  1. Sonja Morgan was doing this with dresses from Aliexpress or another similar company getting them cheap, marking the way up and putting putting her label on it. I think that went belly up.
  2. There is a saying that you can't change other people's actions. You can only change your reaction. If this is only going to last for a month, try to not react to her. It sounds like this person is your superior at least for now. Tell yourself that you can stand anything shy of physical abuse for one month. You said that you are afraid that you are going to lose your job. So don't let this person push your buttons. I know it is tough but remember you are in control of you destiny. Do the best job that you can do, ask others for help when you need it and tell yourself it won't be this way forever. I wish you luck.
  3. Well if they claimed to the lender that part of the down payment was a loan from Meri and Janelle then Meri and Janelle have their proof that they are owned money from K&R. But if they told the lender that it was a gift then Meri and Janelle are SOL. Either way Meri and Janelle would have had to sign some paperwork. I do know if you get money from a loan or a gift for the down payment you have to disclose this to the lender and there is extra paperwork. it shouldn't be that complicated but the fact that there was a shared saving account that probably had all of their names and Kody and Robyn were dipping into it and using this money to qualify for the loan just makes it hard to decipher whose money this was. I have never understood how these people could qualify for mortgages.
  4. This is weird. It's hard to believe that personal information about the homeowners would be reported seems unethical.
  5. Probably cost savings. Alexis is a friend of not a full fledged cast member. If Bravo is paying for plane tickets and rooms and meals it saves them a good deal of money not to invite Alexis. What I find hilarious is a cast member calling herself the host and acting like she is footing the bill for the trip and deciding who goes and who doesn't when we know this is not the case.
  6. That's my problem with this season. It's largely talking heads with the exception Mykelti giving birth. The problem is there really is no more sister wives. Christine is wrapped up in her romance with David, Janelle is all about her kids and going from house to house and Meri who knows what she is doing besides selling LulaRoe. There had been almost no interaction among the 3 OG wives. I don't see this continuing past this season the way it is going. And I am not going to tune in to see Robyn and Kody.
  7. I don't blame Christine for wanting Kody to pay child support but I think this is not going to be good for Truly. Kody is not a good father who wants to spend time with his child and would enjoy having her live with him part time. Just the opposite. Unless I desperately needed the money I would want to protect my child from Kody and crew. I would not want her spending time in Robyn's house if that pathetic birthday party that they had for her was any indication of how she would be treated as opposed to how the Robynettes are showered with attention and gifts at Christmas and other special days. And Truly never acted like she was comfortable around Kody and Robyn when she was at their house.
  8. The only reason that I can think of is that back when this was filmed they were hoping that the show would go on for several more seasons and that they would have a big part in the show. Maybe they thought that Kody controlled the money from the show and they wanted to stay on his good side. But I have to agree that the way Mykelti carried on even tearing up about how much Robyn meant to her while she was having her 'tough" teen years and how Robyn was the only one who understood her was way overboard. Mykelti has always impressed me as bing a demanding kid when she was growing up. Now she is just a smug know it all.
  9. To me this endeavor makes about as much sense as buying an $80,000 Rv and planning on living in it without doing any research into how to set the Rv up and bring in water, power and heat let alone how to get it from the sales center to the property.
  10. Rumored being the operative word.
  11. It looks like there was no sale and Kody and Robyn just took it off the market. He probably didn't get an offer at least close to what he wanted. It's amazing to me that they can make the payments on this property.
  12. Kody may miss being the king of the castle but that doesn't equate to missing his children. I think he is perfectly fine with Robyn and her spawn and being given an audience each week to opine about "those people" and how much they have hurt him. If he misses his children even because he misses being the king of the castle he would do whatever is necessary to reconnect with his adult children. i think he is perfectly happy with the way things are.
  13. I wonder if Janell, Maddie and Caleb understand this.
  14. I remember after they agreed to buy the land in flagstaff, Meri, Janelle, Christine and Robyn were out at lunch. I think it was Christine who suggested that they all stay in Vegas until the houses were sold and then move. Robyn rolled her eye to the heavens and looked like she was going to slam her fist down. You know she was thinking just when I have everyone convinced to move to where Dayton will be Christine throws a monkey wrench into my plan. Yes always putting her and her children's needs and wants ahead of everyone else in the family.
  15. Kody saying "I am so angry about the way I have been treated" blows my mind. He also said he refused to take responsibility for something that his other wives were saying about him. So in other words all of this was caused by his 3 former wives and their 13children not Kody. Year sure.
  16. It takes a lot of effort, hard work and money in addition to luck that a drought or hurricane won't come along and wipe out the entire crop. I looked up flower farms close to the area where I live. There were at least 4 pretty upscale operations with greenhouses and gift shops. The have flower arranging classes and events. Most were built on developed land that had been in the family for years. All of this is to say that starting a flower farm does not just happen on a whim.
  17. He doesn't want to heal is family. He most likely is relieved that he doesn't have to spend anytime with his children from the 3 other mothers. After all he called them "those people." He just wants to be happy with Robyn and her children. How he can look into the camera and say none of this is his fault and he is the victim is mind boggling to me.
  18. Yes indeed! Robyn must have had a moment when a light bulb went off and she realized that she needed to rehabilitate herself. Kody is hopeless. When he said that he was more hurt over the damage that has happened to his relationship with Robyn rather than the damage that it has done to his relationship to his children I wanted to puke. Kody just admitted that he would rather be happy with Robyn than have a relationship with his children. He doesn't deserve the title of Dad.
  19. Albarino, Like you I forgot that Ysabel's surgery was in NJ. For some reason I thought it was in Connecticut. God, I'm glad I didn't make that mistake! I hope we have seen the last of smug Mykelti.
  20. Unless she uses the property as collateral to finance everything that is needed to get the flower farm up and running like expensive equipment and getting water out to the property. I mean you don't just go out there and throw some seeds in the ground and hope for the best.
  21. Yes Meri did have a job working with troubled teens I believe. She said that she loved this job but when her superiors found out that she was going public with living in a plural marriage she was fired.
  22. What were the allegations?
  23. And you are the mercy of Mother Nature, droughts, hurricanes, floods and late cold snaps not to mention insects and pests.
  24. It was described this way in an article in The Sun arguably a questionable source but in this case I believe it is probably correct. Another source that I read referred to it as undeveloped land.
