Today was the Sacramento Broadway at Music Circus Subscriber Showcase. There were six performers, every one of them with an outstanding voice. Pierce Cassidy, who will be in Oklahoma! Brandon Contreras, who will be in In the Heights Kaleigh Cronin, who will be in The Drowsy Chaperon Evan Harrington, who will be in Guys and Dolls Andre Jordan, who will be Donkey in Shrek Jennifer Leigh Warren, who will be the Dragon in Shrek.

The cartel strikes again. Drug guys will show up at Doug's Place to kidnap Chloe, but Eli and Rafe will stop them. In the meantime, they will also show up at the DiMansion and take Gabi and Ciara hostage. Eli and Rafe rush to the mansion, and they save Gabi, but Rafe gets shot in the process. The thug takes off with Ciara, and Ben and Hope work together to find her. Eli overhears Ted talking to somebody on the phone about Chloe and Hope.

Casey has chemistry with everybody. One wonders, if Eve is faced with both Will and Jack coming back from the dead, why she isn't investigating whether Paige is really dead.

Excuse you, Lani, you don't get the say as to whether David's blood uncle gets to hold him or not. The scene between Haley and JJ was sweet. Methinks Hope doth protest too much.

It's weird that in all of this talk about Jack and Eve getting married, there's no mention of their first marriage. Tripp's shirt is ... interesting. Why does Show have Rex run around half naked all the time but when he's in bed and there's a reason for him to be shirtless, he's wearing a T shirt? Why doesn't Will call Rex "Uncle Rex"? I just realized Rex is WiIl's double uncle. He's the son of Will's grandfather Roman and grandmother Kate. 😄 Um, Eric, make up your mind, are you going with a Russian saying Da or a German saying Ja? Jeff turned out for soccer trials and immediately ran into Leon. "Wow, it looks like you're everywhere I go." Leon laughed. "We can use all the help we can get, if you're any good. Don't blame the coach, though, we just don't have very many good players." "Woah!" Jeff exclaimed. Jeff introduced himself to the coach and managed not to fanboy too hard. He did mention seeing him play professionally. "You're from Philadelphia?" Jeff nodded. "Where did you play before you came here?' "Penn State." "Hey, they had a pretty good team. Show me what you've got." They ran through dribbling drills, tackling drills, and shooting drills. The goalie seemed good, he stopped most of the shots fired at him, but Jeff managed to kick two balls through him and into the net. When practice was over, Coach Anderson announced that Jeff had made the team. All of the players huddled around him and patted him on the back. The goalie held out a hand. "I'd rather have you playing for us than against us. I'm Matt Smith." "Jeff Tremaine." Was Jeff mistaken, or did Matt's handshake linger longer than it needed to? He looked Matt in the eyes, but said nothing.

Whatever you think of Eve, she certainly does have a great wardrobe. Jeez, Sheila, way to open your mouth. Was Eve honest when talking about her maternal feelings towards Claire, or was she just playing her?

I don't know who the ACMs named as new male artist of the year, but the song he sang was horrible. There was no melody, and it just droned.

What is going on with all of the mumbling these days? First it was Sia whose lyrics were incomprehensible, then Ariana Grande, and now we've got Khalid singing "Better" And Benny Blanco with "Eastside" Enunciate, dammit!

Adam Brody is swole, huh? I thought Jack Dylan Grazer was the best part of the movie. I've loved everything I've seen him in. But Asher Anger held his own. Zachary Levi is a big kid, and it works. I wish they had made Santa out to be a cameo celebrity in disguise. Who was the actor who played Sivana's brother? I don't see him listed in the cast credits. Where was Hoppy?

Can we hit him some more?

Doug's Place was a nicer restaurant than Marcia and Lafe would have expected in a small town like Salem. There was quiet jazz playing, and the wait staff seemed attentive. Both ordered a glass of cabernet and nursed their wine while reading the menu. Absently, Lafe reached over and touched Marcia's hand. Automatically, she tensed, and moved to pull her hand away, but she stopped herself. Lafe looked shocked, and pulled his hand back. "I'm sorry. I am trying," he said quietly. She nodded. "I know. It was just ... I'm not ready yet." He nodded. "Do I need to apologize for like the hundredth time?" "No. I agreed to work on this. Please just give me time." He frowned, and continued to look at the menu. Marcia drained her wine and motioned for a waiter to fill her glass again.
