity & finding a common ground. Now, it's only fight provoking & hook ups. Nothing really comes out of it but violence, screaming & sex. Not the "Real World" where you have to learn to get along & can learn things about people you never would have otherwise. This has turned into the Bad Girls Club with guys added.

Well that was a crap episode.  So much build up for V's skeletons and all the hell she's going to cause and getting her roommates riled up to battle with her and it's diffused from the moment they walk in the house.

And Tony is really really REALLY disgusting. What a man whore.

Every episode when Bruno is all over a girl I'm like "where is that girl!?!?"  I couldn't remember her name.

I think Carla must be blowing him off. When Tia was at the door he was practically frothing and saying,"Is that Carla? It looks like Carla! Let it be Carla!" Or something like that.

That makes sense, I couldn't figure out who they were talking about.

This episode actually kept me thoroughly entertained and chuckling because of how weird and uneventful it was. I sort of wish I was taking notes about everything that stood out to me. From memory:

- It was totally hilarious how over-the-top dramatic Violetta has been about her visitors and their visit ended up being totally tame and resolved in 5 minutes. And these quotes just summarized it all up and killed me!

One of the visitors: Violetta is dramatic
Bruno: I don't understand these rich people problems
Sylvia: These Sarasota people are weird
Annndddddd all problems are solved and none of the viewers have any idea what the actual issues were in the first place.

-Violetta constantly saying "Byyyeeeee" was annoying me instantly, and then once it started firing Bruno up, it was cracking me up. She's totally calm and smiling and just lightly spritzing gas onto the fire as Bruno disproportionately flies off the handle.

-Tony actually being someone that exists. I've never seen that level of behavior in real life or on TV, and I watch a lot of trashy reality TV. He truly only sees what is in front of his face at that exact moment. It's like he's running entirely on his ID and his ego and superego are completely missing (if you have ever followed Freud). Watching him following Madison and upsetting her and then his eye catching the other girl and just sliding his hand into hers and using his lines on her immediately - it was unreal and almost creepy!!

I'm wondering what happened between Violetta and Sylvia that we weren't shown.  Last week, they were both ready to beat the shit out of Madison for not being an instabitch to the skeletons.  This week, not only does Sylvia welcome Violetta's skeletons with a smile, it's Madison and Nicole, not Sylvia, who go running outside to check on Violetta having her "panic attack".  Nicole also seems to have gotten over her whole First Weekers Rule, Skeletons Drool issues, too.  Maybe it's just them getting some of the internet feedback on how much everyone hates it?

Nah. The show's not live so they wouldn't know what their feedback was.

I don't recall Sylvia being unwelcome to Tony's skeletons and nobody else's have shown up yet.  I think Sylvia's skeleton was a very different animal from the rest, in that she was the only one who lead with stories about how shitty the person they were connected to, was.

Tony's girls lusted after him, so it's not like they REALLY tried to trash his character.

I don't really like Violetta, but I'm not surprised she didn't go off on her skeletons like she said she would and I don't really blame her. She was the only one who knew who they were bringing in which probably made her think about it endlessly while Sylvia and Tony were caught off guard. I'm sure she thought they would be worse than they were.

So far I would say the previous season with the exes is better because they lived there for weeks instead of a couple of days.

Plus Brian was the gift that kept giving with the silly things he kept saying.

They get reactions off the internet though, when things are posted online while the show is taping.  We've seen them get messages from home before referring to things that have been on the show's social media pages.  As for Tony's skeletons, Sylvia and Violetta told her up front that if she was nice to anyone's skeletons again, they were done with her, followed by then insisting she should always be herself.  Even when they're sober they have drunk logic.  The fight was also directly related to Madison not blowing off the other two girls, and a direct threat wrt Violetta's down the road.  The fact that Sylvia thought she did nothing wrong and shouldn't have to apologize is telling of which side of that issue she falls.

They weren't embracing either of the girls, yet when Violetta's came in, Sylvia was being downright welcoming to them, doing what Madison had done before.

Would this be the same Nicole who asked if Lake Michigan was the ocean, and then said she didn't know what "fresh water" meant?  And she lives in a state ON the ocean!  She does have most level head of all the roommates, but smart she ain't.

Link to comment

true, Nicole seemed to be a dim bulb with those comments but as someone that has never seen any of the Great Lakes in person… my Jersey brain has a hard time wrapping around that giant body of water "just" being a lake. In all of our lakes, you can see across to the other bank, you know? I would probably say something equally dumb about it being a lake and not an ocean, although I know it is. But I understand the concept of fresh water. :)
