Taylor is such a non-entity - it is hard to figure out exactly what she has brought to the season. Unless you include showing her in her very dated OC rental home, with the exact same decor style as the home she shared with Russel on Beverly Hills back in 2010. Or, you could include the shock that is shown on viewers' faces every time they see the horribly bad plastic surgery mess that is Taylor's face. Maybe Taylor signed up for the wrong show featuring a Dubrow - did she think she was signing up for "Botched" and is patiently waiting out her office consultation? I don't know what the producers were thinking by bringing Taylor in to this franchise - who, exactly, is she supposed to be a "friend of"? She seems just as awkward and not quite fitting in as she did on Beverly Hills. Her scenes must not be so riveting, as she seems to be getting much less air time than "friends of" on other franchises. She barely even gets a notice at her "own" events. I wonder how much of her filming was left on the cutting room floor, or did the camera people/show runners realize while filming that she just doesn't bring anything to the table?

I don't know if I necessarily believe this, entirely. Maybe on RHOD they starved them, but if you watch RHONJ and RHOA, especially, they are almost always eating - whether it be at an event space, restaurant or at someone's home. I can't vouch for recent seasons of RHOA, because I no longer watch, but RHONJ always has tons of food, unfortunately, most of which often goes uneaten. I watched RHOD, but I don't remember too much about it, except all of the negative press, and the craziness that was Leeann Locken. I do totally agree that the producers try to liquor up the women on all franchises, so they will be more animated, more aggressive, etc. I think that is a big part of what is wrong with the Real Housewives now.

Isn't Brynn's "business" Brynn? I honestly thought she came on the show to become more popular as herself, and find herself a wealthy husband (even if he belongs to someone else, LOL!!) All kidding aside, does anyone know exactly what, if anything, Brynn does for a living?

I thought that venue was beautiful, and agree that Brynn's comments were unwarranted. She does have a habit of talking down anyplace that she doesn't think is "cool" or "upscale" enough for her presence. What makes a place good enough for her?

I don't understand sponsoring of personal parties, either, but we are both probably just normal everyday people. I know I don't document everything I'm doing, wearing, etc. on social media, but these housewives do this as part of their lives, income, etc. Sponsors get mentions, call outs, etc., on the wives' social media, so it also ups their presence and provides advertising. I agree with you that it's tacky, but it's seemingly a normal way of life these days for some. I also agree with the endless speeches that seem to go along with memorable events now. The last wedding I went to, every groomsmen and every bridesmaid spoke, along with the best man, maid of honor and parents of both the bride and groom. The speeches went on forever!!! I was bored out of my mind. Most of the guests also were, as the chatter levels in the room seemed to get louder and louder, much like at Erin and Abe's event. What used to be just a toast speech from the best man and perhaps a small thank you speech from the parents has evolved into basically, a testimonial dinner or "roast" (depending on the couple and their speech-makers) to the couple. If you're going to do that, do it during dinner, when guests can concentrate on their food....oh, wait - there was NO food to concentrate on at Erin's party! Sai leaving without saying "Good bye" was rude, but on the other hand, she also avoided having a confrontation with Erin, which probably would have bothered Erin more during her event than finding out later that Sai left. And, 1,000% do NOT need to see Brooks Marks on my screen!!!! Meredith doesn't bother me so much, but that entitled man-child is annoying.

I was wondering what Jill Zarin would have had to say about this event and lack of food. Remember during Ramona and Mario's vow renewal how she was complaining that there was nothing to eat during the "cocktail hour" before the ceremony? Jill would have been beside herself at Erin's party, and I would have loved to see this!! 🤣

Nina reminded me of Meryl Streep as Miranda Priestly in "Devil Wears Prada" when she took off those sunglasses oh so slowly, with a sly, slightly superior look on her face.

So far, I'm not overly impressed with Tzarina's "cheffy" skills. Granted, I just finished watching BDSY with Iliesha, who was probably one of the top five chefs from all iterations of BD, but still, she is lacking, especially as you say, in presentation. I get that Cuban-influenced cooking may not be known world-wide, but arroz con pollo is a fairly simple dish, with very humble beginnings. I guess she didn't have the proper provisions because the dish wasn't requested on the preference sheets, so that could have put her in a time-crunch. I don't know if it wasn't shown, but was there no other courses? Just the arroz con pollo and then the cake? No salad? No starters of any kind? Her breakfasts seem not so great, either. She seems competent, but what I've seen so far is definitely not what I would consider 5-star food experiences for a luxury yacht. (Although, to be honest, I don't think that boat is very luxurious, either....)

