  1. Emily has "joked" about how accident-prone she is. Also, see Emily drink. And drink. And drink. I'm just sayin'. A friend of mine had a really bad fall one night, down the stairs. Multiple surgeries, still can't lift her arm over her head. This friend also drinks a bottle of wine every night, sometimes more. Again, just sayin'.
  2. I, too, got try-too-hard vibes from Steve. Too much charm, try-hard charisma, seemed to love the cameras. Gave me John Janssen vibes (RHOC, Shannon Beador's ex boyfriend). No man has ever told me he likes my purse. We buy purses so that other women will compliment them. Most men couldn't tell an Birkin from a reusable grocery bag.
  3. Ryan said on WWHL that he just sold a $20+ million home in Florida. I believe he's branching out, as the NY wealth of years prior is moving out. Gas stoves have been banned in new construction in NY, and New York still has a state income tax. Manhattan rents have dropped as well, so the Ryan's of the world are looking elsewhere to sell high end real estate. This is not a post about Florida, as I don't live there, it's just what's happening.
  4. I'll come home from these dates sometimes and say....well that was a waste of expensive makeup lol. Do we know for sure it's Leslie? If so, I'll root for her, although I, too, didn't love her sexy dance. Cringe.
  5. Agree with all of this! I'm almost 62 (ack!) and divorced. Let me tell ya, dating is not the thing at this age. Finding someone is not the fun thing it's advertised to be. I met a nice, handsome guy recently, who asked me out for martinis at a nice steakhouse. Fun! But we live almost an hour apart, and I told him I always Uber. Turns out, the place he picked was 5 minutes from his house, well over an hour for me (rainy Friday night, tons of traffic, expensive Uber). When he told me which place to meet him at, I offered a similar suggestion in the middle. Nope, meet me at this one, he said. So I did. And I didn't call him back. Hope Leslie (if that's who it is) gets more chivalry from the men.
  6. I don't like Maria either. She's snarky and abrasive. I also don't find her attractive. I hated how she came out that first night and slipped into something "more comfortable" just to show off in a sexy way. That was so cringe to me. But Joey, being a red-blooded male, finds this hot, which I get. I hope his big brain does the pickin'. Someone like Kelsey, Daisy, Lexi ... classy, beautiful girls who will have their pick on Paradise sweat-fest if Joey passes on them.
  7. Right, she was all memory and engaging with Sutton's "erudite" friends in Spain, drunk off her ass. But she can't seem to remember a thing that happened to Tom's victims. She said the reason she hadn't reached out before was because she wasn't asked. Oh I'm sorry Erika, you need to be asked to show compassion for people who went through horrific things due to your husband's negligence?
  8. Ozemp-ika hasn't touched bread, or any carb, for probably a year.
  9. I watched it. A colder person, there could not be. The women tried to hug her, and she gave the "dear old aunt" tap tap tap back. Zero empathy. More about herself being a victim to Tom as well. Poor Erika, can't buy bread. Give me a break. Wait tables. Clean houses. Do an honest day's work. Go try to become an RN, and see how hard life really is. Or an electrician, a plumber. Nope, that's not in keeping with her glam squad image. Ugh. The fact that she so easily wore a wire to turn in her good friend Psaila, who did nothing but work his a** off for her, to her exacting specifications, literally ruining the lives of him & his husband for years. What a piece of sh*t she is.
  10. Had Emily been drinking prior to her ATV incident? Just asking.
  11. LOL yeah, the best part of the episode was the last minute, Jesse giving his honest thoughts about the last rose. "It's the Final Rose tonight". "Duh, it's the only one left". Buh Bye....show's over. He's a hoot.
  12. I just hope it's not April of the Frozen Faces. We'd never know if she was ecstatic, furious, bored, or just....frozen.
  13. As a divorced woman, I was way more lonely in my marriage. What an offensive, disgraceful statement, that if one isn't married, they must be lonely and insecure. I can't wait to read when their marriage implodes, as it inevitably will, given all that we read about him. Kyle, too, was a smug married. I always felt like she make Kim feel "less than" because Kim didn't have the happy, handsome, wonderful hubby and home life. Now Kyle is tatting up someone who doesn't even appear interested in a word she says, desperately sweating in a gym to fit into size 0 clothes as she approaches her 60's. I ended a friendship with someone who said things like "oh, I'm sorry you're so alone on weekends, my husband and I have soooo many wonderful plans". Ugh.
  14. It's not about short vs. long hair. It's about having hair, at all. Looks like Emily simply doesn't have enough hair to cover her head, long or short. I'm betting a ton of it, from all over her head, was pulled out due to its having been so matted. Not to make light, but it's similar to a completely matted dog: At a certain point, you just shave it all off and start over.
  15. Bringing up the honeymoon cutting of Emily's hair made me realize that it's possible she lost so much hair that her natural hair simply isn't enough to cover any types of extensions. She may need several months, or a year, to grow enough back in, as remember it was so matted, he just cut most of it out (like you'd do for your dog, lol). In that case, she'd be better off with a straight up wig. @Gator Stud I'm Jewish, and I got what you were saying about Emily's comments about converting being a rash decision, and your further explanation about your aunt, after careful (4 year!) consideration, making that decision. Emily strikes me as someone who will say anything after 6 tequila shots, so I'm sure she has no idea. WooHoo! I'm Jewish now! Let's party!
