  1. Yeah, Ben knew he was screwed (heh) whichever person he chose, so he shouldn't have chosen anyone. Regarding the bacon, we've seen chefs get off the boat and go into grocery stores on the island - Anthony could have tried to get a fakin' bacon that way.
  2. Re: Scheana putting makeup on her toddler - I think that Scheana is the kind of parent who can't wait to be friends with her kid.
  3. What an incredibly unsatisfying finale - they had so many threads to tie up and they didn't do a good job with 98% of them. I'm going to assume that Dev was left on Mars as punishment for his actions, a la Danny; is that correct? (What about Ed? What about Miles? What about Ilya? What about, you know, everybody??) Good on Margo! Life in federal prison would probably be luxurious compared to daily life working in Moscow. I hope Irina gets a punishment as terrible as Ed's fake-ass old age makeup. (I may edit this post as I think of more stuff that annoyed me!)
  4. Yes! I'm so distracted by Joel Kinnaman's terrible aging makeup. Please, shave it off!
  5. If you told me in past seasons that James Kennedy would now be the most mature man on this show, I would have laughed you out of the room. He's the only person on this season who makes any sense these days.
  6. The whole back and forth between Ariana and Tom about the party was ridiculous. The man has two bars! He couldn't have had his party at one of them?
  7. That lactose intolerance fight was the funniest shit I've ever seen. I watched it a few times and I still can't believe it escalated the way it did. Ridiculous. Poor Margot. I think the situation was handled well by Aesha, Captain Jason, and Margot herself.
  8. Published today in The Washington Post: "Below Deck is a Raunchy Mess, But It Can Still Tell Right From Wrong." It also references Gary from BDSY.
  9. Character actor and fabulously creepy guy Mark Margolis just passed away. L&O fans will know him as the guy who shot Phil Ceretta.
  10. Tim Carman, the restaurant critic of the Washington Post, always says that the best way to have wrongs righted is to speak to a manager ASAP so they can try to make it up to you. So why didn't the guests say anything to Glenn (or Daisy, for that matter) about how unhappy they were before the end of the charter?* *Production drama, obviously. I know how stupid that question is. I believe that was manufactured drama, rather than the engine (go, Colin!)
  11. Did Greg research the Toms before he got in bed with them? He seems totally surprised by what's happening with them.
  12. If Scheana doesn't want people spying on her wedding, why is she holding it out in public? Look at the "two weeks later" footage, and you can see lots of random people at the pool watching her walk down the aisle, filming her on their phones. It's hilarious.
  13. Andy reported this morning on his show on Radio Andy that the reunion is changing practically hour by hour. Who will appear - who can appear, honestly, how long it will be, where it will be held... it's completely bananas.
  14. Lala is really trying to make bank and/or stay relevant by dropping "Send it to Darrell" merch. If she's not the center of attention, she'll try to be. (She also had a truck with the slogan driving around WeHo, apparently. Yawn.)
  15. I continue to be thankful each and every day that Katie and Tom did not have a baby. He can't commit to anything, so I'm profoundly grateful he never brought a life into this world.
  16. Yup, he had a few things to say on Twitter about this. I quit this season when I found out they were bringing Sandy back, but I rejoined for the Camille drama (always here for a firing!), and I hate what I'm about to say, but... ugh... I don't hate Sandy this season. She seems to be managing everyone rather well, shockingly.
  17. IIRC, Kate Chastain (bless!) always made sure that her stews were back up 8.5 hours after going to bed. I don't know if those were her rules or industry rules.
  18. It was probably all for drama's sake, but Gurleen couldn't even say goodbye to Shreyas' family? That's cold. If it doesn't work with Brian, I hope Danna stays on in Ireland. She seems happy there.
  19. In the trailer when Schwartz blamed his work with the new bar as the reason why he and Katie broke up? I SCREAMED. Classic Schwartz, blaming everyone but himself and never taking accountability. It's going to be a great season.
  20. They talk about that, Xeliou66, and how they had to specifically put in the script, "Oh, yes, Mr. Miller," or something really obvious to show he wasn't Dobson 😂
  21. That's this week's episode on the "These are Their Stories" podcast, with special guest Ed Zuckerman, who wrote this episode and many others! One behind-the-scenes tidbit: they said that Larry Miller was such a delight to work with in "Coma" that they wrote this episode to bring him back.
  22. I find Elizabeth Debicki resembles Diana a lot, but it'll take more episodes to convince me that she can play her. And if you want to see Debicki in a fantastic role, which I don't think I saw mentioned here, watch her in the unbelievably good The Night Manager, which also starred Olivia Colman.
  23. I can't believe there wasn't a comprehensive psychiatric workup on him before he was sent up and that his substance abuse history wasn't brought into question. I would imagine that the latter could/would have kept him grounded. Also, why wasn't the doctor the only one with the key to the meds cabinet?