I can only hope that Luke gets the help he needs, or, at the very least, stops drinking. He seriously has some work to do on himself. To say that he's disappointed in himself is just the tip of the iceberg of troubles he has. I hope he watched this tonight and is as disgusted by his behavior as everyone else. This was a very hard night of "reality" TV - almost too real, imo. Glad the producers were there. And, HUGE kudos to Aesha - she is the chief stew everyone else wants to be. It's interesting the way the camera guys/show runners (is that what they're called?) got Luke out of Margot's cabin. The words they used were very telling. Telling Luke that Margot kept saying "No" and that she was black-out drunk was pretty clear to everyone but Luke. Obviously, they are told that if there is a somewhat consensual agreement, they keep filming. Laura, on the other hand, is a complete bitch. I'm surprised that Margot didn't haul off and slap her in the face when she was pouting about not being able to say goodbye to Luke and saying that SHE would have welcomed him. And, then, to tell Captain Jason that he was making a mistake by firing her? GTFOH and take your superior attitude and golden crown with you!!! Adam is the smartest guy on the ship by friend-zoning everyone. I have a lot of respect for him. Not too many people would turn down what Laura was offering. I have HUGE respect for Aesha, Captain Jason and Tzarina for being so thoughtful and sensitive to Margot. And, I do have some additional respect for the producers of BD Down Under for not letting things go too far. However, I do feel like they encourage excessive drinking, so I'm not crazy about that.

I LOVED seeing Gary sort of hovering around Anna's work station, waiting for an opportunity to speak with her, while she was just ignoring him and doing final fittings on Captain Jason. I don't know if it was prompted by production or what, but I was very amused watching Anna silently shutting him down! 🤣

I also thought that, unless the men's jumpsuits were loose in the crotch area and longer from waist to crotch, the guys would be giving themsleves constant wedgies when reaching over their heads or reaching to lift provisions and luggage. Really not practical at all.

🤣🤣🤣 Well, that would have been perfectly clear if Kara Saun had made that outfit, because she would have told us the "story" of her garment!!

I totally agreed with Anna's elimination, just because she's been skating by the last few weeks and she's annoying AF, but I would have been fine with any of the bottom three going home. Anna's was what she wanted, and Captain Jason seemed to be in agreement, but as Nina said, it just wasn't "captain-y" enough (not in those words). Silk on a boat? With sea spray and sitting and standing, that would become a hot mess, between the water spots and the never-going away wrinkles and creases. Plus, I'm not a big fan of jumpsuits on men - they do look like coveralls, imo. It wasn't a bad garment, but it wasn't a good one, either. Prajje's was overdone. Captain Sandy looked dumpy and the peplum accentuated so many things that didn't need to be accentuated. A fitted blazer, maybe using that print on the lapels, or as an interesting detail on the back or sleeves would have worked much better, imo. Well fitting narrow leg pants would have elongated her (I never realized that Sandy wasn't that tall). The pants she wore didn't seem like they were fitted to her correctly, but at least Prajje got her out of those damn white capri pants that she wears ALL the time. I know he's not a blingy style designer, but he could have had some fun with some subtle crystal detailing on the jacket, or down the side seams of the pants. And, again, KaraSaun created another costume. And, of course, the costume had another story to explain it. Enough already with the stories excusing away overwrought costume-y outfits. I've said it before-if the garment can't tell it's own story, then the garment isn't right. Mzi looked like he was uncomfortable - it was too small for him, especially for the type of work a deckhand does. They often have to pull and tie up heavy lines, bending from the waist and knees. One or two bends from the knees, and those pants would be splitting in the rear. The jacket seemed essentially useless, unless there was some type of costume party event on board. As for the top three - I'm glad that Bishme won - his outfit was cute, professional and Aesha looked great in it. Of all the "clients" she had the most modelish body, being long and lean and having those long legs, so that may have helped put his outfit on the top. Everything about it was great, though. The shirt was fantastic - loved the invisible zipper - so much neater looking than a traditional button placket. Not sure about neoprene, though - wouldn't that get hot? I thought that neoprene doesn't really breathe much. I absolutely adored Rami's - it was fun, flirty and work appropriate for a female deckhand/stew. It was beautifully tailored and the jacket was beautiful. So glad that Christian saved Rami last week - it gave him that confidence boost he needed. Brittany's was okay. Colin looked great in it, but it still just looked like fancy coveralls to me. I liked the topstitching details and the extra pockets, but that was it. Again, another very well tailored garment, though, and it's a good thing that Christian recommended adding a collar, because without the collar, I think Brittany may have been in the bottom. The safe outfits were not that great to me. I thought Korto's romper for Daisy was far too short although the top was pretty, the whole thing did not seem practical for a chief stew who is preparing cocktails, serving meals and clearing dishes (that is what they are usually doing in their formal black dress uniforms). Laurance's outfit for Gary was, as mentioned above, just enough to keep her safe - it was nothing special, and I would have dinged her for the leather jacket, as she said that the jacket was for "going out off the ship", so it really wasn't in keeping with the challenge. The jacket was the best part - otherwise, it was just another guy's jumpsuit - nothing special.

In the beginning, when they introduced the "real life" clients, Captain Lee (from Below Deck) gave the challenge criteria, stating that the color choices were only black and white, as that is the norm for formal/informal dress yacht uniforms. The crews do wear a day/work/casual uniform that is often other colors.

