It seems to me from this episode that Dell is not trying to get Billy off from murder, rather keeping him from being convicted of a murder he didn't commit. He couldn't see him using or selling drugs. That temper though!

Salen is intensely creepy. I bet she appears in the room because she is listening to conversations via those health watches. I hate those loud hand dryers too. I've been known (to me) to wipe my hands on my pants. They do make a very fast hair dryer though, someone had pilfered one for us to use at a dorm type situation.

That is exactly what I was thinking by the end of the episode. The first episode I was mostly figuring out who was related to who, but this episode had me really drawn in. Might have to pick up the book. The young people seemed to be having a lot of fun at the wedding. Cracked up by the bride figure on the cake actually holding a shotgun! Making the figurative literal. I thought Isaac was about to return the money until he saw his sister with Billy. Is that a love triangle? Was Billy trying to drown himself in the lake? I thought Isaac was trying to get hit by the train. Grim going.

Well, we all knew someone was going to eat (drink?) the baby. (Checkov's baby) I was trying to decide who would be the most horrifying person to do that and thought probably Alma. Or possibly now, the mother herself.

Thank you all for your comment here for watching so I don't have to. When I saw Kellyanne Conway as a guest, I was dubious. Hubby and I used to enjoy his show, but lately have become exasperated with him, but hung on because of occasional funny jokes or graphics. I had taped the show, but deleted it unwatched. It was fun while it lasted.

This is pretty grim watching. Thank goodness for Onion, who is quite engaging.

I was stunned (as was Claire!) when the guy's daughter looked a lot like Claire. She could have been Claire's daughter. I thought Shaun and Carly did make some progress. They ended up holding hands completely, even all four hands! Albeit briefly. This was such a heartbreaking episode. Maybe Carly's incomplete heart was a broken heart? I am very curious about the history of that tattoo. I am also curious that she had so much self doubt about being a pathologist.
