Also known as "Head of Household #14, Eviction #14, Winner Chosen."

In the two-hour season finale, the final three houseguests compete in the final, three-part Head of Household Competition.  The final Head of Household is crowned, and the fourteenth and final houseguest and seventh and final member of the jury is evicted.  The jury of seven then reunites with the final two houseguests to hear their cases and vote for the winner of this season.  The seven pre-jury evictees also return, and the winner of Big Brother 26 is finally revealed.

Every season the final month is excruciating. They desperately need to shorten the season/speed up the finale couple weeks.

Decent finale, although once Makensy won the final HoH Competition and evicted Cam over Chelsie, the outcome was set in stone.

Still, congratulations to Chelsie!  She took almost every person's emotions and used them to play the fuck out of them.  None more so than Makensy.

Speaking of Makensy, she really did get her ultimate comeuppance by losing to the woman who'd been playing her at least since her first HoH.  Even the two people she betrayed the most, Leah and Angela, didn't vote for her in the end, and rightly so.

It's worth noting that Chelsie is also the second black woman to win BB, after Taylor two seasons ago, and the second black winner to win in a shut-out, after Xavier three seasons ago.

Really, it's amazing how since the new casting protocol was set in place at CBS, four POCs have won the last four seasons of BB -- three black, one Asian.  There are tons of minorities out there who have the gamesmanship to win this show, and the casting protocol allowed them to show it.

I'd rank Chelsie about a top ten winner, if not top five.

Decent, if predictable, ending to one of the better modern seasons of BB.

Yeah, I think she's right around top five. Five or six, I'd say. 

I love that Makensy just HAD to win the Final HOH and evict Cam, just to cement her place in BB history (along with all of the OTHER people who did the same dumb thing as her, but still).

I noticed when Chelsea was talking about what she had accomplished and why she should win, Makensy was often nodding along.  I was thinking, "Stop nodding your head in agreement!"

When she evicted Cam, I said out loud, "so that's what it looks like to knowingly piss away $750K." I didn't expect the 7-0 shutout, though.

Loyalty, my ass.  Did she not realize Chelsie was going to take Cam?

She's only 22, but doesn't need the money?  Maybe her family is loaded.

Did Chelsie** deserve to win?  Absolutely!  Was I rooting for Makensy**?  Also absolutely.  I was slightly turned off by Chelsie basically declaring herself practically the greatest B.B. player ever.  She claimed she won when she had to.  Well, she didn't win the final HOH, which is arguably the most important one to win. 

I was waiting to see if Julie would pull the Jeff Probst/Survivor move and ask the jury who they would have voted for if Makensy had brought Cam to the final.  I can't believe it would have been anything other than 7-0 for Makensy.  I thought she was gracious in defeat.  

**How often must each of them have to explain to people how to spell their names?  Sigh...

I was pretty devastated when Makensy chose Chelsie. It was hard to watch such a stupid mistake play out before my eyes. She had recovered from her disastrous HOHs and made it to the Final 2, and then still threw it away. But I was entertained by Chelsie's responses and speech, and she did deserve to win. There was no way anyone could vote for Makensy after that performance. I hope Makensy learned a lesson through this. Her family might be rich but I doubt they got there by throwing away 750k that could fall into their lap like she did.

I truly loved this season. I was about two days behind the whole time so it was fun to catch up here. I was bummed Angela didn't win AFP but Tucker was ok I guess. I'm sure we'll see him on various other competition shows for the next decade+. Rubina was adorable. Leah and Quinn were very smart at the round table and in their analysis. I was even entertained by the non-jury segment and I usually hate that part. Cheers to everyone and I hope we can still talk next season.

Yes her family is apparently.  I think they have some big construction company or something and she is out of college now and part of the family business.  She isn't gonna starve any time soon.

Still a dumb move since it is a game where there can only be one winner.  But at least it saved us viewers from hearing weird answers and a speech from Cam.  🤣

They key part there was she won when she "had to".  She didn't have to win the final HOH, she knew she had Makensy snowed enough to take her.  That way she didn't have to even make the choice.  

Boring ending to a basically fun season.  Just like most seasons.  I'm happy with Chelsie as a winner although I never really was a "fan".  My rooting interests hit the jury weeks ago. But I definitely preferred her over Makensy and poor, furniture Cam.

MJ was just an incredibly easy mark for a preacher like Chelsie. MJ seems like a very religious, sheltered girl. The type where someone being a Good Christian is super duper important. 

