  1. Oh, and that Wolf Ledges commercial where everyone rides giant wolves to the park, which is surrounded by woods, looking really isolated. The wolves are scary as well as it being stupid to assert any co-mingling between humans and wolves. I live near Wolf Ledges and it's surrounded by hotels and office buildings and is right off a major road. You can probably see I-94 from the rooms.
  2. They must make a lot of money for the insurance salesmen and the provider. You never hear commercials about Medigap policies, probably because they are superior. But Part C? Constant drumming. My own insurance provider called me the other day about getting a Part C plan! I already have a Medigap plan with them. But part C doesn't have all my drugs, won't let me choose my own doctor, and has a crappy HMO plan. No thanks! That Revlon Colorstay commercial is driving me nuts with that intermittent motor noise. It makes me think my sump pump is on the fritz again. Why can't these advertisers get it through their thick skulls that annoying people isn't the way to gain new customers? 😡
  3. Troll Kody certainly has his nerve! "After all I sacrificed to love you!!" Like when he told Christine he didn't want to be on intimate terms with her in any way? What did he expect? Apparently the same blind obedience he got from Meri when he pulled similar crap on her. This goblin is only angry that his dream of playing Maharajah to a harem is falling apart. As it should. Oh, and TLC bucks.
  4. Bilal, again. As much as I hate him, Shaeeda's friend is pushy and out of order.
  5. This jerk Bilal. He considers her desire to have children "baggage?" Tool. Everything he keeps saying about "building the relationship first" sounds kinda crazy. It's not as though they just met, or that people don't continue to grow together just because they have kids. It's the opposite, jerk. Makes me wonder if wife #1 used to cut him off after each child. Or, of course, he does a good imitation of a child himself. Usman's mother sure found a delightful girl. Move over, Kim! So Sumit can't handle Jenny's arm injury? My son did something similar but worse (broke his arm at the growth plate near his elbow) when he was 11. This is not a big deal, Sumit! Grow up! And NOW he's talking about a child? I forgot how he is planning to accomplish this. Jovi: Everybody has a previous life. True, but for most it wasn't a life of debauchery so profound that your good friend can't believe you actually got married. Only about halfway through this farce, so maybe more later, lol.
  6. It looks like the con artist has met his match. They both seem to be trying to outfox each other in the financial department. This could turn out to be the most interesting story of the series. Of course, his having made her POA puts him behind the 8 ball. But I'm interested in seeing how this plays out.
  7. What is with this idiot Melissa, going to the work site, flashing everybody, and making out with him? Is she trying to get him sent back? She doesn't have two brain cells to rub together. Enter Snake, who thinks he can bamboozle whatsername, and us, into thinking his buddy wants her to "invest" in "this little business deal we startin' up." 🙄
  8. I agree. As a former OB nurse, I can't see that this woman would not have been able to find a doctor. There was no hope in her situation, so doing nothing was practically sentencing her to death. More likely, the doctors responsible would be charged for not intervening. To me, that was such a bogus case.
  9. No current laws seek to punish the woman, so there's that. I was thinking the same about Helen. It's as though she never existed. Max sure doesn't seem to miss her. Then there's the other extreme, Carter on ER mooning around for about fours years for dolt Kem who was carefree as a butterfly with anyone but him.
  10. Exactly. All of them acting like the sky was falling was ridiculous. New York legalized abortion three years before Roe v. Wade. Also trying to present the woman who didn't want the abortion as anything but a mother who made a choice of hope was offensive. Many women do refuse treatment during pregnancy and have had good outcomes. I couldn't take this episode and turned it off.
  11. Yet they claim Gwen stayed away for six months but the baby remembers her. Exactly!
  12. Selfish Bilalzebub still refuses to address the fertility issues and walks around with his blank freaking expressionless face that I want to slap. I'm sure I'm not the first to say this, but I'd like to wring PrEd's neck, if he had one. I've been in some abusive relationships, but I've never had anyone accuse me of something, refuse to believe what I said, then make threats about the relationship. Yes, Kimbally, Usingman has a backup plan called "Many beautiful women." Mylah has sure seen plenty of her babushka. Poor little thing is very attached to her while Yara is sounding very serious about staying in Europe.
