To me Meri should tell the truth about the catfishing. No she was not a victim as she willingly participated and she would have left Kody if Sam were real. But there is a reason that Meri tuned to the internet to find someone who would be attracted to her and love her. I firmly believe that Kody talked her into the divorce and she felt that she had no recourse but to go along with this. When she discovered that Robyn replaced her it crushed her. Kody is as much to blame for this as Meri is.

God I hope she isn't throwing money away of this. How many thousands of skin care lines are there on the market already? And $65 for a candle that comes with some hokey sayings please.

I think you are remembering the small apartment that she had in 2021 or early 2022. It was a tiny apartment but the one that they showed a couple of episodes ago looked new and spacious. Certainly better than the RV. I think Janelle knows that she has made terrible financial decisions over the years. Let's hope that she is getting some good advice from an attorney and /or her grown children. When I read that she was going into a "grounded" business I thought be careful Janelle with your money.

The only reason that this will be her storyline for the season is if Kyle keeps talking about it and Crystal, Erika and Dorit chime in and knowing that crew they will keep it up because they want to keep the story off of them. I think Sutton has move on. The idea that somehow she insulted the male strippers is laughable.

Okay but how were the legal deeds titled? Has anyone ever seen the deeds? Kody can say all he wants that they bought 4 lots and this is how it's going to be divided but that may not be the case if all 5 names were on the deeds. Meri would have been a fool to agree to a 2 acre lot jointly owned with Kody while Kody and Robyn own 8 acres. But then again Janelle, Christine and Meri let Kody call the shots for years. And Kody has said on 2 occasions on camera that they each own 25% of Coyote Pass. So he is lying about something.

I give up trying to understand this. But I would not put it past Kody to be lying through his teeth to Robyn, Meri and Janelle. But all they have to do is take a trip to the court house and get copies of all of the deeds to this property to see how it is legally titled not how Kody imagines it to be.

Georgia Rai, when you say that you looked at the records online, do you mean that you looked at the Warranty and /or Security deeds or the property record cards? When they purchased the Coyote Pass property was it one parcel or four individual parcels and they titled the deeds in this strange manner with Kody's name on all of the deeds and 3 names on some and 2 names on others? Or is this something that Kody drew up but not the legal property deed/deeds that are filed in the court house? I cannot fathom why Meri, Christine and Janelle would have agreed to this when the property was purchased. And if this is how the property is legally titled why are Meri and Janelle saying things to indicate that they think they the property will be more fairly divided than how these 4 parcels are currently titled? I guess that I am trying to get to the point that this makes sense that 3 women of at least average intelligence would agree to this. I am not in any way questioning what you are saying.

Sutton looks beautiful at the screening. She looks good in pants. Is Erika's mom the woman who raised her son after she dumped him and went to Hollywood looking for a career, um you know find a rich sugar daddy. The best way to get to Kyle is to refuse to react. She has had a lot of practice goading people including her sisters, and co-workers into fights. While Sutton isn't use to this to this kind of interaction and she comes off as weird and awkward. But maybe she is learning to play the game.

I hope that Janelle is not going to invest money into some snake oil business like this. What could she possibly do but to tell people to go outside and walk barefoot or lie down in water? Janelle has big ideas about how to make money but it never pans out with the exception of the MLM scam. She blew $80,000 on an RV that she was not capable of hauling or setting it up. I can see her going into a business growing weed and with her sons. But they might want to start out by doing a lot of research. At least her sons do not seem to being adverse to work.

Of course Monica will go to Bermuda. She needs the job and the money. I wonder who takes care of her children when she goes on these trips. Could it be her toxic mother whom she appears to hate?

It seems to me that Christine likes to talk and she likes to hear herself talk. Watching that interview it was like is she ever going to let Janelle get a word in? I don't think that we learned much from that interview other than there is another season coming and Janelle and Christine both look good. It does seem like they are no longer bitter about the way that Kody treated them and their children. I find that a little hard to believe. I want to know what they are going to do about the property division and is Janelle going to get her fair share of the family money like Christine and Robyn did when they bought houses. I do not want to hear them fawning over Robyn and Kody's soul mate marriage, bla bla bla.

If Meri, and Janelle agreed to this they must be the dumbest women on the planet. Who in their right mind would agree to this division of property? I wonder if there is any chance that some how Kody got them to sign the deeds without divulging the size and value of the properties? Also if the deeds are legit. why were they always discussing who was going to get what lot? Wouldn't you get the lot that corresponded to deed with your name on it? None of this makes any sense to me. Was there no discussion among these dopes as to why Kody and Robin got the lion's share of the property? It sounds like Janelle didn't understand this because she wants to bring in a professional to appraise the property. Also Meri believes that it will be spit equally. Is there any chance that the property tax records do not reflect the names on the deeds? I guess I am just looking for anything to explain how this happened and I think Kody is not above doing something fishy to have the biggest piece of the pie.