  16. Emily's extensions are the kind you buy on Amazon and clip in yourself. So. bad.
  17. The women all came to Heather's defense in black eye-gate. It could have all been pre-planned, as in a pact to stand behind her, but it was heartwarming to watch Whitney give Heather an honest shoulder to lean on, not just a perfunctory tap. Whitney's comment about Heather having been under Stockholm Syndrome was very interesting, in that they all felt like Jen had them fooled, but Heather most of all. Heather does seem to be completely done with Jen Shah and her going away to prison seems to have helped break Heather of that bond. For Heather, the hold that Jen had over her may be reminiscent of the way the church held her, and it's the breaking free that allows for her growth. While Andy was grilling her, I, too, was upset at her. How could she accuse production, and try to make it sound like it was a joke? But I do felt like this was a redemption for her. I won't go into her appearance on WWHL, other than to say that she seems like a completely different person, so we shall see.
  18. Wow, so now we have two people who state that AM misrepresented herself as an anesthesiologist. I wish someone had recorded this, as she could face disciplinary action or even lose her license. Not to mention all the medical opinions she throws around. The words "anesthesiologist" and "anesthetist" are very different-sounding words, plus one has the word "nurse" in front of it. AnnA Marie, take several seats, darling.
  19. While Shannon exhausts the heck out of me, and no, it isn't a betrayal by Alexis, as they were never friends, it's horrible the way Alexis is shoving their "perfect love" in everyone's face. My friend worked at Nordstrom's shoes, and Alexis was in one day, and she treated everyone like crap. Pointing her fingers, bring me this....take away that...all while leaving the area in a mess. Total biatch. Never a thank you, just treated everyone as less than. The measure of a person can be shown in how they treat people of service, and the Alexis stories I heard were that she thinks she is greater than. I do hope Shannon will come back with some sort of true authenticity and a true show of responsibility and remorse for her DUI. She should have been out there helping re-plant what she mowed down.
  20. Austen even wore that stupid hat at the After Party. Bet he showers with it. He's just not that into her. I dated someone like this in my 20's. Nice, cute, smart, perfect gentleman, even introduced me to his parents when they came to town. Light kisses, but otherwise, never touched me. Awkward end-of-the-night moments of brotherly type hugs. Called me regularly, took me out, until finally, I stopped responding. I think, looking back, he wanted a nice Jewish girl to show his parents that he was going to be ok on his own, but nothing more. Austen's parents appear to be nice people, who Becca has charmed, and he may be doing this to show his parents that he's all grown up now, he married a nice girl, leave him alone. Who knows....we will all see, as the show unfolds, if they make it past Decision Day, or if it's two "yes's", then past that.
  21. Crystal's ED issues are probably not only triggered by the cast member's sudden thinness, but they also are probably all just not eating much, as Ozempic can cause food to be repulsive (happened to my BIL, who is a Type 1 diabetic and was put on it for a while). So here she is, eating out with all of them, trying to eat as normally as possible, where they all push food around and get into these esophagus vs. eating disorder topics constantly. All while watching them buy new clothes 2 sizes smaller. Add in this horrendous new character, AnnMarie, who brings it up repeatedly, and poor Crystal, who is honestly trying to get out from under her own body dysmorphia issues, and I can see why it would be so difficult for her. AM needs to go. I don't want to see her, read her X/Twitter/IG posts, watch her lie (um, girl, they have it on film, you as a highly educated professional know that a, right?), or watch her marriage to this guy with all the rumors about him.
  22. The last guy I dated did that to two women just prior to meeting me (I didn't find out till much later, when I dumped him): The one he didn't sleep with, he respected, so she was the one he brought around to his family, his adult kids, all the events. The other one, he had regular sex with, sometimes in the same day as he saw the other one, but this one (the sex one), he didn't find attractive, but she was always up for sex. So the one he didn't sleep with thought he was being so kind and respectful, what a wonderful guy. Sheesh. Speaking of After Party....Emily has a pink cast on her right arm. So do we know the timing of the cast? Does this prove that the After Party is filmed after the season wraps? And yes, Emily of the pursed duck lips was awful.
  23. Austen asking about pegging is no surprise at all. I’ve long thought he was hiding his sexuality. The constant baseball cap, sunglasses, and large amount of facial hair are all “hiding mechanisms”. Taken individually, they are just things, but he’s literally, physically been hiding his entire head all season. It’s unfortunate, because he’s clearly not into Becca sexually, and the sad thing is, if he came out, she’d probably be his biggest fan and his best friend. But he’s going to break her heart instead. She deserves better.
  24. I can’t believe Angie’s stairs have no railing. That’s probably against code. I have friends who have taken really bad falls, so I always hold the handrails now. Those stairs looked steep and slick. I have a 3-story house, and I once fell several steps in wedges, so I always now carry my shoes in my hands.
