Without straying too far from the topic, I saw somebody post an opinion that made sense to me. Before, Ye was coming out with a lot of anti-Black statements (Harriet Tubman, slavery is a choice, George Floyd, etc.) without getting the blowback you would expect, especially from the Black community. The person's opinion was that it was because he's Black, so he's allowed to say these things, kind of like using the N word. There's a big difference between a POC & a White person using that word. So very simply, Ye started getting called out when he attacked the Jewish people because he is not Jewish. If he had stuck to attacking the Black community, I bet he would still have all his business relationships.

He keeps using his "mental illness" as an excuse for saying anything he wants, but what if it wasn't true? What if it's just another one of his interesting "beliefs", or a way to get people talking about him. He even has the whole story about not taking his meds, well, that would also work if he had never been diagnosed to begin with. Just something that I've been wondering about.