Chelsie tries that "we are godly people who deserve to go to the end!" on Dan or Vanessa and they laugh in her face.

It was hilarious that during Chelsie's speech she said "I could've been in a showmance but wasn't" to prove that she was focused on the game or something and not because Cam was completely uninterested in her romantically.

The right person won.  It was also the right Top 2.  The show hasn't had a female Top 2 - in years.  I am tired to seeing HGs dragged along, because they are easy to beat.  Like Big D.  I remember it was bittersweet when the Cookout got to Top 6.  It meant BB will finally have a black winner.  But I remember Tiffany, who was a key strategist, saying she will be the first to get cut - and she was right.

Never thought I would see anything worse than taking Derrick to the finale bu Cam was a slam dunk.

Years from now when ever Chelsie gets into a financial jam she'll be haunted by this horrific decision.  

Laughing at Chelsie for putting the  correct answer back in the box on the last question. I wish it could have wound up costing her final 2 but alas...

Jeezus Angela can't you be graceful. That whole thing with Matt was uncomfortable.

Not sure why Rubina was acting so ambivalent about Tucker. If either of the two would have moved on I would have thought it was him being out in the world and probably meeting all sorts of babes now that he's "famous".

Quinn? Quinn is a top three vote getter? In what universe?

Producers missed a great opportunity....when Ainsly was begging for her life she should have morphed back into her human avatar from the premiere in a sympathy play before turning back into AI and dissolving. Why could I think of that and I'm not even a TV producer?

Yah for Taylor instead of Dr. Will. He's been played out for over a decade.

In other news T'Kor is still boring.

Cheesy as it was....going out with a revived Jankie and the song was well played. And I also enjoyed a cute moment earlier when the red dress sisters Rubina and Brooklyn were doing some sort of dance before the commercial break.

That is all. Happy to see Reindeer Games this year has apparently been called on account of stupidity.

Boring end to a great season. Chelsie is a good winner. Maybe Cody can give Makensy some advice.

I never  took to any of the players, I think it's way too long of a season as well. I guess Tucker  entertained people  with feeds, I found him annoying,  especially  at the finale. The flowers for Rubina , cheesy. I don't see those two lasting .I couldn't  stand Angela,  that didn't  change, hopefully  Ange and Chuck won't cross my screen  again. 

The people  I enjoyed  the most were pre jury.

They needed to show the whole thing of what Angela did to Matt on TV for her to see it. Matt's way to classy for her. Not the best look for you Angela. And they show the Cheese Board thing again? Come on guys.

Chelsie winning was the right outcome. Didn't see her getting all the votes though, props to her. Couldn't believe Makensy cut Cam and took her. Sure her family might be rich, but you still don't toss $750K away and a chance to win BB. She would have been a all time great player, and now she has second place.

Rubina's not into Tucker at all. The guy's personality is a joke. Glad they didn't push the Quinn/Leah thing more. But no Chelsie, you wanted to be in a showmance with Cam but he wasn't into you. She's cute too, ditch the nose ring and annoying Antie (outside of real family) thing and she'll be a catch.

Speaking of that, I noticed they never put the camera on Angela throughout the whole thing (except in the beginning).  While everyone was laughing, they didn't show her or they kept her in a far shot.  I'm guessing she was noticeably uncomfortable and the director made an on-the-spot decision to spare her further embarrassment.

I wonder if Angela didn't change her vote last minute, after Chelsie flat-out said that Makensy hated her in her speech.

 

Hard to believe that the three finalists for AFP were who they said they were (Angela, Quinn and Tucker).  I expected Tucker.  The others, not so much.

Who else was there?  Rubina?  Maybe since she was around long enough for viewers to notice her.  But they noticed her failing at every move and comp endlessly. 

Kimo did nothing but let T'Kor destroy his game.  And T'Kor was just working for Chelsie.  Leah was just a floater most of the game.  Joseph was just a mustache and nothing else.  Cam wasn't even a mustache.

I assume Chelsie and Makensy were disliked because one was the leader and the other the loyal wingman who were destroying all the other clueless fools easily and thus making the second half of the season a total bore.

I assumed Tucker and Angela because they were the only memorable personalities as in people would remember them for a couple of weeks after the show ended and the others faded totally away.  Quinn I thought had a good enough chance because he was the quirky nerd and those types usually get some votes.
