I think the reason people aren't letting it go is one, we all saw it. Even people who didn't watch the show (like me) have seen a billion clips of it, so a lot more people are aware of it. Two, people are pissed that he basically high jacked the entire show. Questlove won his first Oscar right after the slap, but nobody was paying attention to that, in fact, nobody is paying attention to any of the winners, Will Smith is the only thing this Oscar ceremony will ever be known for, he managed to steal the limelight from everyone. Three. The academy mishandled the whole thing. He should have been yanked from the room, & not been allowed to accept his Oscar in person. The fact that they let him stay after attacking a presenter & then get up on stage to thunderous applause from the assholes in the audience is what people are remembering, & that's what they'll always remember. Also, they just left Chris Rock standing there on stage after being attacked and left him to handle it. They didn't even send anyone over to him to see if he was hurt. As for Chris Rock, was the joke bad? Yeah, it was a bad joke, why he would choose to make a reference to a mediocre movie from years ago is beyond me, but that's what he did. Everyone acts like he attacked Jada, but I think they're assuming he knew she had alopecia & was making fun of it. Why would he know about a medical condition she has? I had no idea she had it until this happened. I thought she just shaved her head as a fashion statement, as some women do. Is he supposed to know every sensitive thing about everyone? It's ridiculous. Will Smith did a really stupid thing. Other people have done much, much worse, but he did this in full view of the world, & the world isn't going to forget.

Anybody watching the new iteration of this show? Hosted by Justin Sylvester & Adrienne Bailon-Houghton. I can understand why they picked Justin, but no idea why they wanted Adrienne. It's pretty much just 10 short entertainment stories, all very bland. They made Justin dial it waaaay back, which I have to admit, I like. I only found out the show was back by accident, E doesn't seem to be promoting it at all. I wondered what happened to the last hosts of the show, & it doesn't even look like Lilliana Vazquez. works for E (or anyone else) anymore, & Scott Tweedie is going to be co-hosting an Australian show, so I guess he went back home. I have no idea what people like Jason Kennedy, or Erin Lim are doing, if they even work for E anymore.

Because there are 2 other Alexandras in the office & they all use "Alex", so they call them variations on the name to tell them apart. She just decided to use her last name too.

Diana was the first "modern woman" who became part of the BRF, the last royal wedding before Charles & Diana was Margaret & Antony Armstrong-Jones in 1960, & the last time before that was when King George VI married Lady Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon in 1923, which was the previous time a woman was brought into the family. They didn't have the internet yet, but the media was completely different than what they knew, & they apparently never understood that the world changes & what worked in 1923 wasn't going to work in 1981.

I saw a commercial for a company that makes frames that stick on the wall without damaging it & thought it was interesting, so I went to the site to check it out. Exactly what the company wants, right? Only problem, there's no way to just look at anything because when I tried, I got a message that said something like "tell us all about you" & asked for my name. No way around it, & it looked like it was going to be the 1st in a bunch of questions. No surprise, I just closed out the tab & forgot about it. How can a company try to make you give them personal information just to look at what they sell? I'm assuming that the merchandise isn't even what they really sell, it's your personal information they're making money from. So sick of always having to be on the lookout for internet scams.

When they showed the scene on the show where Kris suggested Robert Kardashian Thompson, I thought why would they name him Robert when Khloe has a brother & Kris has a son named Robert? Then I realized it was because they both forgot they had a brother/son, never mind what his name is. She should name him Alex, after her father, Alex Roldan.

Anybody else watch the season finale? Apparently, Kim, is the hardest working person, & the best mom EVA! The show was 5 minutes each for Kourtney, Khloe, Kyle (but she was never with the other sisters), & Kendall got about 45 seconds, most that were on Kim's phone. Kris got to sit next to Kim & talk while she did her THs. Cici was also on this episode, & I think she got more screen time than the other sisters. It was great timing on this episode, since it was the one Kim walked in the Balenciaga show. I wonder if she's going to make some kind of statement? Ye must be laughing his ass off. What a waste this new show is, nothing ever happens, it's just them getting dressed up & going to events.

I agree, I've never understood the way people wept when they got letters or a family visit. It hasn't been that long, if your kid goes away to college, it's longer than the time they spent on the island. The way they were showing Noelle being set up, I really thought it would be someone else being eliminated, but nope, it was pretty straight forward this episode.

I finally slogged through the season, & boy was I bored. This had to be the worst season IMO. I didn't like Charles' casting at all, & The Queen was so weepy it was annoying. Another thing I can't believe they skipped over is in 1991, William got hit in the head with a golf club & needed emergency surgery. Diana stayed overnight at the hospital in a bed next to him. Charles stopped in for a 15 minute visit then went to the opera. People were not understanding of that. It was a huge deal & there wasn't even a mention anywhere.

Well, no surprise, Syabira won. She's been the clear winner since almost the beginning, even though I thought a lot of her flavors combinations sounded disgusting. I never understood what Sandro was trying to prove. He overdid it almost every episode, you would think that at some point he would learn & just do what he was supposed to & not add 10 more bakes than requested. Did they not show all the contestants at the end? It didn't seem like they gave everyone the same spotlight like they usually do at the end.

So I guess they aren't going to be talking about how people didn't like Kim's Marilyn "moment". What a whitewash. When they were squeezing her into the dress & somebody said "don't look at her vagina" I choked on my drink I laughed so hard. Then Kim talked about how no one would know the dress couldn't be closed when she had the fur & I remember the first thing I thought when I saw her was that she was covering up the fact the dress wasn't closed. And Pete was there! And talked! Kendall had a panic attack. Her literal job is to dress up in clothes that don't belong to her & get photographed. And she had a panic attack because she was going to an event where she was going to be photographed in clothes that probably don't belong to her. And then she peed in a coffee cup & all I could think of was (going to put this in spoiler tags because it's disgusting & you can ignore it if you want) I thought both Kylie & Kourtney looked awful, & of course, Kravis had to stick their tongues down each other's throats for everyone. Yeech.
