Is this real ? I missed the start but it came across as a short documentary type thing with actors playing the parts while the real person described the events. Or do I have it totally wrong?

I was torn on how to describe it but snarky sounds good, it was well over 20 years ago when I last watched it. They certainly weren't worried about upsetting anyone that's for sure. Sounds like this version might be worth catching though.

That's a very old British show that I remember from well over 20 years ago & I see it's the same setup, hopefully they are allowed to say anything & be as acerbic as they were in the UK.

As has become the norm this show is now filled with people who have ridiculous valuations & just want to be on tv for the exposure & the gram as they say. The first woman embodied everything that has become wrong with the show, overvalued her company, wanted to look important & never in a million years wanted any sort of deal. Every time a shark so much as offered any type of deal she asked for more than her original ask, she is delulu as they say. Oh, for the days of people who actually want a deal & are willing to negotiate realistically & are just looking for a little help rather than to be showered with money just because their mommy told them they were wonderful. Most seem to think they are the next Ring as soon as they walk out. Someone needs to tell them that even Ring was called something different & success came a lot later than just being on the show. Yes I'm annoyed at the whole thing now.

As I said previously, they both said that they couldn't drive a jet tender not that they didn't have a license to drive any tender. Not that I'm convinced they could but that is what they said. Where or who says that they have to be licensed ? Isn't a tender just like any boat you or I could drive without a license or is it a special license for carrying people?

I watched the last episode & I'm confused about what this show is trying to be.

I think you know the answer but short of them saying the actual "n" word no there isn't, and I'm not even sure about that.

Just like grangela doesn't get to send Michael home from "her country" it's not up to the production company who travels abroad & who doesn't or where they stay. As we've seen most stay in hotels anyway. Now maybe they shouldn't be filming such people is a different conversation.

It's not that they can't drive a tender but this one is a jet tender apparently & Gary asked if they had ever driven a "jet tender" & both said no so that's why he's doing it. No idea what the difference is when it comes to driving one compare to a normal tender. I don't see a reason he couldn't teach one or both of them to drive it though.

I too agree with the decision but that's because I find the halloween dressing up on what's supposed to be a current affairs program pathetic.

It's recorded tv not a live program so by the time it hits the airwaves of course they know who the randomizer chose & they then can edit it so the camera lands where it needs to, jeez. They probably use your everyday RNG to choose what number of square it lands on & go from there. Do people think these things are done live & everyone goes home every week & then comes back the following week to do it all live again? What is it with conspiracies everywhere?

It's quite a small group who watch & comment so the same people will have a different view to you, accosted you is a bit strong though. What most seem to disagree with you about is the tag team part that you see, not Alyssa in general. Most probably agree with you about her being untrustworthy & I have never felt accosted when strongly criticizing Alyssa herself, which I do at least once a week. I caught her on CNN yesterday & she was much more vitriolic about Trump than she is on the View, I still don't trust her though.

They should add in MJ from big brother as the one making all the stupid choices.

A lot of countries manage to do it in 6 weeks or less with none of the fuss about mail in ballots or ridiculously long lines to vote that the USA has, it helps that the PM or whoever the leader is can call a snap election rather than the USA system of everyone knowing when it will be every time. Even India manages to have an election without lines to vote in sweltering heat & people not allowed to give out water because it is seen by some lunatics as bribery. And they have over 1 billion people more than the USA. And in most democratic countries the loser actually accepts that they lost, without having to go through numerous legal challenges to get there. Poll workers in most countries also get the respect they deserve unlike the USA. Let's face it the country is pretty seriously fucked up when it comes to the whole election thing, and both sides are to blame, it didn't just suddenly get like it is. Trump & his sycophants have just taken it to the extreme that it now is, but it was always going to happen eventually. People forget that the USA is a relatively young country.

The most surprising thing about the show today was that it took Anna more than 1 minute to name drop someone. Other than that it was Sunny shouting over everyone rather than actually listening to what people were saying. First she shouted over Sarah, then it was shouting over Alyssa, then it was Anna's turn to be shouted over & when Whoopie tried to stop her she just shouted louder over everyone & it ended up with nobody saying anything coherent because Sunny wouldn't STFU. A complete waste of everyone's time. Sarah trying to say that Trump has to start following the rules & the law was one of the most ridiculous comments she has ever made. On what planet has he given any indication that he wants to or is willing to follow any rules ever? He just makes the rules up as he goes along & if anyone raises so much as hand he just ignores them & carries on doing what he wants. The legal system in the USA is so fucked up that he still hasn't had to answer for 1/6 years later, and now he thinks he has immunity from anything he does, ever, because he knows that his sycophants on the SC will back him up if it ever gets that far.
