Andy Karl was injured during last night's Groundhog Day. After 15 minutes, he came back and finished with a cane, but he's out today.

According to Wikipedia, it was four runs by the White Sox in an eight inning no hitter in 1990.

The A's had a no hitter going through six innings, although they had given up two runs, five walks, two errors on one play, and a HBP. But since then, they've given up a hit and are just holding on 5-4 in the bottom of the seventh.

I love Make the Yuletide Gay. It's a silly Christmas movie about a college boy who's out at school but closeted to his family. His boyfriend winds up showing up at his family's house over Christmas vacation and the closeted kid has to deal with it. It's just a slight thing, but it's really funny, And the kid's parents are hilarious. There's a cameo by Gates McFadden, and out actress Alison Arngrim plays the obnoxious neighbor who is the mother's nemesis.

Entertainment Weekly ranked all of the movies in the franchise, and the rankings were number for number the same as the order they came out. It's amazing comparing Scott Eastwood in this to his character in Suicide Squad. Big difference. I was blown away by the number of cars they wrecked in the New York scenes. It must have been a record. I kept thinking throughout that as much as this franchise talks about "family", the characters don't give a shit about the families of any of the innocent bystanders they mow down and blow up along the way. Still, it's a rush. I read an interview with somebody, can't remember who, who said this was the first of the finale trilogy.

But he was trying to get her to go with him to the farmer's market. They would have taken the kids with them.

Varner said CBS provided therapy afterwards for both him and Zeke. http://www.greensboro.com/blogs/gotriad_extra/greensboro-s-jeff-varner-faces-backlash-after-outing-fellow-survivor/article_1d75e724-08cc-5fbb-826f-72e6ac9ecaa3.html

Why is Nicole staying behind when Brady leaves, instead of going with him, if she knows Scooter is going to show up as soon as Brady is gone?

Well, no, Chad didn't know that Will was the father, he only knew that Nick wasn't. -
Forgive my ignorance, but was Zeke able to bring his hormone doses with him on Survivor, or was he able to go without during his stay?

Like Sand Through an Hourglass: Behind the Scenes of DOOL
Silver Raven replied to OnceSane's topic in Days Of Our Lives
Carrie Ann Inaba was the co-host on Live With Kelly today, and Robb Derringer (Scooter), who is her fiance, was standing in the sidelines, so she talked a little about him (not very much), and he was adding a little teeny bit about Days. He was only on for a very brief time, starting at about 3:00 on this video of the whole show: -

Why not? I like it a lot. And no, not everybody hates The Chainsmokers. -

Damn, that cake box JJ was carrying is the brightest pinkish-orange color I've ever seen. Here Dario is, committing crimes again, despite having just yesterday told Gabi he'll always be there for her. Er, Dario, you were the one who held on to the resentment against Papi for so long, not Rafe. Jeez, Show, you could have given us one more scene with A Martinez. If Gabi is going to talk about seeing him one last time, why did it have to be off screen? Abigail's dress before the ceremony looks like something my sister would have worn in the 60s. Er, JJ, your mother told you to help Abigail, not make her feel worse. When did Eduardo become the love of Kate's life? -

Ugh. Russell Hantz is being his usual douchey self on Twitter. "If he wants to be a boy, he should be treated like a boy." -

Zeke, never say do whatever you want to do with this information. I wonder how good Fijian pizza is. Ugh, shut it, Culpeper. Nobody cares. Though Aubry fell for his fake tears. Varner, you are a total douche. He is an evil, hateful person. Even Probst was horrified. Some of Varner's best friends are trans, huh? People need to stop comforting Varner. He's a horrible person and needs to live with that. Probst basically kicked him out. Good. I wonder why Ozzy said nothing throughout that whole TC. I wonder if they're gong to tell the other tribe. Heh. I just got a breaking news alert from the New York Times on my cell phone about Zeke. They still would have to explain why Varner was gone without a vote. -
yeah, it seems that way.

Yeah, then she said, "Watch the movie."

The Burger King Google Home ad was reciting the Whopper's ingredients from its Wikipedia page. So people were going to the Wikipedia page and editing it to add ingredients such as toenails. The page has since been locked down, and Google has modified the Google Home so that it will no longer respond to the ad. http://gizmodo.com/burger-kings-dystopian-new-ad-campaign-is-already-a-cya-1794261931
