  1. Exactly!! But, I do know several people who do get their nostrils waxed, like Shane and Emily did. I don't think I could stand that pain! I just can't imagine sticking a small ball of hot wax in my nostril and have someone rip it out with a tweezer!! It's not that difficult and much more beneficial to your health (and nose) to just trim what needs to be trimmed and neatened.
  2. Tamra is in great shape and very fit, imo, but I seriously NEVER EVER want to see her bare breasts again. Such a pathetic attention-grab!! I'm surprised she hasn't created an "Only Fans" account yet! I wonder if Heather has some type of body dysmorphia. She always seems so much more covered up than the rest of the women, with the exception of Shannon, who we all know suffers from her own body image issues because of her weight gain. I think that Heather may think that she's too thin or not curvy enough or something, so she covers everything up. That full length bodysuit was ridiculous! Personally, I think, most of the time, Heather is dressed extremely well (with the exception of the logo overloads) and age appropriate, but she's very "buttoned up".
  3. Jenna's wardrobe is decidedly NY business woman with a downtown twist, plus a little bit of "old money, so I don't give a shit" style. I don't know if she comes from money, but she's got that look. Sort of Carole Radziwill-ish. Say what you will about her wardrobe, but I would give my right arm for her shoe collection/closet!!!!
  4. I agree - I thought that Rami's was much more in keeping with the challenge. It looked like a beautiful dress with underwear-ish elements. Kara Saun's looked too much like lingerie to me. With the feathers, etc., it looked like an old-fashioned peignoir. Kara Saun's was very pretty, but to me, Rami's was stunning. I would wear that in a heartbeat ~~ if I was 5'10" tall, thin, size two 20-something ~~ instead of a 5'2" short, average, size six 60-something. 🤣
  5. Frankly, I am getting quite tired of the "stories" behind the design. While I enjoy it, if I want a history lesson, I'll switch to the History Channel. I didn't get the connection, either - something about her vision was a 1920's style garment, so that immediately went to the St. Louis Massacre. Actually, I got more of a 1930's vibe from Kera Saun's garment - it looked like something that Carole Lombard or another actress would have worn in a movie while in their stage set boudoir. So, for me, it went a little costume-y.
  6. I agree! Gary seems very narcissistic - no way would he miss an opportunity to see himself on TV. Why do a TV show if you have no intention of watching yourself when the show airs? That was a bullshit excuse for him to not take accountability for his shitty behavior.
  7. I strongly doubt if Ryan said this about Tamra, even though he has a really bad reputation as a man-whore kind of guy. Tamra, since her first season on the show, has always claimed that she is the "hottest housewife". She's very competitive in that, and always needs the attention, whether actual or not. I caught a repeat of the RH Ultimate Girls' Trip-Bluestone Manor. The women were discussing with Brandi the whole Denise Richards debacle that Brandi brought out on RHOBH. Tamra chimed in and said that Denise Richards also tried to hit on her. Denise denied this, and I believe Denise. Tamra can't stand that someone may be considered more sexy or hotter than she thinks she is.
  8. These guests are disgusting and gross, on top of being the weirdest group I've ever seen on BD! I could not figure out who was whom, who was with whom, and what was the older woman doing there with all of these over the top personalities. Their behavior was obnoxious and I guess they achieved what they probably started out to do - to be in the top five worst BD guest groups ever. You've got to be pretty bad if you make Captain Glenn lose his temper and raise his voice.
  9. I just don't understand why in the world Mads constantly chose Gary over Alex. Although, I guess she's right. If she turned away from him after accepting his advances right at the start of the season, he would have made her on-board life a living hell with his pouty petulance.
  10. I don't usually like men with long, messy hair, but, damn.....Alex with his hair blowing in the wind seriously had my heart going pitter-patter!!! Gary should take note - keep your hair clean and well tended and even your man-bun will look good. I cannot stand man-child Gary - he's so fucking immature. He's been a dick to multiple women season after season after season. ONE woman gives him back the same behavior, and he acts like a five year old.
  11. Beverly Beach's website is still active: https://beverlybeachbydorit.com/ If you wanted to get something "designed" by Dorit, get it now - all the items on the website are deeply discounted.
  12. Me too....I honestly thought that Kyle and Mauricio would be one of the couples that would last. I'm kind of upset about this. Funny!! But, I'm still sad over this.
  13. Good description! Me, I got a "Judy Jetson" prom dress vibe, or maybe something that a Whoville wife would wear to a Christmas party in "How the Grinch Stole Christmas". (I'm talking about just the dress here - not the cape.)
  14. I agree. Why? Shouldn't the design be able to tell it's own story? Why must there always be a fairy tale connected with the design? That was one of the things I liked about Rami and Bishme tonight. Their "story" was that every woman deserves to feel royal at least once in their life, and that is who they designed for. They just made a beautiful dress - no backstory or explanation necessary. The gown spoke for itself. That gown would look stunning on Kate Middleton. While not a winning look, I thought their's was actually second best after Korto and Praaje.