Meri said at the beginning of the show that she had a story to tell and it was hers to tell. There was also a quick scene of her at the lawyer's office when she was signing the divorce papers. I hope if she tells her story about how the divorce came about she tells it completely and honestly and does not try to spare Robyn and Kody. I will never be convinced that the divorce was Meri's idea. I believe the divorce did irrevocable damage to Meri. She has never. been the same since then. She needs to break away from the toxic duo and build a new life .

She did panic when the discussion of the property division came up. She was trying to justify why she and Kody were getting 8 acres and Meri was getting 2 and Janelle was getting 4. Robyn said that she had always planned to leave her property to her kids and her thought was that Kody was going to leave his share to all of his 18 kids. Kody almost exploded at this and said no he wasn't. I believe that he was going to say no way. Our jointly owned 8 acres will go to Robyn, the loyal wife, the love of my life. Robyn know that this would be a disaster to admit and he was going off script. That's why she cut him off and told him to shut up. He already said on 2 occasions that Janelle, Meri, Robyn and he each own 25% of the property. So how he comes up with Robyn and Kody owning 8 acres, Meri owing 2 and Janel owning 4 is some crazy math.

I don't get this idea that the money and assets acquired during Kyle's marriage is her husband's. It is owned by both. California is a community property state. And according to Sutton she and her husband built their wealth together. So when they were divorced she was awarded her share of their assets. She didn't take "her husband's" money.

That's exactly what I saw going down. If they had left Sutton alone they could have stayed and watched the show. But Kyle saw an opportunity to stir up Sutton and call her unhinged and plant the seed in everyone's mind that Sutton is crazy. Kyle is such a hypocrite. Does she not remember how she "stormed" off the stage after the reunion when Kathy was on? I think Kyle has had a few unhinged moments of her own as has Erika and Lisa lips. But when those 3 went off the rails the rest of the cast surrounded them and consoled them. I know that they are not supposed to break the 4th wall but I wish that Sutton would have looked Kyle in the face and said I know what you are doing. But I am not Denise or LVP or Kathy so you might as well stop. I can't wait for the worm to turn on Kyle.

At the end of last week's episode when the subject of Coyote Pass came up, Kody stated the Meri, Jenelle, Robyn and he each own 25% of the property. It's on the video so for him to try and back out of this and calim that he and Robyn own the bulk of this property is BS. If he pulls this stunt I hope Meri and Janelle team up and find a publisher for a book that will tell all of Kody and Robyns dirty secrets. Get the cash ladies.

Maybe Callie asked to stay with Tiffany. She gets a a lot of attention when she stays with Tiffany and gets away from Ma and Pa Bates for awhile.

I'm with you on this. But I think certain groups meet before the season and come up with a plan for how things will play out. I definitely believe that was the case with the takedown of Denise Richards by Kyle, Teddi and Lisa R. with the assistance of Kim an Brandi. What we have seen in the past few seasons has been Kyle trying to get Teddi a spot on the show. To do this she needs to get someone out. She's working on getting rid of Sutton and it couldn't be more obvious.

I have no idea who F boys are. But from the process of elimination I would guess either Dorit, Teddi or Denise. Brandi doesn't have a husband and her children are 16 and 20. Teddi and Dorit have young children and Denise has an 11 year old. Erika as a sugar mama? What does she have to offer anyone? It really sounds unbelievable but with this crew who knows.

Surely they can go back and see who put what in the family saving account and how much they took out to pay the down payment. Then see who was paying off the loan. I really think that Janelle and Meri need to hire a forensic accountant to unravel the finances. If they don't they will get screwed. it's hard for me to have sympathy for tow women who allowed themselves to be taken advantage of for years.

Good luck with that. Even though Kody said on last Sunday's episode something like they all own equal shares now he is changing his tune. I hope that while Janelle is discussing this with a professional, she hires a lawyer to see if there is any way to demand an accounting of how the family savings was handled and who spent what. And as far as Janelle talking about how legalizing polygamy would protect the wives no it wouldn't. Not if one of the wives is dumb enough to hand over a chunk of her saving to another wife who wants to buy a house without getting a promissory note detailing how and when the money is to be repaid. I hope Janelle and Meri team up on this but I doubt that Christine will join them.

I don't the impression that Katie Is unable to stay by herself. Travis is off with his family on a guys trip so she decided to visit her family in Tennessee. I don't see what's so strange about this. I found it more interesting to hear how they support themselves by their Youtube account and Travis's music career. Travis said that the income from the ads that are seen in their Youtube videos are split 1/2 & 1/2 with Youtube and them. It must be lucrative because so many D list celebrities are doing this now.

YES! You hit the nail on the head. Kyle is no dummy. She finds the weakest link each season and picks and picks until she succeeds in driving her "victim" away with the help of her partners in crime. She started this with LVP who was grieving the loss of her brother at the time. She followed it up with Denise. And she managed to take part in driving her own sister away last season. I think she sees Sutton as the one that needs to go so that there will be a spot on her team for Teddi to slither in next season.

Sandy seems to have no problem firing stews. She has done it numerous times. She fired a chef. I imagine that production had a hand in firing the bosun this season. I remember Captain Lee saying that he has no say in hiring the staff but he could fire staff.
