  1. WHAT?!?! How did I miss that? How did the editors, when Don is specifically mentioned in the book? *frantically runs off to check book*
  2. Every time they try to get rid of Jeremy, I'm torn between, "Nope, I'm not falling for it this time, you liars" and "No! You can't leave, Jer! I love you!" I want Bonnie and Damon reunited. I just want to see what they act like together now, in this world.
  3. We have seen the bedroom, before she moved in with Eddie. I think it was just an off ep in general. Wells pushing her to ask him a question is one of the more telling things about her having an important future in the show, whether or not it's connected to Barry. .
  4. The way she was acting so childlike made it a little creepy. Although, I'm willing to forgive a lot because of "There you go again, saving me from that evil dress." I think Danielle has done better in her scenes with/about Ronnie and Cisco.
  5. I think I liked the previous book more, but this one wasn't bad. I liked Logan's backstory (Dick was worried about him! Dick!) and the fact that he was there. Pony. Wallace's role in the case. Weevil choosing family. Lamb's out! Lizzie Manning turned out okay. Norris Clayton cameo. Veronica unable to make jokes about Don Lamb because he'd died in the line of duty. Everyone drinking together to celebrate Weevil's release. Mac's been tracking her biological family. Cliff. Veronica having a subscription to that escort site from when they tracked down that escort for Mac's future boyfriend in season 3. Inga references. Things that made me yell at the page: Aurora's just in counseling? What?! She wanted to murder Veronica! Some random couple being mentioned at the end like I'm supposed to know who they are. Who the heck are Lisa and Lindsey? Timeline screwups. The possibility of Leo/Veronica. No. No. No. I love Leo. If I stumbled into the VM universe tomorrow, I'd go directly for for Detective Leo. But no. Don't mess with LoVe. Don't even reference messing with LoVe. Not after all they've been through. No.
  6. I like that this show is able to recycle villains though. Some people will just keep coming back, like Hartley and Captain Cold, despite not being the main villain (Reverse Flash). How many people are actually still in their supervillain jail? Prism, Peekaboo, and the Mist, I think? All of who, I feel have powers that will allow them to bust out eventually.
  7. Cisco: You're not the only one who understands vibrations, Hartley.
  8. I posted on the "You know your obsessed with Arrow" thread a list of crossovers I wanted to see. Cisco winning a fight against Laurel needs to go on that list. While Roy watches.
  9. Cisco, I was so excited to see you had a plan and were kicking ass. "You're not the only one who understands vibrations, Hartley." Hells yes! And then, you let him get away. How can you be an engineering genius and still be so stupid?! Make better choices! I felt like Cisco and Caitlin were being treated like children this week between "Cisco says I don't have a life," Caitlin's behavior while drunk, and Wells' "Cisco has something to tell you." Wells is such a creepy disapproving dad. I like that Caitlin wasn't mad at Cisco, and that we got some background on Cisco with the line about him building a family at STAR Labs. It fits nicely with Barry being happy to have friends now because of the accident. When Caitlin was telling Barry it was okay if he snuck a peek, I kept thinking she was going to say it was okay because she'd seen him naked. Glad Papa Allen figured it out. I hope Flash is pissed at Iris for publishing his picture next week. Always happy to see Malese Jow and hear Grant Gustin sing. Peekaboo is the first one I've really felt didn't deserve Pipeline level imprisonment. Her skills didn't exactly seem supervillain level.
  10. I'm banking on him getting some grudging respect if she knows he and Caitlin came up with the Mirakuru cure and that he once blasted Slade Wilson and lived to tell about it.
  11. This should be a fanfic. When you keep imagining random crossover scenarios with the Flash that totally need to happen, i.e., Oliver conversing in Russian with Hartley Rathaway, Cisco trying to hit on Nyssa, Malcolm Merlyn meets Dr. Wells, Joe West and Quentin Lance revealing worries about their kids crimefighting without actually giving away identities, I think I need to start a "You Know You're Obsessed with The Flash" thread also.
  12. I just saw this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JBncP1t7EPI Which totally made me appreciate this quote: Cop: How are we supposed to trust anything from STAR Labs after you nuked the city? Cisco: You're right, You're right, you shouldn't trust us. What happened a year ago, that was our fault. And we can't change the past, as much as we wish we could. But tomorrow is a different story. Tomorrow is a different thing. We just want the chance to make things better.