  13. So I hear Rinna is all upset by her Mom's death and I really liked her mom, too. But I remember the year she took her teenagers to visit her mom, and they seemed to know absolutely nothing about their mother's hometown and it seemed they hadn't seen their gm in about 3 years, because Lisa was "so busy." Then Lois seemed to become a prop for the show once every one realized what a sweetheart she was. ETA: So it seems egregious of Rinna to act like she's lost her moorings when it seemed she didn't see much of her mother very often except courtesy of Bravo storylines.
  14. I stopped watching after Swan Pond, too. I did watch a couple last year hoping to see Erika's comeuppance, but all I saw was her lying and everyone, including Andy, sucking up to her. That was it. I only come here hoping to read she's been sent to jail or some other satisfying ending.
  15. I've known people who've turned themselves around from being poor or indifferent students, but Rachel appears to have a personality issue. She's not just uninterested, she's a complete narcissist. Common to a certain extent in teenagers, but Rachel seems to operate completely in her own sphere. So I'm having a hard time seeing her turn around into a cordial person who cares about others.
  16. Ugh. I hate teenage Rachel. What a selfish piece of work. Can't believe she was supposed to grow up into a polite Med student.
  17. Did you notice a couple of episodes ago, Jason comes home and says, "Hi, everyone, I'm home," and to a person, including Amara, there is absolutely no reaction? This is a serious problem. What young child is not overjoyed to see dad come home from work? Geeze, I ceased to exist when my kids were little and my husband came home from work, lol.
  18. Agreed on all. Actually, it would be a blessing in disguise if they broke up, because Lisa is horrible, and I don't think her daughter gives a whit for Laura-Leigh.
  19. I honest to God don't know why I watch this - it's so rage inducing. Sunhe is an idiot for thinking her daughter should kick her boyfriend out of his own home so she and her daughter can live and bathe together. I agree with the poster upthread who says he should take her to court. She is so selfish. She does not deserve to be respected as her narcissism knows no bounds. I'm not sure exactly what he's supposed to apologize for, but from what I've seen, Sunhe is generally the disrespectful one. Angelica's an idiot, even though Jason does not seem like such a prize. Sunhe is absolutely gorgeous, which just proves the axiom, "Beauty is only skin deep." The one with the pizza place - who died and made her mom the head of HER family? I like that her husband stood up to the dragon and told her he doesn't need permission from her to proceed with their lives, and Christine? finally said she was on his side. She should, however, have said their lives are their own, and whatever they decide, whatever mistakes they make, are solely their own business. OK, time to take a deep breath and shake these ridiculous people off...
  20. That would require Sumit to cut the cord. Not happening. ETA: Since he already has a "leaky navel" that would be a complication.
  21. Good evening fellow Snarker! I actually am here about on time! Hope you all had a great week. Sorry, Hotel Snarker, that your week was bad. 😣 I can hardly wait for Bilal's reaction to the doctor's latest news. I hope Liz kicks Pred's butt. he's the world's biggest creep.
  22. Angela is a hosebeast, but what's this with Michael screaming "You came to my place without telling me?" That's what upset him? Suspicious. Y'all have a great and safe week!
  23. Hi, everyone! Late as usual. I can't get this to tape tonight. So the coven managed to group together and make Andrei the scapegoat for Charlie's drunkenness and no one, including his wife, really addresses his issues. Nice. If he really can't remember because of blackouts, his wife needs to inform him and insist on treatment.
  24. Kody - what a jerk. Tells Christine he doesn't want to be "intimate on any level" then wonders why she wants to bail. His lame butt defines intimacy as "trust and attraction." Doesn't seem to understand that there are many ways of being intimate for a couple who loves one another. He's in it for the control aspect; I'm certain of it. He hates to lose control, even over someone he has no more interest in being intimate with.