I don't understand why Laurance is even on the show. I've felt this from the start - it's like she just thinks this is all sooo beneath her and her designs. She has a very high opinion of herself, and it's not always justified. I also feel like she does just enough to keep her safe, as the judges said. She doesn't seem to put any real effort into anything and I sometimes feel like she's just phoning it in. She had a perfect pairing with Gary - he also has a very high opinion of himself and it's rarely justified.

Gary, if you don't watch Below Deck Sailing, is always trying to get a girl drunk and take advantage of her. He's a big douche...but Anna was stupid, too. Her husband should be annoyed with her. Speaking of Anna - why is she wearing a 1950's bedroom lampshade on her head during her interview looks?

Alexia was way out of line....and then, did I hear correctly when Alexia's first husband was brought up- did she really say something like - "You can be a drug dealer and still be a good person"?? In what world is a drug dealer EVER a "good" person???? Alexia usually doesn't bother me, but that entire exchange with Julia and then, that comment later really made me cringe. And, Adrianna can shove it with her "bought with my own money" bullshit. She would LOVE to have a wealthy husband taking care of her and buying her things. Didn't she drop that French guy with the houseboat because she found out that he didn't really have any money?

I noticed that - it's like he's got permanent lockjaw or something. But, that was not the worst "face" thing tonight. That realtor guy that Gina wants to work for? That face was some scary shit....it looked like one of those creepy plastic Halloween masks that the murderer guy wears in a slasher movie.

Unless, of course, it is a plate of food that is worthy of their Instagram, Twitter or TikTok feeds. After all, they are influencers, don't you know....they have to keep their followers happy!! Oh - but then, they may just take a photo of the food but not eat it.

Well, I would think that most people in Mississippi aren't wearing full length fur coats - the weather doesn't warrant it, most of the time. IMO, Ubah thinks she's clever and cute in her talking head moments, however, she comes across as snooty, self-absorbed, entitled and ignorant of others outside her "circle" ....much like her cousin, Chanel, from RH of Dubai. Obviously, I'm not quite a fan of Ubah's at this point, LOL!

I mentioned upthread that Brynn, according to her LinkedIn account, graduated from Purdue University. So, while not Harvard, it's still a great school that's no easy ride to get through.

I think it IS difficult to find interesting women of substance that are also rich, sexy and fun who are willing to display themselves on what has become a joke of a reality show. RH used to be a different type of show. Over the last decade and with the additions of additional cities, it's just not the same. Each city's cast is vying to be the top show and with that, they do desperately stupid antics. The producers encourage this with alcohol-fueled dinners, lunches and trips and have show runners buzzing in the women's ears about who slighted them, or maybe they should turn up the drama or stupid antics a little more, because they're coming off on film as "boring" or in jeopardy of losing their apple/orange/peach, etc. These women, while appearing confident, are all narcissistic and quite insecure. No confident, substantial, rich women would want to be associated with these shows any longer, and that is what is so sad about it all. And yet....I keep watching!

A few things that did bother me about tonight's show, though: I did not like Sai basically age-shaming Jenna in her talking head comments. Jenna is the oldest of these women, and it wasn't so nice. Speaking of Jenna - did you know she was gay? I think she mentions this in every one of her own talking head comments, in one way or another. Brynn is quite impressed with herself, even if no one else is. I didn't like how she basically barged her way into the flirtation between Ubah and the trainer guy. She sees a guy and her whole persona changes. She's just a younger version of Ramona, LuAnn or Sonja. The stupid dinner table game - why do we have to be subjected to this ALL THE TIME!!! Can't these women just have natural, organic, clever conversations without resorting to talk about sex? And, if we must be subjected to these games, can't they be played without delving into conversations that revolve around sexcapades? Lastly - why do these ladies have to get all dressed up to just move from the upstairs bedrooms to the dining room in a house? They way they were all dressed it looked like they were going out for a night on the town. Why can't they just wear some nice, at home clothes, like a pair of pants and a beautiful sweater or something?

Brynn did not even go to Harvard. According to her LinkedIn (from news sources) she attended Purdue University in Indiana. Brynn does seem to have an issue with places not being "cool" enough for her. First, the restaurant in New York (the name they keep editing out) wasn't good enough, and now, Erin's house isn't in the right location in the Hamptons. Is she that pretentious? I wasn't happy that Jenna tried to sneak out of Erin's house, but I guess I could understand why. For someone who decided to sign up for a reality show, she seems very quiet and unsure of herself. I do like her, though, and I am liking Erin, too. The rest, I'm not sure how I feel about them, but did appreciate hearing Sai's backstory about her growing up. Interesting that some of the other ladies seemed surprised to hear that Sai grew up poor and now hates the Dollar store, while the others, specifically Erin, feel like it's a "fun" place to shop. It's all about perspective, isn't it? When Dollar Store goods are all you can afford and you're basically forced to shop there, it becomes a shameful reminder of your past. When you've grown up more comfortable or with means, it's a kitschy place to spend a few dollars.

I think it was also a way to promote Christian's partnership with Gloria Vanderbilt on a line of jeans, etc., and also a good way to get rid of all those old GV jeans that were probably sitting in a warehouse somewhere (and, as someone said - clean out that one room in Christian's store).