  13. I think it's interesting that Wells seems to be subtly manipulating the destiny of those around Barry as well, first with letting Cisco field the questions about why the police should trust STAR labs, then inviting Iris to ask the first question at the press conference. I read someone theorize that the reason the timeline of the "Barry gets his powers" scene is different in Arrow than in the Flash pilot is that Reverse Flash/Wells had changed things rather than just a typical retcon.
  14. I agree that we've gotten a substantial amount of Caitlin/Cisco friendship, and I think we have been since their first appearance on Arrow, where their rapport is established and we see him try to talk with her about Ronnie, something that was continued with "The Man in the Yellow Suit." Along with their hug after Cisco's terrible rescue attempt and Caitlin being the first thing Cisco asked about when he woke up this week, I think we've gotten good moments for them so far, especially recently, even if some of them have been more subtle than others. I'm also liking the scenes we've had so far of Joe and Eddie, with Joe confiding in him about the Flash and their investigation of Dr. Wells, while still having the hints of "I'm the Iris's dad and I have a gun" when their partnership isn't really the focus. IMO, Eddie's best scenes this season have been with Joe, not Iris.
  15. The extended promo looks so much better than the first one that aired.
  16. Cisco's become my favorite character on the series after Barry. I basically cheered when Wells complimented him, I yelled at him for running straight towards explosions for the second time in two weeks. I appreciate how even though he is the comic relief, he's also shown other good qualities, while still having flaws. He owns up to his mistakes. He's a supportive friend. He's clearly having a good time doing what he does. He builds protective gear for cops, firefighters and superheroes. And one time, dude shot Deathstroke!
  17. It was a dream sequence. It ended with Oliver getting stabbed and blood coming from his mouth.
  18. How does Quentin not recognize his own daughters? They do not look the same! Damn, Austin Butler. I didn't know you had it in you. I take back every complaint. You can stay. Great work, Colton Haynes. Roy seems to be stepping up his game nicely, and I like that he was called Red Arrow. Has he been referred to as such before?
  19. All right, loved the episode, but I've got some non-sciencey complaints: 1) Really, Joe, you couldn't call your daughter to tell her that the newspaper left a message at the house? For a few days? C'mon. 2) Barry didn't take a foreign language in high school? I thought it was generally required for college track, or heck, in college. 3) No way that picture could have taken. It would be blurred from Barry moving too quickly or the camera falling.
  20. I love when canon ships have cool names, and this one is so much cooler than say, Westallen (not knocking the couple, just the name). I continue to love the friendship moments on this show, like Barry and Cisco being pissed off when Rathaway said the wedding invitation quip to Caitlin, Barry high fiving Cisco and Joe, Rathaway telling Cisco he knows where Ronnie is, just because it proves he isn't just important to Caitlin, Joe and Eddie working to investigate Wells, and Eddie being wise enough to know that maybe Joe doesn't want to go down that path for Barry's sake.
  21. I thought Rathaway only knew about the danger of the accelerator. And where Ronnie is. I liked the Wells speech to Cisco. It reminded me of Joe's "I need my Barry Allen" speech a few eps back. I also enjoyed "Welcome back, Mr. Ramon," but I'm a sucker for callbacks. So apparently, Wells can't maintain the speed force and the wheelchair isn't always fake, yes? Totally hoped he would.
  22. Cisco: What she means is that mostly, he was a jerk. But every once in a while...he could be a dick. Caitlin: He was always your favorite. Cisco: The chosen one...he referred to himself like that. Barry: God, I wish I'd taken a language in high school. Iris: I am serious about being a journalist. Mason Bridge: Why because you write a blog? My mother writes a blog. Harrison Wells: Because if you make any kind of unsubstantiated accusations, I will make sure the only job you get in physics is teaching it to high school juniors. Harrison Wells: I failed this city. Hartley Rathaway: So why don't you move your precious scarlet knight, while I take out a few pawns. Also, "evil hearing aids."
  23. I just watched the final season in about 3 days. That was such an emotionally satisfying ending. The ones who were living got to live. The dead ones got to be dead together. Babies, doors and peace. What's not to love? How many shows pull that "trash the set for the finale" thing?
