I think Timothee Chalamet is cute with a gorgeous head of hair, but I've never seen him in anything other than his stint on SNL, where I thought he was hilarious as a wannabe Eminem rapper. I hope he never commits a crime and gets thrown in jail though. Looking "soft and cute" and when the inmates find out his name is "Timothee Chalamet"--he's screwed. 😱😅🤣

MAFS Social Media, Spoilers & Speculation
Crashcourse replied to Bella's topic in Married At First Sight
They probably agreed to say Yes on Decision Day to look good on camera, knowing they'd split up soon after. Names escape me right now, but I suspect other couples have done this, too. -
Did he ever chase anybody? If not, that's probably why he got cut. 😅

S17.E18: In Sickness & Suspicion

I think anyone who goes on this show is an idiot--even some of the ones I like. -
I'm watching A Star Is Born right now with Judy Garland and James Mason. I can't even get through it because Judy Garland's voice is so annoying to my ears. I think she was waaaaaaay overrated in that movie, probably other musicals as well.

Commercials That Annoy, Irritate or Outright Enrage

I hate pickleball but I love the E-trade babies, so I hate that they're in that commercial. I love them in the wedding commercial. -
Commercials That Annoy, Irritate or Outright Enrage

I remember back in the day, Ralph Lauren Safari perfume was very popular, and some women drenched themselves in it at work. That stuff actually made me nauseous, and I would take breaks to get some fresh air. So yeah, I'd rather smell a little natural BO than all that stuff. -
I hope Deputy Chief Baker does his damn job and puts Sheila in jail for stalking Steffy. Then crazy Sheila has a fight with an inmate who's even crazier who stabs her to death. The end.

Austin and Emily were fighting? Where were Becca and Brennan?

When she invoked KYV, my head almost blew up like that emoji. Mika has no shame. None.

S17.E18: In Sickness & Suspicion
Crashcourse replied to TwirlyGirly's topic in Married At First Sight
YMMV to all this. After all, this is a "reality" show with questionable amounts of actual...you know....reality. Therefore, I'm not gonna spend my time playing armchair psychologist with people I don't even know, but Becca, to me, doesn't look like she's being gaslighted at all. She knows what's up. And down. That's just my opinion about this whole mess, and I hope we can leave it at that. NEXT! 😆 -
Say What?: Commercials That Made Us Scratch Our Heads

If I were that guy, I'd be pissed off at her unexpectedly flinging me into the pool. I'd take the ring back if I could find it in the pool. -
I don't buy Janine smoking weed or Jacob vaping either. I thought this was a weird subject for an episode, and other than the expressions on the kids' faces, I didn't find it funny.

I've seen the movie Gaslight many times, and I think what happened to Ingrid Bergman is nothing like what actually happens. especially now. I think the way "gaslighting" is used now is just a convenient word that's thrown around a lot when someone (usually referring to a woman, never heard it referring to a man) refuses to know and accept the truth because they don't want to. It's not like they are a helpless victim like Ingrid Bergman. In my opinion, she knows exactly what Austin is doing to cover his ass for the cameras, and she's crying for the cameras as well. Sure, she doesn't like what he's doing, but she knows he's not attracted to her. That can be devastating. I get that. I don't think there's anything "wrong" with Austin or his dick. He just doesn't want to have sex with her. -
I was. To me, she just wasn't pleasant to look at.

I'm not interested in those HH cabin episodes they're now showing every Wednesday.

S17.E18: In Sickness & Suspicion
Crashcourse replied to TwirlyGirly's topic in Married At First Sight
I think "gaslighting" is a term that's come to be used much too often to describe a person (Becca) who just doesn't want to accept the truth right in front of their eyes. She knows. -
I love this show, but I didn't like this episode about smoking and drugs. Melissa and the firefighter made eyes at each other, so I wonder if there will be a story about them, although I liked the vending machine guy. I don't like the substitute teacher, she's annoying, and I hope she's not around for long. I'd like to see an episode where the kids go on lunch strike because the food is so bad, and the cafeteria workers strike back. 🤣

There are so many characters who have lines in a 25-minute (?) time period, so they have to talk fast. So, I couldn't understand what they were saying about why Tariq wasn't there. I liked Gregory and Barbara in this episode. Too bad the show probably isn't getting rid of Ava, because I think Gregory would make a good principal.

I don't even like Beyonce's two country songs that I've heard, but I'm glad she topped the country music chart, just to piss off Schneider.- 968 replies
