They did not say that the house in New jersey was not currently rented. Travis said that they would like to have a house in New jersey and one in Tennessee. He said they could rent the house in NJ and use the rental income to offset the mortgage on the Tennessee house. Or they could sell the NJ house and invest that money in a house in Tennessee. But I didn't get the impression that the NJ house is just sitting vacant. But I don't know.

Just curious why do you think that? If she is she certainly hasn't told us, LOL.

Katie and Travis posted on their weekly youtube video that they are starting to look for a house in Tennessee. They said they would like to keep the house in New Jersey and rent it out. I forgot that Zack is a real estate agent. He showed them 3 houses. I guess this is free advertisement for him. This says to me they are pretty much in Tennessee for good.

She is playing to a captive audience of almost 1/2 million followers. My guess is that they are mostly young women in their 20's and early 30's. They watch Josie while she talks about her hair and makeup and demonstrates products and hawks clothes etc. and they think wow I want to look like that. So maybe her products are better than what is sold cheaper on other sites. That's the only thing that I can figure. It will eventually play out when and if her followers mature and move on to other concerns and interests.

According to posts on Reddit Josie is no longer working with Effortless Beauty. She will be running The Effortless Shop selling hair products. Grace will be running Effortless Beauty. Josie is no longer listed as part of the Effortless Beauty team on the website. I guess there is money to be made in selling the same hair care products that one can buy cheaper elsewhere. Who knew?

Because she knows that Kyle is the HBIC. If Denise wants to come back in any fashion she must kowtow to Kyle.

Wondering if Biden's executive order granting undocumented spouses of American citizens who have lived in this country for 10 years to be eligible for a green card will include Lydia. I heard Biden refer to these people as raising children here sending them to school and church and paying taxes. I thought oops that last one may trip them up.

I noticed that and you never see anyone else in the pool when they are there. With school out you would think the pool would be crowded.

I don't know how old Linda is but those stairs up to the bedroom are probably going to be a killer as time goes on. One misstep on the stairs could be a disaster. Other than the stairs I loved this house.

Love that the first callers on WWHL called out Sandy for waking up the chef to slice cucumbers for the guest when she is saying "you do not wake the chef." Even Andy said that he had a ton of remarks from fans about that. She tried to deflect by saying she didn't know what that was about. I don't think she liked being called out for this. Speaking of Captain Lee when he saw Rocky in the galley making quesadillas for the guests at night instead of Leon he was not happy to find out that Leon was sleeping. Of course Sandy came down on Ellie and not the chef. It seems like every season she finds one person to go after.

I kept thinking about how that got up and down those steps with laundry in icy snowy weather. How they lived in that house in that condition all those years is a mystery to me. I bet as soon as the show ended they figured out a way to get the TV back in the living room. I know I would have.

Who other than these morons names their children these dumb names? Are these names in baby books? I can't imagine how one would come up with Kade, Zade and Slade.

Didn't Sam tell her that the town was about an hour away from her place? How does she get into town to purchase food and supplies? What happens if she get really sick as in needing surgery in the middle of the night? For me it would be too creepy at night to stay in that open air dwelling.

With the way she kept going on about not wanting neighbors you would think that her neighbors were going to beat her door down and drag her out to party with them. Justine you are just not that popular.
