  1. Since I've been on a steady diet of PBS Newshour and Washington Week with Robert Costa my spiritual well-being has been improved.
  2. Looks like a Wednesday-Thursday-Friday DVR recording for me. Biden, Gwen Christie and Baby Please Come Home! I sincerely hope they don't have the panelists as back up singers for Darlene Love like last year, it was 12 days of awkward!
  3. Thanks for the reminders guys, I do remember all of that, and then some. I do remember when Kimberlin Brown hired a bodyguard that came with her on set, Hunter Tylo hired one as well in retaliation - only hers was a dwarf! I would've paid huge money to see Susan Flannery's reaction to such shenanigans.
  4. To be fair, Christy has mentioned work, or is dressed in her waitress uniform going to or coming back from work, but yes, we have definitely not seen her working in an age. Agreed about Bonnie eating the show, but I've only noticed it the last couple of episodes, as opposed to last season where it was more of an ensemble.
  5. Really?! When was it reconned? From what I remember Brooke had sex with Eric and Ridge in a relatively close window of time, she went to the local clinic for a test. Sheila and Mike the security guard played Spin the Test Tube Carousel, and decided Ridge was the father, hence the named Bridget = Brooke and Ridge. Of course the truth came out later, but I don't remember any retcon, but then again, I'm not a daily viewer.
  6. He takes after his mom, Stephanie was orange way before it was presidential.
  7. One of my pet peeves about J! is that some of the 'answers' don't belong in the categories. The answer was something like 'Michael Caine refused a part in Frenzy but later took a part in this director's Dressed to Kill.' This isn't a Hitchcock question, it's a DePalma question!
  8. Right! Remember how Stephanie used to call Brooke 'The Slut of The Valley', we need a character to call Stuffi 'The Whore of The Hills'! A little sinister can be very hot.
  9. He's selling a book. If credibility were a criteria for being a guest (and a panelist) on this show, we'd have many Days of Hot Topics.
  10. It wouldn't be the first time. During RC's reign on OLTL, it became common for posters to refer to Adriana's new haircut as 'bitchy bangs', as the new haircut coincided with her new bitchy attitude, it didn't take too long for Adriana herself to comment on her 'bitchy bangs'.
  11. Totally agree, Lithgow is endlessly charming. And because it needs to be said, Wahlberg is still a huge asshole. From the construction boots to encouraging the chair-flip of the Anglo-Ethiopian woman, a complete and utter asshole. I still remember to this day being in a movie theater (for a movie I've totally forgotten) and seeing the coming attraction for TYOLD, seeing MG in all his gorgeousness and asking "Who is that?!?!" And I must give Graham credit, that couch had the potential to be something horrible, but somehow he made it work.
  12. DVRing Monday for Ana and Thursday for Tiffany, the rest I'll rely on you guys!
  13. I know the premise of plead the fifth. That particular scene has been replayed since the story broke, it still seems to me like KC was joking. I believe all the allegations and I agree with you, he is gross.
  14. Wendy's picture doesn't even hint at her criminal offense, it just tells the viewer that when Wendy got arrested she was wearing scrubs. Now that we're on the subject of the opening credits, Marjorie's pic is my favorite!
  15. I thought she was joking. ML wouldn't do that to his equals at work, just the women working below his pay grade. More telling is the fact that KC and Meredith Vieira haven't made a statement since ML's firing. I normally can't watch this dreck because Andy is so incompetent, but I had to watch because my current girl crush Greta Gerwig was on. Of course idiot Andy didn't mention that Lady Bird won the NYFCC's awards for Best Picture and Best Actress, he also couldn't pronounce Saoirse Ronan's name, and didn't know GG grew up in Sacramento like Lady Bird. Way to go AC! Instead of asking your interns to think of stupid parlor games, why don't you ask them to do 5 minutes worth of internet research?
  16. And that's why the producers love her, and why she'll never be fired.
  17. Great words with Dixie's incredible delivery. The 'all' in 'all the time' with Dixie's inflection sounds like 'aaaaallll'!
  18. And amnesiac Will wouldn't be the first son to hide a gay romance from his mother. After the dust settles and Will regains his memory, and after certain plot contrivances keep Sonny and Will apart, it would be cool for a cute country singer from Memphis to play in Salem, and even cooler for that singer to look out in the crowd, recognize a familiar face and shout out "EJ, where have you been?!"
  19. Came out of my self-imposed B&B exile when I heard Ingo was joining the cast. Caught Monday's episode and was quite pleased with new Thorne. There's already tension between half-bro and little-bro. Since I've hated the character of Ridge for the better part of three decades I am now officially team Thorne. Of course I'm still praying that a still-alive but very comatose Ally is in a Paris clinic like Sleeping Beauty. I'm also praying that Thorne honors his daughter's spiritual roots and helps out the Spectra Team. Like I've said, I haven't watched in a while, so did Steffi really bang her father-in-law? Does this mean Steffi has banged two brothers and their dad? Just like Brooke and Taylor? It's nice to see this show carries traditions down from generation to generation, especially during the holiday season! Shallow point, but it still needs to be said, Thorne can rock a turtleneck like nobody's business!
  20. After Melissa Reeves's impassioned defense of Chick Filet during the same sex marriage issue, it's no wonder the gays and lesbians in the hair/make-up/wardrobe department have given MR special attention!
  21. Thank you, forty five minutes is way too long for a sitcom. Don't steal the ficus!
