I doubt that Janelle will ever have a house. She keeps taking what ever money she has and throws it away. First Coyote Pass, then giving the equity in her Vegas home to Robyn, then the RV and now on 156 acre raw land with no improvements to grow flowers. And this doesn't include her inheritance that she spent on the Lehi property or her retirement funds for the move to Vegas. I'll bet that the bulk of the money used to purchase this land came from Janelle not Maddie and Caleb. Having a paid for home in retirement is a great investment. I have a feeling like someone else said she is looking to live with Maddie and Caleb and her other children on a rotating basis.

Janelle is a prime example of how not to handle finances unless one's goal is to grow old and have zero retirement plans. She needs a financial advisor who will give her tough love and talk some sense into her. She has gone from one financial disaster to another. You would think after seeing it was going to be next to impossible for them to develop Coyote Pass she would not be investing money in more raw land. Janelle seems to be easily manipulated into jumping into risky get rich quick schemes. Remember how Kody convinced Janelle, Meri and Christine that it was time to take the equity out of their Vegas homes and move to a more expensive part of the country. Then convince Meri and Janelle to give Robyn that equity so that she and Kody could buy a $890,000 home. As far as Janelle doing any real physical labor on the farm I'll believe it when I see it.

Katie posted on Instagram that Harvey is off oxygen and his doctors think that he has turned the corner. She and Travis are at the hospital with Harvey. Doctors are still watching him for other improvements. This is good news.

I watched the latest Stewart family blog where Evan was acting like a complete idiot during the power outage. He was putting the pressure on Katie and Travis to spend the night with them and make a party out of it. Katie was off to the side almost in tears saying she was 36 weeks pregnant and she wanted to go home. And I swear Travis was grinning and not once did he say we are going home to Evan. Since Travis and Katie have moved to Knoxville, Travis is morphing into Evan Jr, hanging out at at the pool in the middle of the day, playing golf and "partying"with his bestie. Katie has become the mature parent and Travis is regressing to his teenage years.

Oh come on now. Didn't he have a post not too long ago where he said he was picking up work painting stripes in store parking lots. He is coming up in the world. A real business tycoon.

I have maintained all along that Carlin does not want another child. She seems perfectly content with the two that she has and more power to her if this is the case and she sticks to it. It's Evan who is pressing her for another. This would give him added insurance against having to go to a real job for several more years because you know Carlin can't be left alone while pregnant and then caring for a newborn. On another note I hope that Katie and Travis are not leaving Hailey with Carlin and Evan with that unfenced pool right outside of the rear door and patio.

Yes Ari was born in 2016. So if this scene was filmed in 2022 she would have been 6. There is no way that Ari in the family game night scene was 6. I believe that this scene was filmed sometime this year and she was already 8. Maybe Kody didn't think the kids would be paid by TLC if they were not filmed for this episode so they added it in. Otherwise I can't understand why the bulk of the episode was filmed in 2022 prior to the twins being born and Christine even dating David and then adding in a much more current scene of K&R and their kids. TLC. does strange things with the time line of this show. Last season the episodes were not shown in order from the oldest to the most current.

I think you are correct about this scene not being filmed in the fall of 2022. Last season we saw Ari and Sol filmed during Christmas 2021. Ari was 5 and running around with a pacifier in her mouth. I was taken aback when I saw her supposedly one year later age 6 at the family game night. No way this kid was 6. She looked closer to 8. Just saw Sol from the back but he also appears to have grown a lot and did not look like an 8 year old. It will be interesting to see if Ari and Sol appear to be aging backward in subsequent episodes. It's more noticeable with the kids when they play around with the time line than it is with the adults. I would not be surprised if this family game night was Kody's idea. He wanted to show everyone that they are the perfect loving family sitting on the floor and playing games.

Ari looked so much older in the game night scene. She is way too old to be having tantrums. The little "cute stories" that they tell about Ari make me think she is spoiled rotten and that's on K&R. On another note I'll just bet those apples that they were eating are Mrs. Prindables from QVC. We all know that Robyn shops there. And those apples aren't cheap. But of course nothing but the best for Robyn and the Robynettes whereas Truley got a lopsided box cake for her birthday.

I can't believe too many people will spend money on this stupid game. At some point in time when all of this influencer stuff goes away there are going to be a lot of people hard up to make a living because their work history revolves around shilling crap online. It's amazing to me that these Z list celebrities have followers hanging on their every word and willing to give these people their hard earned money..

I think she was either talking to herself or to Archie. The cameras were on at Tamra's house and picked up on the but call from Shannon when Tamra answered the call. They were on to make Shannon look unhinged. Mission accomplished.

I never thought that David was good looking. In fact I always thought that he was a little strange looking.

Just because JJ has these videos doesn't mean that he is blackmailing her. The two attorneys, Shane and Emily, sitting at the dinner table both indicated that going to court over this is going to cost far more that settling. If JJ were smart he would take the $75,000 and sign the non defamation agreement and be done with it. If Shannon were smart she would have repaid the $75,000 a long time ago. This squabbling over $75,000 is not doing either one any favors.

Mary Crosby is ruining this show for me. She is not funny or clever she is downright nasty and dumb.

I remember the scene when they were looking at the Cottonwood property and Janelle was so excited about it that she bragged that she felt like writing a check then and there. Of course we all know that Robyn got her way and they bought Coyote Pass. If Janelle was keeping the books she should have noticed if Kody regularly dipping into the family saving account. In a perfect world that account should have required 2 signatures for checks and withdrawals. It sounds like Janelle saw the money going out of the account and just turned a blind eye. Based on what was said on this episode Meri, Janelle, and Christine took care of their homes and expenses on their own. But Robyn had Kody's money to run her household along with hers. In what world was this fair? Christine was the smart one. she got out with the equity in her home. Legally Meri and Janelle are probably just SOL.They freely gave money to Robyn and watched Kody spending the family savings on a regular basis. They only thing that they can do is lawyer up about the Coyote Pass property and get their share of money if it is sold. But like Joan of Argh said Janelle is a lot of talk and no action. And she is known for making bad decisions about her finances.
