Watching the clip of Christian’s runway from his season, I’m remembering what a nasty arrogant little asshole he was,in spite of his incredible talent. It’s nice to see that age & success has helped him become a seemingly nicer guy.

What’s the newest term for “ jump the shark” because this show has done it. I find it neither endearing or fascinating to watch a bunch of 30+ men getting drunk and f- ing various women. Katherine has outlived her shelf life as well. Dani has been there for her when no one else has, but everyone is supposed to tip toe around Katherine, honestly, I think she’s just kind of used up. No interest in any of them or their boring lives.

I don’t care a bit about Cheyenne but I totally hate Cory. I don’t believe he would be nearly as into being a father to little Ryder if there weren’t an MTV show about it. And I believe he has had relationships with different women on each and every reality show he’s appeared on, so Cheyenne’s fears are well founded.

S04.E07: Into The Lion's Den

Nicole is a cockeyed optimist but it looks like she learned a lot from her mother, who seems quite good at trying to give things a positive spin. The step father is the only true realist in the family but of course no one listens to him. As long as that money is still coming, Alan will perpetuate the hoax. -
Well, I’ve seen various productions of Oklahoma over the years, but this one looks a little different. Anyone see it and can shed some light?

I doubt that Katherine is actually interested in being a full time mother to those children and the custody “ battle” is a combination storyline; “ redemption arc” and vindictive act against Thomas. I doubt either of these two are going to parent these children - they are just pawns in the battle they have against each other.

I like Brittney but honestly, isn’t her 16 year old daughter totally freaked out that her mother would be on such a low budget, cheesy dating show? Plus, she looks so much classier than these guido Gil’s that she appears out of place. Maybe she auditioned for that rich girl single mom show & they gave her this instead.

I guess Cameron is right - she seems to have no maternal instinct at all. She would be better off getting a nanny because she appears to have very little bond with her child ( at least as presented here). I saw no cuddling or affection from Cameron just try to feed her and then dump her in the cage while she makes phone calls. Sad for the little girl.

S09.E17: A Double Shot Of Brandi

Denise is going to lose that new husband if she keeps leaving him alone to babysit but won’t support him when he attempts to require them to respect his authority when he’s in charge. -
I enjoy this show so much. I like that he does deep dives into subjects, and though he is humorous, he can tackle serious interviews without humiliating his subjects.

Listening to Shep regale the “ boys” with his story of losing his date on his drunken bike ride, sounded rather macabre. He found it hilarious that someone just disappeared and could have been seriously injured. He believes his own Bravo story - that he’s so cute and charming that he can get away with treating women shabbily. Sadly, he’s aging poorly and his real personality is slipping out on camera.

I almost couldn’t watch knowing it was the last episode. They really pulled a”Freaks and Geeks” on this & by the time they realize how good this was all the actors will be on to something else. So sad.

S04.E04: A Break Is Necessary
Caseysgirl replied to TwirlyGirly's topic in 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After
Last season, I saw Andre in a much more positive light than this season. If he was supposed to be doing handy work in the house in payment for letting them live in the house then he reneged, her Dad has a right to be upset. Then she has the gall to ask him for money to pay for the new place? Honestly, he’s on TV, how could he turn her down without looking terrible. I think Andre is proud AND lazy. Good luck with that marriage. -
I’m old so I don’t quite get what DJ Khaled’s talent is. Both segments were good and I enjoyed all the other performers but other than shouting & waving his hands in the air, what DOES he do?

I thought Naomi’s new boyfriend seemed a bit snarky toward her and I can only hope that karma will be a bitch! I agree that Craig seems over Naomi but they are both so in love with themselves that neither can imagine the other being over them. If Craig watched last season I imagine it would be hard to return to that harridan. And if he follows social media he knows that he will never be without some kind of female attention.

What exactly is Frankie’s problem with her mother? I haven’t watched every season so I’m not sure what the genesis of all this hatred is from. Yes, a lot of teenagers are assholes & disrespectful to their custodial parent but to leave home without a reason seems harsh. Also, if she’s only 14 and not coming home, Sam should call the police and perhaps get a PINs on her. Brutal, yes, but someone needs to set serious boundaries.

Late Night With Seth Meyers - General Discussion
Caseysgirl replied to Words's topic in Late Night With Seth Meyers
I found Seth’s interview with Democratic nominee Michael Bennett very entertaining. Seth really allows his guests to show their humor and vulnerability. Bennett seemed charming and witty and seemed more comfortable than in other interviews.
