Since they kept mentioning this week how something surprising happens on the show, I assume the whole thing tonight is taped.

      I assumed they were referencing what happened in Costa Rica since
     this ep is supposed to be live.

Oh boy,,,, I sure am getting the feeling from this night date with Leslie that Gerry has started leaning heavily towards the Theresa side of his dual heart love. Leslie sure is making it a tremendous feat of bravery to have to tell her she is not the one, if he does not pick her. I sure would not want to be him.

The studio audience part is live. We’ll see Gerry and Theresa/Leslie come out and see each other live. But the dates through proposal part is taped.

I don’t think we’ve ever seen one of the finalists know she’s not the one picked like this! It does seem like he’s going back to dump her. But at this point it’s so obvious that he might think this is a sign they are emotionally aligned that they can read each other like this and decide for this reason to choose her. Buuut, I think he’s going to put her out of her misery. Don’t make her get dressed up for a proposal she knows isn’t coming.

You could see it in his face when he’s with Leslie.  Like it’s goodbye.  She knows it too.  He wasn’t that upset saying goodnight with Teresa.  Leslie is younger and exciting, but Teresa is safer in the long run.

Because they buy into the journey, especially when the idiot bachelor keeps telling everyone he loves them, and does it in front of families.

I am glad she is confronting him but she is not helping herself by saying people will see how broken she is. I would hope I could do a dramatic flounce out and not give him the satisfaction but I do realize she is worn down emotionally.

The bad: Leslie sobbing about how broken she is, and how nothing ever works out, in between the moments where she's calling out Gerry's whatthefuckery.

It kind of seems quite a reaction from someone who barely knows the other person. I cried less when a boyfriend of nearly a year dumped me. I feel for Leslie inthink this was her moment. I think Theresa saying 1000% or not was very firm, realistic.... at my age now, I would feel the same. 

No man is that important.

Mmhmm.  The People article with his POV has him claim he waited a year to start dating but the Hollywood Reporter article said it was a month and they saw the woman's texts.  We'll see but I'd be surprised if they knew.
