I thought for sure he would reset and make a smaller bet, so they wouldn't be after him. He could lose a few, win a few and he could protect himself. I did like that history tries to reset, in spectacular fashion, with all kinds of collateral damage around him. He should go back and reset for those people he killed getting his bearings. It would have saved them and he would still have the info he got. I like the show, I really hope I can stay unspoiled, I would like to see how it plays out and if he can save JFK or not. It seems like it would be too much history changing and the damage would be too great, but I am along for the ride.

I hope that Gideon is able to keep working through his issues and keep going to the therapist. His wife was a mixed bag for me. She let him just flop into that chair at the beginning and handed him his huge plate of food instead of him walking 2 feet to get it himself. She also ordered fast food when he was trying to lose the first 50. She is not thin either so she could benefit from his diet as well.

I laugh in serious situations all the time. Its truly terrible, but it's a nervous reaction to a stressful situation. I laughed when my teenage daughter passed out after having blood drawn. It certainly wasn't a funny situation, but it slipped out. I can totally see someone laughing in any stressful situation. I just hope I am never accused of murder, they would think I did it!

I really, really want a License to ILL. Thats awesome. That album was huge back in the day, loved that they got the license to the music. Murry and his hoarding of old coke was hysterical. I remember the bruhaha about new coke when it came out. I live in Atlanta, so you can well imagine the backlash that occurred here. It was the end of the world! ETA: New coke was really not that bad, but you didn't hear me say that.

I enjoyed the huge bags of pills that they all had or said they had in their rooms. I can imagine that if everything was available to you, there would be a lot of that kind of thing happening.

I loved it. I haven't read the book so I was completely surprised by the aliens looking like the devil/demons. Didn't even cross my mind that they might look like that. Can't wait for the next two parts, even though I guess it all falls apart. I wonder if that's our fault or theirs?

Oh, This show!! When Gretchen started crying, I started bawling. I agree that Jimmy passed a test she didn't even know she was giving. I can't wait to see who the father of Lindseys baby is. I am not sure I want her to have a baby, but I will roll with whatever the show decides to do. I also loved that Dr. Vern was all, nope, no idea what her problem is.