  15. If any young royal person were to wear Kara Saun and Laurance's dress in real life, they would be ripped in the gossip columns the next day. I thought their gown was more costume-y than Viktor and Kayne's. Viktor and Kayne's was more "wearable" to me than Kara Saun and Laurance's. If Viktor and Kayne didn't use the corset, there wouldn't have been that much of Viktor's work in the finished gown, but they would have been safe. Interesting that both Viktor and Kayne thought about removing the corset, but neither wanted to mention it to the other because they wanted to spare each other's feelings. I thought that Anna should have gone home. I thought her and Brittany's dress was pedestrian, ill fitting and very bland in color.
  16. I feel like several teams used their own interpretation of the challenge. I don't think it was for mythical or imaginary queens. Nor was it for a supposed "queen" of music. It was about royalty - young and modern royalty.
  17. I also watched "That's Life", and I enjoyed it, but mostly because I loved Paul Sorvino. Heather was okay - from what I remember, she was young and perky. She did not, however, fit the role of the stereotypical middle class New Jersey Italian daughter stepping away from her familial expectations and changing her life. She seemed just a little too "polished", if that makes sense. I'm thinking that Heather now feels that she may have cheated herself out of a career by opting to be a stay-at-home Mom to her four kids and an upscale society wife to a "high end" plastic surgeon. My opinion is that while she is/was an adequate actress, I don't think she was going to be accepting Oscars or Emmys any time soon. I guess she is now questioning herself, wondering if she could have, indeed, "had it all" - home life, children and an acting career. Something tells me that would not have sat well with Terry. However, I do feel that she really lashed out at Taylor because of her own frustrations with her own life, and not directly with what Taylor was trying to do, which was get Heather interested in the movie role. I also question Taylor's motives with this. I wonder if she did promise, in a way, that she could, maybe, get Heather for the film? Not that Heather's a big name or anything, but I think her Housewives popularity could be something of interest for certain directors and producers. t
  18. Shannon loves a funny costume, doesn't she? The saloon girl thing was cheesy, but it did make me laugh! That dude ranch looked beautiful. I wonder how many other guests were there at the time of filming - it looked as if the housewives may have been the only guests there, or were kept far away from the other guests. I wonder what the employees of the dude ranch thought of these women, parading around in their short skirts and designer "cowboy" boots and hats. I guess they get a lot of that, because of the nature of the business, but I just can't with all the supposed western gear displaying designer logos. (Is there a logo that Heather doesn't mind wearing? Every scene she's in, there is an LV, Gucci, Prada, Chanel or something logo somewhere - even in her son's bedroom - there was an LV comforter on the bed) It will be interesting to see how this trip plays out, especially since Gina won't have Emily to enourage her to be a shit stirrer. I can't stand Gina, but I think she is looking very nice so far this season. The one interview look with the two piece grey/black outfit - she looks flawless - her skin is glowing and her hair and makeup are on point!
  19. That was some speech Heather gave at the end of the episode. She basically blamed Taylor for all the wrongs in the world because Taylor had the nerve to look up Heather's IMDB. While Taylor really should not have commented or belittled Heather's acting resume (because Taylor has nothing except RH shows on her own IMDB), Heather acted like Taylor did something horrible. Heather is very insecure about her acting career - it's as if she knows it isn't as stellar as she would like it to be. She should be proud of whatever work she's done, but I feel like she's very dissatisfied with where she is right now in her life.
  20. I remember those nights, as well and am soooo glad I'm past that! I didn't get the whole thing with the glass, either. I think that Taylor may have actually just not wanted to get an accidental glimpse of herself in the glass' reflection. WTF did she do to her face?????
  21. That's fine and correct!! But, when someone uses the word "cheers" in place of what should probably be "toast", as in "What are we toasting (cheersing)?" or "Let's toast (cheers) to that" or "Shall we toast (cheers) to you guys", it just grates on my ears and brain!!
  22. I agree, 1000%!!!! Much like you, I can be bawdy and sometimes even bordering on crude, but all of that was too much. Plus, seeing Gary come out of his cabin naked (blurred, but still naked) was something I didn't need to see, either. Regarding the comment about Mads having her period - I think that Mads made that snarky reply to Alex when he asked her why she looked bloated at dinner on the ship. After she made the comment about having her period, she backtracked and said that she wasn't, so who knows. If she was, that is really GROSS and wouldn't Gary have noticed something?? Gary is just so disgusting in so many ways, yet he thinks he's Don Juan and Adonis all rolled into one. I don't know what women see in him. He is a consummate flirt and seems to know just how to make a woman feel "special" - only issue is, he does that with every single woman on the ship, all the time, so really, none of this women are special. To him, they are just another notch on his bedpost.
  23. I thought the same thing. His voice was very familiar, too. I think he may have been on either Below Deck or Below Deck Med.
  24. Apparently so, and it drives me crazy! My 20 and 30-something children and their friends say this all the time. I think we saw Bonnie rummaging around in Daisy's cabin looking for a bathing suit to wear in the hot tub and found this suit of Daisy's. She obviously never made it to the hot tub because she was too inebriated. Seemed weird that Daisy put Bonnie into the main guest cabin while wearing that suit, but the next time we see Bonnie exiting the cabin, she was wearing cut offs and a sweatshirt. I gues she must have woken up in the middle of the night and changed.
  25. At the very least, Ryan will come, and act as their trail guide. Big emphasis on the word "ACT" - I don't know if he knows which end of a horse is the front. (He did know the difference between a mule and a donkey - I wonder if he knows the difference between himself or his mother and a jackass.)
