Exactly my thoughts. Absurd. Insane that while Amelia had Tom on the phone in the one patient's room, she wouldn't have said "and oh yeah, Teddy's in labor I just had to get her to the hospital". I know this show is a soap, and I expect soapiness, but I do not enjoy it when we go into "but the soap part only works because normal smart people instead act incredibly dumb and don't have simple clarifying conversations" mode, a well Grey's constantly falls down.

Thank god, it finally has a name. A silly name, but a name nonetheless, so now we can discuss. This is the show that's going to finally get me to pay for CBS: All Access. And then I'll binge Discovery, which wasn't enough to do it on its own 🙂

Folks, we know that the Democratic primaries are going to come up over and over again on the View over the next year. Let's remember to keep discussion about what is said on the show and not introduce our own personal views of politics into the discussion or use their discussion as a jumping off point to generally discuss the US political parties, their views and the candidates' views. Folks - we've removed a slew of posts that violate the basic rules of the View forum - off-topic mentions of Meghan's family, bringing in politics that were not discussed on the epsiode, etc. I know Meghan did a bit of a thing yesterday, but let's remember to stick to the discussion taking place ON the show and not use it as a spring board to bring up other subjects. It's not relevant to speculate on how she was raised or what her grandmother might think. Warnings will be handed out for any future violations in this thread.

Folks, we've been trying to allow for some latitude here, but let's stick to Meghan, not her father or her father's friends. I know she brought it all up, but stick to what she actually said, not inferences that can be made from what she said.
